We used C&A to help admin our Salesforce instance shortly after a major overhaul was done to it. We had a number of process improvements that needed to be made as well as creating a number of custom objects to bring additional teams onto the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

C&A was a true partner with our business throughout our time together. Instead of just simply providing admin help, C&A provided guidance on best practices to improve our marketing and sales automation so we set up well for future projects and improvements. What do you like best?

We were building a integration from scratch and needed this solution to scale to a level which was unknown. Time Savings & Reduction of Technical Debt: Our outdated Marketo workflows and processes were forcing us to spend more time troubleshooting than generating revenue. C&A helped us run an audit so we could clearly see an inventory of the workflows running in our instance. We were able to turn off outdated workflows and build new ones where necessary. Couch & Associates have been great at constant touch bases through out each project. They come to the meetings very well prepared so that each meeting is very productive. We typically can make decisions based on the data presented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not necessarily unhelpful and it's a bit of a like/dislike situation. Couch & Associates's use an agile model so projects have a finite end date. This forces us to stay on task, which is great, but there are times where other dependencies might lag so that we are unable to meet the end of the sprint. We use Eloqua for email, almost no other non-profits use this software so we're on an island. They completely understand how to use the tool and its functionality. Without that knowledge, we could not be successful. Additionally, they understand digital marketing which is also helpful. They are all very professional and knowledgable.
