## Copper Reviews
  ### 1. Love Copper!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie W. | Projects Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Keeping my schedule organized and contacts in order

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't really have any dislikes, it is good

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me stay on task and on schedule for meetings

  ### 2. UX is everything

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I've worked with a variety of CRMs in sales and bd roles in the past, the previous favorite being Base CRM (before it became ZenDesk Sell). I haven't tried ZenDesk Sell but have to admit, I'm very happy with Copper. The most important features are easily accessible and the UX is more intuitive than most CRMs. Because I work in CRM all day, little things make a difference, especially with highly repetitive tasks. I find Copper to get most things right and to take the UX seriously for the type of role I have. I find their team incredibly supportive and helpful (since the start) and even when I've been frustrated by not understanding or not seeing the features I was looking for, the Copper team was quick to respond and assist. In the quest for the perfect CRM, I have to say, I'm a difficult customer but Copper is a very nice option.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The least helpful things about Copper, I've found, are some of the minor fixed arrangements of the center deal view. Most of what I use in Copper is customizable so I can't complain that some things aren't possible.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper has helped us streamline internal processes and get to our customers quicker (with more insights). We are more productive as a team and that's resulted in better all around results.

  ### 3. Great all in one project management platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryerson Venture Zone in Brampton R. | Marketing and Communications Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the fact that my team and I all have visibility into who owns what parts of the project, what has been completed and what is pending. It is easy to track progress and stick to deadlines of the project.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It takes a while to get used to the platform and figure out how the contacts/email system works. Also would be nice to link mailchimp so that we could categorize our contacts using the same tags,.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Take some time to learn the ins and outs of the platform, sit down with the support team.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating more organization between departments when working on an event. This allows for more team productivity and not having to spend time sorting through documents.

  ### 4. Customized for our business needs, not standard CRM usage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert B. | Commercial Business Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with google. We use the Google suite of applications and it's very convenient to have all data linked. Furthermore, the Gmail extension is super helpful for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The reporting is okay, and getting better with the recent updates. We use a lot of activities and I wish there were more robust activity reports. It would also be nice to attach or link to pictures, as we use the opportunities for project tracking.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

We use Copper as a CRM, but also for tracking project data. One thing that helped us is creating a dummy person as the primary contact and then adding people using the "related people" field. Certain emails are related to that opportunity using the Gmail extension. If the primary user is a regular contact in Copper, then all of their emails are brought into the opportunity. We only wanted the emails related to that project. Once we figured this out, the application worked great.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past we used shared spreadsheets for project tracking and documents for customer profiles. Now everything is centralized and shared. The linking of emails is extremely valuable.

  ### 5. Copper has covered every action I find I need covered by a CRM.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Client searches by both name and company. Some competitive CRM's I've used in the past only let you search by company. We use Copper in conjunction with Fulcrum Pro.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

You need to remember to put a space after the entry of a client's name in the search box if you're only searching by a part of the name. The search may come up with no results if you don't enter a space.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Copper's a great CRM. Powerful and comprehensive for our industry and I"m sure others as well.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to search by client or prospect's name is the biggest benefit by far, which is also the biggest problem solved by Copper over past CRMs I've used. I'm able to work far smarter and faster.

  ### 6. Feedback to Copper

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of sending bulk emails. Like how the process is set up and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The limits on bulk emails. It's frustrating because I have to spread my mailings over so many days.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

What I like is how scalable this is...for one! It gives me lots of power to get my marketing done.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of needed responses and follow-up. Helps keep me on task.

  ### 7. Carlo R. Rangel Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos R R. | B, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The way I can interact with customers or leads. It helps me a lot, If I have everything organized is pretty easy for me not to forget some possible lead, customer, or just a simple reminder.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

That is not that intuitive, sometimes it bothers me that I have to do so much clicking and typing to complete information or just to see customer info.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I forget a lot, so Copper help me to realize what customers or leads I'm forgetting to get in touch

  ### 8. Regional Director

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with Gmail. It allows me to follow my Sales reps.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Not much, but I would like more flexibility in creating custom reports.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing our Opportunities, so both the Sales reps and management are timely and complete in our responses to the client. We also use the data to manage our business.

  ### 9. Possibly the worst investment you could ever make.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It offers VERY basic CRM functionality and is easy to setup. It integrates well with Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It lacks so much basic CRM functionality that it's practically worthless. The reporting in particular is non-existent. But worst of all - when we tried to move to a real CRM - Copper was unable to provide us a full export of our data. We even offered to PAY them for OUR DATA! But nothing... eventually I was able to hire a developer to "scrape" their CRM to get all of our data. Imagine that - having to pay someone to write a robot to download your valuable data because the software company is practically holding it hostage. WOW!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is good at tracking Google emails in a centralized place. It also offers some ridiculous client insight stuff where they try to deduce interests but it's at best half accurate.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Ryan, I’m sorry to hear you experienced difficulties while exporting your data from Copper. We do offer the ability for admins to export people, companies, opportunities, projects, tasks and leads from Copper. However, beyond this list, there are limitations on what we can export without requiring additional resources. Copper does have full reporting capabilities available on the Professional and Business plans. We’re sorry you ran into these issues, and we value feedback as we continue to improve the Copper experience.

  ### 10. Without Copper not sure how I would be able to manage all the projects I do all that I do in a day!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Being able to see all of my projects in an easy-to-read way easily. The ability to customize my different tabs & views to fit our business makes it a great daily tool.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It's overall a great software. Nothing major that I would change.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How intuitive it is with seeing contacts in Gmail and suggesting the auto add to CRM is amazing. Makes it to easy.

  ### 11. Amazing experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jameli H. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The flexibility to work on my phone or on my computer, it is easy to use overall, extremely user friendly

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Not having better access to notes and moving from tasks to notes is tricky on the computer but easier on my mobile

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Easier movements through tabs

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizational capabilities for work

  ### 12. A great Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viridiana N. | buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

is very easy and keeps you updated on a Dalay basis. is my first time using a CRM and I definitely will use it in the future I can recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

English is not my first language so I will appreciate a version in Spanish if this already exists I would like to have a try and see how is going on. apart of that is ok

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

just give a try you will love it

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can track my operations in an easier way, also have all the information just in one place and this helps me to be more productive and be more accurate with my clients

  ### 13. Copper CRM vs. Salesforce. Copper is the easiest to use, teach and manage customer communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with other platforms and Google Office

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sales Funnel Analytics and Reporting on Copper

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Copper for all sales and customer onboarding

  ### 14. I enjoy the simplicity and how organized Copper is with keeping my pipeline up to date.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole S. | Enterprise Sales consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like how Copper is integrated with my Google email, and I can scroll down the notes section to read past emails with the client. I like how I can see how many orders I have closed with a client and seeing how much MRR I've closed.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dislike how the Orders disappear after their drug into the Implementation column.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem Copper is helping solve is the accurate tracking of our MRR. I'm able to focus on my existing customers and closing deals.

  ### 15. Simple, Easy to Use CRM Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The interface is really straightforward, and I like being able to drag and drop opportunities to their next stages. We tend to use opportunities tab rather than leads and it is excellent for that purpose.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

A dedicated account manager if we were having issues would be useful. A tab that collated our entire pipeline value would be good - though not a necessity for the way we forecast

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

It's simplicity is it's greatest asset, if you are primarily a Google Workspace user it is an outstanding CRM. If not, you should probably look elsewhere. Have a good think at what features you 100% require as Copper isn't quite as feature-rich as other CRM tools

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mainly for a space to collate opporunities, the ability to create an opportunity directly from Google Mail is an absolutely game changing feature and saves so much time!

  ### 16. Intuitive and easy to navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele R. | D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of communication with team members. I like the tagging feature as well as the tracking email feature. I have connected my gmail which makes everything much faster.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I struggle with finding the place where I have been tagged by another team member, I have to scroll and find where the comment was made. I think it would be awesome if when we click on the bell (notification) that it takes us to the comment that was made.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly transparency with the communication with clients. In my role, I don't often see where my work directly relates to the company profiting from my work. I have been trying to learn how I might use pipelining can help me track and organize my clients from start to finish. I will need to do more investigating and thinking how that might work for me.

  ### 17. Poor support, refund policy charges 2 months after canceling

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William P. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is a simple way to maintain my contacts. The leads pipeline and dashboard was useful as well.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The UI is a bit lackluster, I found most of my time was spent in sidebars rather than utilizing the full screen.

The new projects feature is very basic, but it's there if you need it.

The billing support is also very poor. They are quick to respond to take your money but if you want a refund then they will just stop replying. Also they have a 30 day cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel November 2nd. Not only with they charge you for November but also December! And no way to cancel, they hold your money and I had to open a dispute with my bank.

The lowest tier plan ($24/u/mo) does not offer ANY integration, I found it very frustrating that other free apps I use can hook into Copper but you go to the Copper API settings and it tells you to upgrade. The prices are also raising in January, Copper is a very money hungry business.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dashboard with reminders to keep in touch with contacts is nice, but almost all CRMs do that now. I did not find Copper to be worth the money

**Official Response from Carrie Shaw:**

> Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Based on your feedback and similar feedback from others, we have revamped our process and procedures around renewals. Our VP of Success has done the following:

1. Instituted 3 additional renewal email reminders: 90 days, 45 days, and 30 days before renewal
2. If the email reminder bounces due to account ownership changes, we assign the case to a Success Manager to track down the current owner to ensure the renewal notices are delivered
3. Adjusted the renewal period so that it does not start until we have confirmation that the account owner has been notified.
4. Adjusted our Terms of Service to make our policies crystal clear
5. Worked with support to provide clearer instructions on how to cancel an account.
6. Increased our support staff by 50% to make it easier for customers to get in touch.

We do wish to note that we did not increase prices in 2021. We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with Copper. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

  ### 18. Works in Unison with Google Work Workspace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim P. | Sponsorship Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Seamless workflow in GMAIL and Calendar with integrations to support work in Linkedin and other workflow tools. Saves a tonne of admin.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Its mostly built for Google Workspace - however that is also its strength. Email editor is a little light but it does the trick.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you need something that is agile and runs directly in your line of sight of desktop work in google workspace, copper is your answer. Great for smaller to mid sized teams.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass email delivery. Fast admin for client reports. Major time saver.

  ### 19. very helpfull!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

1) linked to gmail
2) responsive support

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

1) horrible security,
2) horrible user & permission management
3) slow

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

using a unified gmail experience for BizDev

  ### 20. Customer Experience Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sade J. | Customer Experience Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The Gmail integration, the ability to easily track all customers and opportunities. It literally tracks the client from the start right up until you either win or lost that sale, its perfect!

Lets not start with the mobile functionality it workd seamlessly on my Android Smart phone.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dislike the appointment schedule or setting functionality its not struct enough with reminding of follow ups.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Yes give it try it is worth every penny!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the issue of not following up by the sales rep with the follow up updates that are shown on the main home screen.

Now I can work on the go with no troubles and need to come into the office once I have my cell phone.

  ### 21. Decent, Lower Cost CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor C. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

If you are starting with Copper as your first CRM it works pretty well. It functions and integrates well with Google and has some decent reporting features to help you and your team.

The design and UI is intuitive and you are able to manage the tabs almost from day 1.

Being able to move accounts easily through a grid is a nice visual feature that helps me easily reorganize my pipeline when needed.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It has some difficulties with complex reportings and field management. It has basic pipeline capabilities and an okay task tracking system. It is a good buy for the price though.

The line from Companies to People to Leads to Opportunities was difficult to manage at times and bulk uploading and reporting sometimes created too many problems.

Additionally, the email templates and sequences are harder to create and manage in Copper. I use a different Drip campaign software over Coppers.

There is no Calendar capability for now which means that Copper is not always a "one-stop-shop".

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I would base the decision on your budget and what you currently need. If you have the budget for a more powerful CRM (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) I would probably lean that way.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Copper for a few years now and it has helped us easily track people and companies. The Gmail integration helps auto-import new leads which helps save a lot of time. I have tried to add leads and opps in other software, but it is a lot easier with Copper.

We are able to create Zaps with Zapier that helps us automate our workflows and keep us on track.

  ### 22. Copper makes managing customers and deals easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with Google is the best. Not having to send emails to the CRM is amazing. They're just there.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Pipeline management and reporting are somewhat limited and you can't archive older pipeline. They're just there....forever.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper allows us to have a centralized place for tasks, communication, deals, and follow-ups making sales easy.

  ### 23. The Email Integration Sets Copper Apart

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The feature Copper has compared to all other CRMs is its ability to integrate seamlessly with email. As a result, I am capable of managing pipelines and customers from my inbox. Since it's so easy, I use it.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The "Projects" and "Tasks" features are clunky. It easy to get lost managing projects, and there isn't enough flexibility. Combine that with no ability to have clients participate as "guests" in a project is difficult for our team. I use it for business development because I want to works with as few tools as possible, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone on our team now can keep track of business development efforts. With just a glance, we can see what we're forecasting financially and where we need to focus.

  ### 24. Copper has allowed me to organize my leads and to control lead flow and prospects.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Douglas W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of use in uploading new contacts and managing contacts. I have a high-flow business wherein we are processing a lot of leads. Copper allows me to manage this flow with relative ease.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would like to see the platform integrated with a texting app to send multiple text messages through one platform. Currently, I have to text the prospects on an individual basis. This takes a lot of time.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of prospects is the most significant benefit for my business. Without Copper, I would spend a lot of time organizing and managing opportunities on a platform like excel.

  ### 25. user of Copper for work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper helps keep tasks organized and clients in a neat pipeline

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

we don't get reminders for pending tasks, it would be nice if you had either a Chrome extension or some sort of integration that helped with real-time notifications

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

as far as keeping track of tasks, it works similar to other project management products

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using it more for work and it helps with keeping track of what everyone on the team is doing and to keep all client information and content on track with their service requested

  ### 26. Great User Friendly Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Operations manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is a great user friendly product. My favorite feature is it allows me to record all of my customer conversations as well as run a monthly news letter with no hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would like to see a way to allow more digital signatures to be created into the platform to help speed up the new contracting process. More programs that are compatable.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped recall any issues with customers prior to going to meeting. It has helped me to remember to call a potential customer as a contract has expired. It also gets news infromation out quickly

  ### 27. Very efficient and easy to manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

N/A- I do not have any complaints about Copper

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Management, Communication Management and Client Management

  ### 28. An extremely user-friendly and powerful CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert Z. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper allows us to easily manage our sales data and the flexibility of accessing the information via the Gmail extension, via a web browser or app makes it extremely versatile. The Gmail extension simplifies the process of data entry, making data management a simple and streamlined process

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The only downside to Copper is the Reporting Suite can be a little 'clunky' and it's sometimes difficult to extract the data you may need via filters. The export of data (the collation of selected data exported to a single report) could be improved, eliminating the need to export multiple reports to collate external to the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I can highly recommend Copper to anyone looking for a powerful CRM that is intuitive and logical to use. The flexibility of the add-ons/extensions from different vendors makes the process of maintaining and accessing important sale data an efficient process.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper helps our organisation easily maintain our vast pipeline, allowing our sales reps to spend more time focusing on their core roles rather than CRM management. Combined with the Gmail extension, Copper makes typically laborious data entry a simple and quick process, with all relevant sales information easily accessible via the platform or Gmail extension

  ### 29. Gmail and Google fans and users, there is no other CRM for you!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth H. | Partner / Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with gmail and my workspace makes this CRM ideal. I save hours with the integration. The basic premise, tools and reports are perfect for a solopreneur to an entrepreneur, mommapreneur and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The way Customer Service has been trained. It is hard to tell the difference between human and bot due to the current style of customer service. It is humans speaking military style bot answers. Working with humans is THE thing most customers seek, understand the use of bots, but when a human shows up please allow them to be human and show some personality, please!

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you use Gmail or Google this is a no brainer. The software, from when it was Prosperworks to now as Copper is a great CRM for small businesses and entrepreneurs. I highly recommend Copper. At this time just know that when you need customer service you may need to do some detective work to figure out who is human vs bots. Every issue I have had has been resolved, though one did take getting in touch with VP of customer service. The humans are great at Copper it just appears their training is to be military or robotic vs personable. That is the only area Hubspot has Copper beat.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving building our contact list by having the integration, the benefit of that integration is next to zero data entry saving hours of time and not losing any contacts.

  ### 30. Copper Is So User Friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The ability to customize the platform - we use this for an events venue, and the customizable fields make this worthwhile for us! It's super user-friendly as well. It was a daunting task getting the entire team on board to utilize ANY system, so the fact that this platform is intuitive and easy to use, understand, and learn was a huge benefit.

I also love that as an administrator you can keep track of what your team is doing throughout the day with the activity log - you can see how many phone calls or emails users send to clients a day!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The automation tasks could be improved slightly - they aren't super robust, and having experience with automation tools in the past, there are a lot more capabilities I was looking to have included here. However, something is better than nothing! So I'm a fan of what they offer.

The downside is that you can easily see how behind you are getting on tasks and workflow - but that's really an added benefit.

I wish the "close date" and the "value" for each opportunity was a bit more customizable. We don't really use those, so it's tricky for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

BUY IT. BUY IT. BUY IT. BUY IT. If you are a small business and are looking for a way to keep track of all client communication, and looking to implement something ASAP - this is absolutely for you.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to keep track of client information with email, and paper records. This platform is significantly more scaleable as the company and the team grows, and we are able to keep track of clients that made a single phone call a year ago!

  ### 31. Simple, effective and practical

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with g-mail and Mailchimp, easy to use and simple enough for anyone to be able to update on the go without it becoming onerous.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing..................................

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

None

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better opportunity management, better tracking of contacts we work with irregularly and easier to refer back to previous discussions and act on them quickly without effort.

  ### 32. Business development manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Very efficient to use and access information when I need it.
Integrates well with other software.
Helps me keep track of my follow ups and keeps me informed each step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't really have any dislikes that I am able to think of at this time. I like Copper and use it every day. It really helps me with my day to day position.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Give it a shot and keep digging deep into the various filters and capabilities etc.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with 100+ clients at any given time and not missing a beat.
I would not be able to handle my work load otherswise and keeping in contact with our team.

  ### 33. Easy intuitive resource for pipeline management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the ability to design the pipeline to fit our own stage/status process. Allows for a more bespoke experience

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I honestly don't think our team is using copper to the best ability.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What's in the pipeline and how is it progressing

  ### 34. Great CRM for Google lovers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Completely integrated with Google Workspace, Gmail and more. Very easy to connect with Mailchimp and really take advantage to build your list. Same thing with LinkedIn with the LeadJet Add-on. It changed the way I do prospection.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes glitches can occur. A reboot is needed and changes appear only the next day.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

It can be difficult to find a consultant in order to help with integration.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So easy to have access to all Google tools together. Makes business development so much easier.

  ### 35. Strong integrated CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver D. | Commercial Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I am a big fan of how integrated Copper is within G Suite, not only for the email tracking and reminders in G Cal, but the API enables us to automate scorecards and Google Data Studio dashboards too. We use multiple pipelines and use it as our one source of truth for sales data.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Maybe more integrations with the rest of G suite beyond Gmail, and a simpler native reporting method. Also I cannot find a way to change the reporting date of the week in Copper updates, Other than that, really enjoy it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single source of truth for sales reporting and pipeline.

  ### 36. very easy and gently

  ### 37. Decent CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Good UI, good visual presence, good sales tracking tools

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Cluttered database; difficult to sort properly; would use another service to store email addresses and sort contacts

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking donations and open relationship opportunities, allowing the tracking of progress in real-time across a dozen accounts with an easy-to-understand interface

  ### 38. Very user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor W. | Lead Generation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

the layout of copper is very simple to use

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

not being able to save settings of filters

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

for an easy to use client management software this is the best you can use.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

customer outreach is a lot simpler. the biggest benefit is the simple format for quick changes.

  ### 39. Incredible integrated tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with google suite and how easy it is to pull information to our CRM; the ability for it to be very customized with just a few clicks is also very refreshing after having been through both a Zoho and Salesforce implementation in the past.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I work in M&A - so we have sliding scale free structures (which are a little difficult from an automation and pipleine perspective) and we work off of percentages on large deals. As an example - we may work off of a 7.25% commission on a $10M deal. The main numeric fields require a whole number percentage or only two decimals for standard numbers - so anyway we slice it - we cannot calculate or track from these critical pieces.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, streamlining communication - and keeping everything tied to a transaction organized. We were also tracking our over 30 engagements on this very wonky spreadsheet. Having an easy to update, shared common space for our key engagements is going to be HUGE. No more weird sorts and updates to this crap spreadsheet!

  ### 40. Copper always meets our needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love Copper's integrations and its easy to use interface. Whenever I need training, it's right there, and support is great too.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

You know, the only downside to Copper is that I still need to use it consistently, and I'm bad for that. That's hardly Copper's fault.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Go through all of the training at the start, and use the system daily.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper has helped us manage contacts, track projects, and develop leads. It's also enabled us to connect with customers and ensure productivity across our teams.

  ### 41. User friendly and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Gmail integration is awesome. Pipelines are easily organized and maintained. I love the daily dashboard. The task lists are great to keep even the most unorganized individuals organized.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The canned reports leave something to be desired and building our new reports feels somewhat limited.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper has helped me to easily organize and maintain my pipeline and quickly see all interactions with customers. I love the task lists and the ability to tie them into an existing person, lead or opportunity with due dates and priority.

  ### 42. Great Experience So Far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Really easy to manage a lot of things at once, including contacts, tasks and everything that comes into my gmail.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing specific yet, as I'm still getting used to the platform.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me build my important contact list

  ### 43. Very powerful CRM tool

Everything all in one place. Can customize to fit needs.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish the customization were a little more freeform.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my department, we modified a sales pipeline into a project management pipeline to stay on-track with our work.

  ### 44. Arencibia

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The ease of moving ops between stages .

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't understand how to create reports very well.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all our open ops. We have a long sales process so we need the tracking capability

  ### 45. The most user-friendly CRM there is!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth S. | Digital Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is SO user friendly. I've used other CRMs and they don't come close to the easy navigation of Copper. I love the tasks portion of Copper as well. It helps me stay on top of all the millions of things I have to keep up with!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The only thing I wish Copper could do is have automated emails. It would be great to create a template and to schedule the emails to be sent out to Copper contacts!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have so many things to do as an account manager, it can be hard to stay on top of little tasks. Before Copper, they often got forgotten. Now I can easily take meeting notes and make tasks all under the company portion!

  ### 46. Copper has helped me and my team stay organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper has helped me and my team keep our records organized so that we can better assist and market to our current and prospective clients.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

One thing I dislike and have suggested they change is generating reports based on custom fields.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Play with it as much as you can before you start using it. Make use of automations and custom fields, they're helpful.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're keeping our records organized and in one place so everyone is on the same page.

  ### 47. Very institutive, less manual work as other CRMs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Automatically syncs your emails and you can add them as contacts. It takes no time to create, edit, or add any new deal to the pipeline. It is very intituitive and less manual work.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It is difficult to navigate within the contacts those who have added automatically, from those contacts that are actually a lead that needs to be added to the pipeline.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Copper is very intuitive and easy to use. It easily integrates with your Gmail account, and tracks the progress and conversations with your leads automatically.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It syncs emails and adds contacts from which you already exchanging emails. It tells you all the interactions and the last interaction you had with a contact or prospect lead.

  ### 48. I've been very pleased with the ease of managing our team's contacts information and communications.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I would say the best part of Copper is how it tracks email communication so all of your search needs are in one location. It's a great improvement from the previous system I was using.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I'm not sure at this time there is anything I have been displeased with. It's a little time-consuming when clients change ownership to have to change not only the company but also each contact, but that's a minor inconvenience.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

It works well to keep your contact info organized.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all of the contact info in one place saves so much time when looking up client information, including but not limited to connections to Gmail and LinkedIn.

  ### 49. Best CRM for the SalesTracker

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harish H. | Inside Sales Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

As a Sales person, we can export all the taken contacts into the CRM. They providing feature something for the quoting price in the CRM. We can have all the notes and store in the CRM itself. We are able to see those notes, before we are going for the further level of calls.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

In Copper, we can only export the contacts or leads in CSV format. In searching engine, it is not showing the search history.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually, we try to resolve the Customer Complaints. It is user's friendly. Copper CRM helps us to do consistent followup with the clients or customers for the deal closure.

  ### 50. CRM - Copper Review

but it's only as good as you use it!!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Needs better tailoring to the type of company using it. Don't use Opportunities or Projects.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you need a good CRM, Copper is pretty affordable and a reliable CRM.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for Reminders. and again, only as good as the info I put in.
