What do you like best about Covetrus vRxPro®?

Covetrus vRxPro has made our prescription process much smoother. Approvals are quick, it integrates well with our PIMS, and the branded online pharmacy with autoship options has improved client compliance and revenue. What do you dislike about Covetrus vRxPro®?

The main downsides are occasional tech glitches and long hold times when calling customer support. Pricing can also be higher than third-party retailers, which sometimes leads to client pushback. What problems is Covetrus vRxPro® solving and how is that benefiting you?

streamlined our prescription approval and refill process, saving staff significant time and reducing errors. The integration with our practice management software means scripts auto-populate, client records stay updated, and we can process approvals in under a minute.

It’s also improved compliance and revenue by making it easy for clients to order through our practice-branded online pharmacy with autoship options. Automated reminders keep patients on schedule without staff having to make follow-up calls, and in-visit digital prescribing keeps more sales in-house. What do you like best about Covetrus vRxPro®?

What do you dislike about Covetrus vRxPro®?

- Very long shipping times for clients. Multiple days just to ship and then another multiple days to get to the client.

- Website is very frustrating. Things don't save and you will run across multiple errors daily. This makes everything take so much extra time.

- Issues with patient information syncing, even though we are using Avimark (Covetrus's software). This causes patient weights to be inaccurate when clients order and they get denied by the pharmacy causing us a headache.

- When you have issues and call support you will get passed around to multiple different people who you have to repeat your issues to over and over and still they will say they don't know how to fix it. We don't have time for this.

- It's so difficult to make any changes. If you want to add/remove products or change pricing we should just be able to do it and not have to call and wait for Covetrus to do it.

- When patients are marked as deceased in Avimark (again, Covetrus's own software) it should sync with the pharmacy and automatically cancel all of their autoships. Our clients should not get emails that their autoships for their deceased loved one are about to renew - ridiculous and makes us look incompetent.

- When things don't work the way they should clients get angry with us since it's *our pharmacy* even though all of these issues are Covetrus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
