What do you like best about Covetrus vRxPro®?

Before vRxPro, we had a lot of clients going to other online pharmacies, we were losing out on clinic income, but since adding vRxPro, we have been able to offer our client's an online option that ships directly to their house and sometimes there are special discounts through the online store that make it easier and more affordable for them. The thing I like most as a Practice Manager is the way it writes back into out operating system so it helps keep a tab on when a rx is requested, when it is filled and imports it into our Avimark system seemlessly. I highly recommend any clinic upgrading to vRxPro! It is very easy to fill out or approve rx for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covetrus vRxPro®?

So far I have not had many issues, there was once when the wrong quantity wrote back into the system but after I brought it up the system has been correct every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Covetrus vRxPro®?

What do you dislike about Covetrus vRxPro®?

- Very long shipping times for clients. Multiple days just to ship and then another multiple days to get to the client.

- Website is very frustrating. Things don't save and you will run across multiple errors daily. This makes everything take so much extra time.

- Issues with patient information syncing, even though we are using Avimark (Covetrus's software). This causes patient weights to be inaccurate when clients order and they get denied by the pharmacy causing us a headache.

- When you have issues and call support you will get passed around to multiple different people who you have to repeat your issues to over and over and still they will say they don't know how to fix it. We don't have time for this.

- It's so difficult to make any changes. If you want to add/remove products or change pricing we should just be able to do it and not have to call and wait for Covetrus to do it.

- When patients are marked as deceased in Avimark (again, Covetrus's own software) it should sync with the pharmacy and automatically cancel all of their autoships. Our clients should not get emails that their autoships for their deceased loved one are about to renew - ridiculous and makes us look incompetent.

- When things don't work the way they should clients get angry with us since it's *our pharmacy* even though all of these issues are Covetrus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
