What do you like best about Cotgin CRM?

I like Cotgin CRM for its ease of use, as it has a simple interface needing little training, which boosts efficiency. The cloud access makes it accessible anywhere, and I love the great integration for lead management. Additionally, it can be easily adapted to various business models, and the setup was pretty easy.
