  ### 7. Simple, Powerful CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla G. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper easily integrates with Google/ Gmail, which is most helpful. Ease of the dashboard is also a huge plus. (I moved from a big, legacy, complicated CRM.)

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish notes autosaved - have lost a few important notes when drafted and assumed they auto-saved but instead page reloaded and I lost the work.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you're looking for a google-integrated, easy-to-use CRM that enables you to move fast, Copper is a great solution. Onboarding time is minimal (it's intuitive and they've got a nice onboarding UX flow) and it's easy to customize the tool for your needs.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer management, investor pipeline, industry partnership contacts

  ### 8. Flexible and Customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | VP of Client Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The G-suite integration is so seamless you start to wonder if Google actually owns Copper. It works without any tinkering of setup and, quite honestly, we wouldn't know what to do if we didn't have it.

The Robust API's allow us to integrate all our other platforms and forms and use Copper as the true 'Sales Brain' a CRM is meant to be.

Automated e-mail syncing with G-mail also means our salespeople do way less data entry without any additional add-ons and the fees that come with it. It just works natively right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

My only wish is that they would figure out a way to record txt and Phone Calls with clients as seamlessly as they do e-mail. There is an upgrade to integrate with Ring Central but I'm looking for a system that can work with users phones' without a third-party relationship.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tracking of Sales activity and organizing Sales funnels

  ### 9. Very usefull and dynamic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José de Jesús E. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The compatibility with Gsuite and the synchronizing

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It looks like a beta sometimes, and needs to be in other languages

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That all my sales team knows what everyone is doing

  ### 10. Copper is an excellent option for Companies using GSuite.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Easy of integration into all the GSuite modules.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

SSO support. We attempted to implement Copper under the Workday SSO but due to the Beta Status of SSO, locking down logins with GSuite passwards stopped us from rolling it out to our smaller team.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you use the Google Suite and don't want the overhead of Salesforce or MS365, Copper is a great alternative.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact, Account, Pipeline management.

  ### 11. Love their product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Super helpful for streamlining your CRM processes and for helping team members to know it as well. Definitely my #1 CRM.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Only thing I would like to see is more customizations for companies and even more options for small businesses

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

none

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to make our sales process easier and keeping up with those in our sales process easier. This platform has helped me to navigate that in a very user-friendly way and it's been super helpful! Benefits to this are that it also becomes easier to onboard those on our sales team to this as well. it just makes it easier for any sales department or sales team to execute their plans.

  ### 12. Great CRM solution for any company.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose S. | Project Manager Program Management Office, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Email integration lets you simply track client interactions and log into email to convert information into account. Essentially, Copper is a convenient extension to your email, but it helps you quickly discover what you need. I like to be able to provide annotations for supporters and to watch what other people do and to learn from their management.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't like other team members to have their notes removed. No warranty. It should only be an administrative role. Login for workers to go to Copper for the first time was a little tough.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With email templates and integrated email functionality we can rapidly reply to internet leads. We had a really excellent response rate and immediately produced many leads, including some very significant organizations. Furthermore, it is a big contribution to consider a customer account, which allows you to quickly view every email interaction, including notes written after phone conversations and related employee names and contact numbers, including reference materials. It helps me to arrange follow-up and track customer visits, especially if at some point I was not there. I can verify notes for my recollection at the last visit.

  ### 18. Very good CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dilyan G. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

UI similar to other strong CRMs, so it's easy to adapt. Otherwise it's intuitive, easily connects to email, phone app, calendar, marketing automation and bookings. 100% better than an excel sheet, very good cost-quality relation.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Has some crashes from time to time, but just like the average on the market. Needs to stabilize from bugs, but maintenance is regular and is reaching a competitive level.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Pipeline visibility. Nice visuals, easy to understand and chase what is hot on the pipe.
2. Activity registration. As we have Copper linked to our call platform and email everything gets registered automatically.
3. Tasks actually suck, takes too many clicks to set and to put comments. It's easier to program them through the calendar, which is linked.

  ### 19. Simple or Complex

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina S. | B2B Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

This system can be as simple as you need or as complex as required. Multiple users have the ability to personalize their experience by utilizing filters and quickly switch searches to accomodate various verticals. Also, customer service is amazing. When I have a question I receive an answer (with visuals!!) right away.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I really struggled to come up with something that needs improvement. I would say at this point the reporting could be better but it's not a deal breaker.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, with Copper, there are few problems. Copper has allowed our team to stay focused on the tasks that are most relevant to closing deals. Personalizing our experience with this platform allows for a fully engaged process.

  ### 20. Excellent pipeline management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with gmail is the main reason we use Copper.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

No platform is perfect, and having more integration options for auto phone call logging would be nice or native SMS inegration.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our pipeline and active members of our organzation

  ### 21. Copper is a great resource and software tool for businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prashant C. | Account Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

There are multiple good points- Cross compatibility and integration with other software suites, highly customizable experience, and being an economic CRM solution

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Reporting and Analytics could use a good upgrade; filtering and extracting data is a skill that takes time to master; although that is being fixed slowly, needs more work in that department

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you are looking for a low-cost solution that has features like an email tracker and functions well with other software suites like the g suite etc, just go for it

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Enablement has been more easily accessible, Productivity of Sales team has increased, and more opportunities are getting closed now as this offers excellent tracking of lead stages and activities like opening of sent emails by clients, above all the integration and extensions available for this CRM are the best even beating some high priced alternatives

  ### 25. Great Functionality & Ease of Access; Client, Not Property Oriented

**Reviewed by:** Shannon B. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The interface was very user-friendly. The pipeline / opportunities section was great for managing deals for real estate.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I really like the layout of copper and all the functionalities with extensions like aircall for instance. Also a great benefit is the chance to put in several tags to filter leads in categories ( seller, country, etc)

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

WHat i really dislike is the fact that there is no possibility to put companies in relation. There is no chance to create a parent account and attach al companies which belong to this parent account/company.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Keep put the good work and implent some option to create parent accounts/companies

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not dislike anything about copper. It has helped us tremendously.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelle A. | Catering Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I appreciate the ability to create our own pipeline. As our company grows we have had to adjust our pipeline accordingly and with Copper that's been easy thankfully.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

In the "Opportunity" screen, I would love to have more options to personalize each opportunity. We'd like the card itself to have more info for our catering business.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

This works great if you need to get a grasp on a larger picture workflow for your business. The customizability is very helpful also so each company can make it to suite their needs.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is great for project tracking and data reporting. I realized automating the process in following up allows me to have a higher close ratio, and opens me up to creating new opportunities.

  ### 34. Copper Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I use the Customer, People, and the Task features. It helps me organize my trips to visit customers and keep current on tasks.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't like that the activity type defaults to phone call. I would like to be able to set the default. I would also like to set a certain time of day as a default and unable to do so. It would be great to be able to add document to specific tasks instead of just the Customer. I do not need the lead and opportunities in my business and would like to be able to hide those feature if I want. Sometimes it confuses my new team members.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I have already recommended Copper to others and would do it again

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the key benefits is being able prepare my customer visits and map link that takes me right to them. The task feature helps me do followups and make sure things are not falling through the cracks. I utilize it to pull data to spreadsheets so I can them manipulate the information for my needs.

Thanks to gmail direct function, we've been able to improve our sales

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

When working from the inbox that is complimented by google chrome, it might be problematic. Only a few times has this happened to us. It doesn't stop us from working, but we can't let it go because importing information takes a long time. They should update and enhance this wonderful tool for better performance. It does not impede the system's usage, but it must be improved in order to give greater diversity and breadth of its services.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

In terms of CRM, Copper can help you get better results. Easy to use, full and powerful. The reports are quick, saving you a lot of time. ### 37. I love the flexibility of Copper.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

My favorite part is being able to share contacts with other team members and us being able to see contact history even when working with other team members.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The gmail add-on doesn't always work, and I do get authentication issues pretty regularly. It works frine from the dashboard on a new tab though.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to create and share contact lists with multiple team members and I'm loving the use of pipelines to track work progress.

  ### 38. Excellent CRM, Flexible and customizable.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darlene V. | Project Manager, Clinical Supplies, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper most beneficial feature for me is how well it integrates with my Gmail account. As far as personalization goes, the possibilities are almost limitless. Getting help from them is rapid, easy to understand, and frequently instructive. Some formulae make it easy to establish a ticketing system. Reporting features offer a wealth of information about individual pipelines and types of organizations.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper has yet to disgust me in any way. Having tested everything from a bespoke CRM to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, Copper is by far the easiest to use. Some of the help items should be improved, especially for the older features, as well as with the explanations and photos. However, the support crew more than makes up for that.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Try out the free trial version and involve the individuals who will maintain the backend so that they understand how it works right from the start. There is no need to think twice if you work remotely. It's the easiest CRM to use, and everything is under your control without any effort on your part. How you can work as a team in Copper, how you can keep track of your duties, how you can monitor your e-mail and phone messages and so on

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication amongst co-workers using Copper is proving to be a challenge. Everyone is aware of what's going on and can be reminded / assigned tasks fairly simply, because everyone is in the know. Since we all work remotely, we can't afford to go down the hall and ask a question. Profitability of new promotional campaigns, quality monitoring of entries, and input consultation. After using it and impulse more, I begin to see other follow-up forms or inventive ways as possibilities.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love the daily morning updates of what I have on my schedule for that day, including meetings and tasks that are due.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't love the default view of Copper in my email. It is a bit intrusive, and I have to deselect it each time I open my email.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have always had a hard time keeping track of the items in my calendar for the day. The electronic reminders never worked that well for me. But with Copper, reminders come to me as an email, and I love it. That works for me so much better. I am finally staying on top of my TODO list!

  ### 42. Excellent CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Simplicity combined with robustness. The UI is clear and organized, yet the tool itself is robust in functionality. The integration with G-suite is also an incredible value-add for any team where gmail is the standard.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I have no negative feedback about the tool.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with Gmail helps our remote team (people all over the country) stay organized on all communication with any client. This decreases organizational inefficiency and increases our customer service.

It is easy to navigate and it has good visuals to track projects and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The integration with google drive could be improved on.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this as a CRM for a financial advising firm. It is beneficial to keep all advisors on the same page.

  ### 45. Copper is the first CRM System I've used in my life and it's seemless and smooth!

I like the integration with Gmail. Makes it much simpler and easier to upload information without having to do the manual work.

Use Youtube to learn how to use it

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer information. It is beneficial as I use the information to create customer profiles. Seeing how these customers are interacting with the organization is great.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with Pandadoc on a side bar is interasting. Capability to perform integration with other tools such as Slack and gsheet.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Slow navigation between pages. Sometimes confusing interfaces (I'm I in the lead page vs opportunities vs company vs contact). Would be interesting to be able to color code opportunities.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization of leads.

  ### 48. Very useful and constantly improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa S. | M, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

We have been using Copper to manage our contacts for three years, it is effective for managing both leads and existing contacts. There are many useful tools to keep track of progress for our students and ensure they are contacted at the right times. The email tracking is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Before upgrading we had 30 bulk emails a month but only 1 a day, it would have been easier to have been able to use those 30 emails at any point across the month as sometimes we needed to send more than one bulk email in a day but had to use a different platform to do so!

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Trial first and speak to the advisors to get the most out of it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track the progress of our students more easily and see how our intake is from month to month year to year - we definitely could use more of the tools however need the time and resources to do so.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you need an easy-to-use, affordable, and Gsuite compatible CRM, Copper is by far the best and easiest to use and administer.

I used this mainly as a sales pipeline tool so that i could go back and track lost potential sales

  ### 50. Ease of use, keeping it simple for small biz

The capability of attaching all related files to the client/company eliminates the extra step of organizing them elsewhere.
Delegation of tasks to team members simplifies workflow.
Management of opportunities in the newly named "pipeline" provides helpful data.
