**What do you like best about Cotgin CRM?**

I like Cotgin CRM for its ease of use, as it has a simple interface needing little training, which boosts efficiency. The cloud access makes it accessible anywhere, and I love the great integration for lead management. Additionally, it can be easily adapted to various business models, and the setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Cotgin CRM?**

The initial setup can be costly over time maintenance wise. Some staff resist new technology. Potential for dependence on the system.

**What problems is Cotgin CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cotgin CRM to manage recruitment contacts and onboarding communications. It helps with scattered records and manual tasks.
