# What's the best employee intranet platform for mid-market organizations that need real-time visibility?

To your headcount question, what usually changes isn&#39;t the volume of posts, it&#39;s the share of them that&#39;s relevant to any given person. Past a certain size everyone&#39;s feed is mostly other people&#39;s context, and that&#39;s the point at which a chronological view stops working and targeting or role-based surfacing has to carry it. MangoApps&#39;s team-level widget dashboards and Simpplr&#39;s search are both addressing that same shift, which is really from broadcast to retrieval.
