&lt;p&gt;Audit confidence would matter more to me than brand recognition alone. I’d want practitioners to be able to retrieve the complete sample history, instrument data, approvals, changes, and user actions quickly when an auditor asks. A well-known vendor helps procurement, but trust is really earned when the lab can produce that evidence without reconstructing it manually.&lt;/p&gt;
