**What do you like best about Covalent?**

I like how you can can create a single source of truth.  You can utilize Covalent for much more than advertised & the support team is very helpful in supporting any new ideas or continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Covalent?**

The downside of Covalent is that it is only as good ad the data getting entered into the system. The more you utilize the capabilities provided, the more useful the software is.  If you only put minimum effort in it, you will also get minimum returns.

**What problems is Covalent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covalent is helping with continuity & visibility for daily use as well as auditing purposes.

**What do you like best about Covalent?**

The Covalent reps and customer support have been, by far, the best part of integrating a new system corporate-wide. Their responsiveness is top-tier, and the performance has been stable. I also appreciate the continuous modifications they’ve made to accommodate our needs.

**What do you dislike about Covalent?**

The current web-based platform has limitations when it comes to viewing individual readiness easily. Although there is an abundance of reporting options, what’s really needed is a simple, straightforward individual profile view or report.

**What problems is Covalent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has enabled our site to centralize and digitize records spanning several decades that were previously maintained separately by multiple departments and individual staff members.
