They come to the meetings very well prepared so that each meeting is very productive. We typically can make decisions based on the data presented. **What do you dislike about Couch & Associates?** Not necessarily unhelpful and it's a bit of a like/dislike situation. Couch & Associates's use an agile model so projects have a finite end date. This forces us to stay on task, which is great, but there are times where other dependencies might lag so that we are unable to meet the end of the sprint. I highly recommend them, especially James to be your partner for marketing strategy planning as well as being the martech expert for your team. Couch and Associates collaborated with our team to understand our business nuances, brainstorm strategies, helped us get cross-functional buy-in and executed technically complicated plans. It terms of operational time savings, one of their strategies saved our company over $1 million per year. They are truly solution driven in a world where everyone claims to be and few are.
