**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose R. | SaaS Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Fields that can be changed, customized as needed. The facility to export data and navigation which is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Some fields that we cannot insert many numbers after the comma and or for not accepting the comma as well.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It greatly facilitates the management of customer contacts, quick information on opportunities created and systemic availability.

  ### 2. Great tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Quick access to client data which gives me the entire client picture.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

If Internet is unavailable, so is the link

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Definitely try it out. It is worth the work especially if you use any of the connected apps like Gmail.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick client record access. Reduce this time looking for a customer records while they're on the phone

  ### 3. Run Away - Customer Service is Atrocious

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay S. | Vice President - Capital Markets Strategic Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Can be a simple to use. Though a bit clunky. Good luck exporting information - comes out a mess likely because they will not work with you when there are issues.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

If you have any hope of speaking to a live person - you will not. Moreover, they are so concerned with eeking every last penny from you that they will not make any accommodation. We were on an annual plan and had some attrition during COVID. When the recurring renewal passed, we noted we had more seats than we needed. Within one (1) day of seeing the charge on our statement I reached out to customer service to have them adjust. They would not. They would not allow me to speak on the phone (there is no number). They simply stood behind the Terms of Service. Sounds like a company that is not going to last. Stay away.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Jay,

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We apologize for any frustration you experienced. We try to make the renewal process as clear as possible:

- Customers receive renewal email reminders 90, 45 and 30 days out.

- If the email reminder bounces this is escalated to a Success Manager to identify the account owner and ensure the renewal notices are delivered.

- The renewal period does not begin until we have confirmed the account owner has been notified.

Your feedback has been shared with the team internally. We will work to improve our renewal process with mindfulness towards the often quickly changing requirements of many businesses.

We wish you all the best in your future endeavors,
Melanie at Copper

  ### 4. Copper is the best CRM and project management tool I have ever worked with.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jocelyn H. | Finance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It provides excellent solutions for my firm. Since we purchased Copper, our client relationships have grown. Furthermore, it is simple and inexpensive to install. Since its acquisition, we have greatly complemented each other. Our output has grown, and clients and workers are working together. on the road to success Without a doubt, creating contacts and offers is very useful, it also generates leads and helps to create opportunities easily, and it is what distinguishes Copper from other CRMs, in addition to keeping everything organized, including my suppliers, this is the best in CRM, I can see the activity of each account and when it's idle, just the highlight I've tried so far.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There have been background issues that generally irritate us, but they are fixed promptly. I must mention that their customer support service is amazing; it has assisted us in resolving each event in the most pleasant manner; otherwise, it is a terrific CRM at a very reasonable price for my company. Copper on the other hand has arrived to solve everything; it is genuinely an incredible tool its functions are improving all the time, we are in love with its features, and it is without a doubt propelling our company to new heights.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Before I used Salesfroce and it became something I didn't need so I chose to use Copper and it was the best, we are content waiting for them to continue expanding and providing more and more features that enable us to grow since they give amazing advantages and contributions. This program has been really beneficial to my firm. I wholeheartedly suggest it if you want to save time and get consumers, and in terms of technological elements, it is excellent; it is implemented in the cloud and in online SAAS, as well as on Android and iOS devices. sales, and much more.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could enumerate the aspects of Copper that have been really helpful and beneficial to my business, such as how effectively it integrates with Gmail and other Google products. It has also assisted me in sorting my leads, which is quite important, as well as convenient lead tracking. Copper allows us to assign tasks to each supplier and then receive an alarm to send me an email when the process is completed so that I don't miss any opportunities without receiving an email and verifying it, another aspect that helped us a lot is that their pipeline is effective and easy to use, which is very useful for each member, and the display of tasks and earnings on their platform is something that we like and can recommend to Copper.

  ### 5. In fact, I already have recommended it to 2 companies!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard A. | VP of Software Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Easy of use and completely customizable makes it work no matter the solution that is needed.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish there were a few more tutorial videos on how the customizations and reporting work, and some examples of what can be done with them

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead management and communication handling is by far the best ive seen

  ### 6. Copper is our essential for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Most CRMs I have used in the past have very similar functions and capabilities; what separates Copper is how helpful its support staff has always been whenever my organization has questions.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I haven't experienced any difficulties with Copper; the platform works great and is very rarely down due to updates or upgrades. When Copper is down, it is always at times that are not inconvenient or hinder my work day.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper serves as our source of truth for our organization. We use Copper as our database for all our clients and prospects. It has been highly reliable and also has simple connections to other external tools we utilize.

  ### 7. It measures the satisfaction of my customers, it is also affordable and easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yolanda P. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The user interface is simple to use and ideal for rapidly recording contact information. The system records all contacts with consumers, including files delivered through email, to make the work of sales reps easier. The Report and Analysis tool gives vital indicators to help us plan and decide on our commercial initiatives. It is also really valuable since it has helped me to be a little more organized with all of the information it provides; it not only helps me to keep in touch with my customers, but it also allows me to keep in touch with my suppliers.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Although the program is effective, it lacks some customization and integration features with third-party software. Furthermore, there is nothing I dislike about Copper because in all the time I have used it, I have only experienced minor inconveniences with the system, such as when this system emits certain errors that slow down the process, but when I communicate this novelty to Customer service, they quickly get to work and solve this novelty, allowing me to continue working.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

This system, in my opinion, should be utilized by all businesses because it is extremely comprehensive and capable of far more than you would imagine. It is simple to utilize software to set up a CRM. The pricing is reasonable, and it includes the essential features for effectively managing the sales process. For these reasons, as well as the other benefits it provided to the organization, it is undoubtedly worthwhile to promote this program.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper promotes commercial management and decision-making by facilitating contact registration, sales administration, task planning, and potential customer tracking. Simplifies workflow, is adaptable, and meets the needs and demands of the commercial department. I was able to create alarms when I received emails from my suppliers, allowing me to speed up the negotiating and delivery procedures of new items looking to replace my stockpiles. At the same time, I was able to create a daily and weekly job plan for my team in order to meet and sometimes exceed our monthly goals. This solution is extremely nicely synced with my company Gmail emails as well as other apps. This is without a doubt a significant advantage since it helps us to be efficient and sort the emails using their adaptable filter to swiftly review the emails of my new and regular suppliers and customers.

  ### 8. Very good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick O. | Global Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with GOOGLE is excellent. Dependable and love the recent additions.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Searching across databases isn't instinctive. Why can't mass leads change? I would LOVE the tagging system to be more robust.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is our CRM. We are leveraging it in new ways in 2023 for the 'sales' pipeline.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Patrick,
We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying Copper's integration with Google. I'll share your feedback regarding searching and tagging with the team internally. I also suggest adding an idea to, or upvoting a current idea in, our community for search Thank you for your G2 review,
Melanie at Copper

  ### 9. Great Tool for Your Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the way the interface is set up. It makes it easy to navigate between contact and business and back again. The custom fields are also helpful to customize to your business needs. I also like the integration of mail tracking on each contact. It helps keep records organized.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I think there could be more features for marketing built-in so you wouldn't have to use so many integrations. There are constant issues with the plug-ins and integrations working, so having those features built-in could save time and money.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Copper to keep our portfolio of guests and clients intact. We also use it to organize contract renewals. The more time we spend customizing the tool the more benefit we seem to get out of it.

  ### 10. It has been very helpful on AE and CSM side.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desirée P. | Client Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It allows me to receive the information needed from our AE team about our clients before our calls.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It requires me to sign out to see the emails I need more often now than it did before.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The communication between our teams and our clients.

  ### 11. Easy to use, flexible and powerful CRM for Gmail users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric v. | Regional Commercial Director for Odin Health, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It has great integration with Gmail making it extremely efficient to use.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It would be great if there was an automatic back up option to protect against accidentially deleting data.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to track opportunities in progress and to keep an repository of customer contact information.

  ### 12. Great CRM tool, it's simple and easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis M. | Business Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love how easy it is to add a client to Copper CRM. In particular, I love sharing tasks and tracking pipelines with teams, as new leads are only offered via email. The interface is really simple and I like being able to drag and drop opportunities to the next stage. You tend to use the Opportunity tab instead of leads, which is great for that purpose.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

If we got across problems, having a dedicated account manager would be beneficial. A tab that aggregates all of the value in our pipeline would be useful, but it is not required for the method we predict. It would be fantastic to charge through Copper and see the money; now, when individuals make payments, I have to manually add value and update the pipeline. I'd want a Copper inbox as well. When I get a lead on Gmail, I add it to Copper. I'd want to be able to evaluate new messages in Copper exclusively from Copper leads because they are the ones that matter the most to me.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you currently use Google Workspace, sign up for Copper to spare yourself a trouble. Before the trial finished, I had my entire business up and operating, and I'm not looking back. It accomplishes all a CRM needs to do and integrates seamlessly with how we were previously working. Its main value is its simplicity; if you are primarily a Google Workspace user, it is an excellent CRM. If not, you should most likely search elsewhere. Copper is not as feature-rich as other CRM programs, so consider carefully what functions you want.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make sure your prospects don't get cracked. Spinning leads, does task communication with my team, and sends a lot of emails to clients. It is mainly used as a place to gather opportunities. The ability to create opportunities directly from Gmail is an absolute game-changing feature that can save you a lot of time.

  ### 13. The best CRM increase our productivity.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noemi B. | Business Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It provides great solutions to my company, and our relationships with our clients have improved since we acquired Copper, in addition to the fact that installing it is simple and inexpensive. Since its acquisition, we have complemented each other greatly, our production has increased, clients and employees are working together to make progress, emails are automatically logged, and it is simple to share information with other Copper users.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Even if you can't send automated email to your customers, you still need to integrate with other CRMs to perform this feature. I'm currently using an older report that doesn't contain much useful information, such as the number of calls analyzed to translate leads and other metrics. The new reporting tool may have fixed this issue, but there is no marketing guarantee for the functionality of Copper's new reporting tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Copper is ideal for companies looking to build personalized, long-term relationships with their customers. Before I used Salesfroce and recommended it at that time, it became something I no longer needed. I chose Copper, which was great for us. We hope that they will continue to grow and that more and more features will be added to enable further growth.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can list the features of Copper that have been very useful and informative to my business. It works very well in Gmail and other Google applications. It also helped me sort the leads. This has been very helpful and allows us to manage our leads better. Currently, there is a set of guidelines that define leads and copper companies, with notes and records for each lead. And customers have greatly facilitated the systematization of their work.

  ### 14. Wonderfully Pleasant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin V. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It integrates well with google services and updates without losing everything

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes the loading time lags and takes a day or so to update. Significant update but it is slow

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping work flow organized and up to date notes about clients

  ### 15. Using copper for tracking franchise leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Recreational Facilities and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

the way it integrates with google to track all activity in one place.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

i wish it showed me who opened my email as opposed to just showing it was open

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking all emails and attachments in place instead of searching each time for activity

  ### 16. I love Copper! Best tool we use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim G. | Digital Marketing Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The ease of access and the integration with Google. It just makes everything so simple. I love that all my emails automatically pull into it, can't beat how easy it is.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There are a few features I'd like to see. An integration with 8x8 would be great to be able to pull all my calls into Copper automatically. Currently I have to manually upload all recordings.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Get it now!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is allowing us to see each of our account manager's communications so that we know what is going on with all of our accounts at all times. I'm excited to get all of our systems moved over to Copper.

  ### 17. Finally have a pipline!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

One of my favorite features of Copper is the pipeline. After over a decade in business, I finally have an organized pipeline integrated within my CRM; I can easily see what opportunities to follow up on and this feature is seriously helping me rebuild my business after tough Covid years.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish the project management features were morerobust.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all my critical data organized while integrated with Gmail.

  ### 18. Great for a growing business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izaak C. | Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Most helpful is its ability to track through a pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Some glitch keeps attaching things to a particular company when there is no relation.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is helping us solve the issue of dealing with a large client base and keeping them organized.

  ### 19. Flexible and affordable CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd W. | President & General Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper has been easy to integrate with our Google workspace, and the pipeline has been easy to customize to our workflow. With multiple projects and no set time frame for completion (3 months to 4 years) it is great to be able to track them through a multi-stage pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Email integration is great, but we often have the same people on multiple projects, making it hard to distinguish which email is related to which project. Would like the ability to hide unrelated emails.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is not a uniform timing for our projects, and with projects in multiple stages it was hard to keep track of all of them. Copper allows us to track the projects and continue to keep them moving at their appropriate speed.

  ### 20. Review of Copper....

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

What used to be a variety of tedious manual operations can now be automated. The exportable data, pipeline management, and sales/lead progression are being utilised much more extensively by other departments.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dong have Andy dislike or least favourite feature because i like this software easy to use work very well.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps track of emails. Without having to search through my gmail, I can always look back and see what communication took place. Additionally, it records the ways in which customers discover about our company, and I use that information to decide how best to spend our advertising budget.

  ### 21. Alex Ditto copper review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Associate Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the reports tool. I also like that copper is continuing to make updates.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I'd like notes made in a profile to be shown in their spouse's profile.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

none right now

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are able to quantify and demonstrate our value.

  ### 22. Switched from Copper CRM to Prospect CRM

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper has a wonderful email tracking system that allows you to easily track conversations down the road by automatically syncing with Gmail suite. We also like the pipeline set up that has columns and stages that are easy to track.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I disliked the lack of support we had from Copper's team the most. After countless failed attempts to solve issues within our system, we were only ever pointed to a blog post via chat. There is no phone number where you reach a human representative that is willing to help sort through their software with you. We had major issues with Companies and Contacts not acting like parent and child contacts, therefore not syncing notes or emails from the contact also into the company. We needed some other help with reporting and could never get assistance, ultimately leading to our swap.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper didn't solve our problems, which is why we are no longer using their CRM platform. We lacked education and training from the beginning which was a slow struggle that only increased as our business did.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your Copper experience. I’m sorry to hear you were unable to receive support during your time with Copper. Your feedback has been raised internally with the Support team and we’ll work to remedy this for future Copper customers. We’re also working to improve our customer onboarding so users have more access to resources right from the start.

Thank you for your time, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Melanie at Copper

  ### 23. Overall great experience, Copper helps me stay organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronnie B. | General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

What I like best about Copper is the overall organization. This app helps me call/email/text potential leads and keep track of the contact dates. That being said, you can view EVERY email exchanged with your lead without having to go back and search on your email.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

As of right now, I haven't experienced anything that would lead me to dislike copper. Everything that has been taught to me to this day has been easy to comprehend and maneuver.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Go ahead and make the change. If you're in the market for such services Copper is the way to go.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is helping me go back for months to identify any offer I could've given to a lead that might not have been ready to sign then. By doing so I can be consistent with the info I talk to my leads about.

  ### 24. Copper has made our work smooth and efficient.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda B. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I prefer Copper because of its connectedness; the Copper plugin for Gmail allows me to save contacts and search for them straight in Gmail. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Pandadoc/Copper plugin allows us to produce and view legal documents from a client's registry from within Copper. I particularly appreciate the to-do list and the built-in automatic integrations. It also integrates with Zapier, allowing for all sorts of creative integrations. It's also useful to be able to create custom fields, which allows me to include things like expiration dates, etc. You may also create custom task categories, so the possibilities are limitless.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper is meant to tell us when the receiver opens an email we send. However, when we go to the sent folder and look at the email, Copper considers it to be open. To put it another way, we don't obtain a genuine open rate for our emails.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

There are many CRMs out there, but if you're using the G Suite ecosystem, you couldn't find the one that works best for you. We encourage you to use a 14-day trial to see if you like it and if you get what you need. The learning curve is steep and importing the first leads, companies, and people is a bit tricky, but it's worth it. Learning the difference between leads and personas is a bit confusing, but Copper has a fairly solid set of video tutorials to help you.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two most difficult tasks were managing people and managing opportunities. Because the direction of G Suite is terrible, a CRM is required to capture everyone who crosses your path. Simultaneously, you must be able to manage opportunities when they present themselves. Copper made it simple to accomplish both. Copper assists us in running our drip programs. We use Copper in conjunction with PersistIQ to conduct email drip campaigns directly from Gmail. We have obtained open rates of 70-80% and response rates of 10-20%. Copper is also used to track our offerings and earn percentages. We may personalize our offers' pipelines and shift them from one step to another.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Most helpful, Keeping track of every lead I entered. if I deleted it or duplicated it. It's a great tracking system and all of the prompts are there to just click on for changes or add.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It bugs me when I have updated a project(s) and it still says the next day that Opportunities slipping away with the same info. I have to go in again and put a note in or try to change the dates so it can archive for later.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking my projects and allowing upper management to see my progress. Seeing my Tasks keeps me aware of what I need to update. And love seeing Enjoy your head's down time!

  ### 27. The best CRM software eases the workload.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn J. | Finance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The tagging tool, as well as the follow-up email feature, are both appealing to me. I've linked my Gmail account, which makes things lot faster. Google Suite is used by our organization to run our operations. Copper interacts with Google's will and seems like a natural extension of the Google Suite, making it simple for team members to embrace.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Within Copper, I'd want to be able to produce proposals and quotes. It would be fantastic to have a manager's degree of expertise in developing bespoke reports that are relevant to your department. I'm having trouble locating where another team member has tagged me; I have to browse to find the remark. I believe it would be fantastic if clicking the notification bell took us to the remark that was made.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

The Copper team's assistance and eagerness to find methods to make Copper perform better for your business or corporation is great.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a better grasp of the verticals in which we are effective and should focus on our strengths while also looking at areas where we may improve or where it may not be a smart use of our time. It has also enabled us to tailor our numerous client offers to individual consumers. We have open lines of contact with our clients, but I seldom see where my job is directly tied to the firm that benefits from it. I've been trying to figure out how I might use the pipeline to help me monitor and manage my clients from beginning to end. I'll need to conduct additional study and consider how it may work for me.

  ### 28. Without Copper I can't just work.

Copper is a tool that complements very well with my Google Workspace, helping you to have information, monitoring and control in less time.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The mobile application is too slow and unfriendly to the user.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Without Copper I can't just work. Copper is a tool that complements very well with my Google Workspace, helping you to have information, monitoring and control in less time.

It is the Definitive CRM to work with new clients, current clients and even do workflows quickly and safely.

It gives you the total vision of sales and collaborative work within the commercial, operation and services areas.

It gives you the total vision of sales and collaborative work within the commercial, operation and services areas.

  ### 29. Robust and easy to configure CRM software.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It has some good points, compatibility and integration with other software suites, it's also a highly customizable, inexpensive CRM solution, and I like its ease of use along with Google's integration. Preloaded reports make it easier to measure sales metrics and allow groups to build predictive models. If you need more details, you can quickly create your own report. No other CRM is as robust, easy to use and easy to integrate.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The software as a whole need greater capacity or extensions in order to expand email campaigns with an emphasis on marketing and sales prospecting. In general, sales support need more people to speak with rather than Google for answers. Reporting and Analytics may use an update; filtering and extracting data is a talent that takes time to learn; while this is steadily improving, more work is needed in that sector.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you're searching for a low-cost solution with features like an email tracker and that integrates nicely with other software suites like gsuite, give it a shot because you can't get more for the money you pay. If you're thinking about Salesforce for small business, try Hub, Zoho, or any other typical CRM. You will undoubtedly want to have a peek at this product. Dive in and spend a day or two putting your system together. Any other CRM will take weeks, if not months, to set up, whereas Copper is solid and simple.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database administration, CRM optimization, and task tracking for sales, prospecting, and closing. Once you've figured out the flow, you'll optimize your own sales process to fit with the system and get it to work for you. Sales Enablement has become more accessible, enhanced sales force productivity, and is now completing more transactions, since it provides excellent tracking of lead milestones and activities, such as customer email opening, thanks to the integration and extensions available for this CRM.

  ### 30. It is a great CRM solution that can be customized for any company.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mattie A. | Project Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

One of my favorite features is the interface with Google; we utilize the Google application suite and it is incredibly handy to have all of the data linked. Furthermore, the Gmail plugin is really handy for our purposes. I enjoy the many phases that are accessible, as well as the various pipelines that may be created. It's also very customisable, allowing you to add your own fields for possibilities, which is useful for data analysis. I can also export data, which comes in handy for data analysis and organizing. We compared Copper to other platforms and discovered that the other products had limitations, but Copper allows for endless possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

So far, there hasn't been anything I don't enjoy. We evaluated Copper to other CRMs with comparable formats and found Copper to be superior. It's simple to add additional opportunities and stages. Reports are fine and improving as a result of recent revisions. We utilize a lot of activities and would want to see more detailed activity reporting. As we use the opportunities for project tracking, attaching or connecting photographs would be ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Compared to other platforms, you'll find ease of use and customizability. Being able to analyze and analyze information about copper helps businesses find gaps in the progress of opportunities and specific tasks. We use Copper as our CMP, but we also use it to track project data. One thing that helped us was to create a fictitious person as the primary contact and add the person using the Related People field. Certain emails are linked to this opportunity via the Gmail extension. If the primary user is Copper's regular contact, all email will be drawn into the opportunity. I only wanted emails related to this project. Once we understood that, the app worked fine.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilized shared spreadsheets for project management and papers for client profiles in the past. Everything has been consolidated and shared. Email connection is incredibly beneficial. We were able to monitor the progress of many prospects with our clientele. This has taught us not to overlook anyone or their potential. The export tool has been quite useful; I receive an email with the exported data when it is complete, and I can then use it for data analysis; we also utilize Copper data to measure our efficiency with opportunities.

  ### 31. Copper helps me stay organized!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsey L. | CEO, Publisher, Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like having the ability to set reminders with each task so I can always stay on track. I also enjoy the ability to add many different contacts to the same organization. I'm not sure how I would ever function without Copper CRM.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

My only complaint is not having the ability to sync my Copper contacts with my work phone. I use an iPhone dedicated to work-only and it would be great to sync my full contacts list with my work phone.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Copper mostly to stay organized with my business contacts and so far it's working great! I can always reference previous notes and emails with clients, whenever I need to. It's been a big help!

  ### 32. Streamlined and progress monitor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love that it helps monitor progress, is intuitive to follow, and integrates emails nudging us to follow up on things that are no longer on our radar. I also like that you can see the process in front of your eyes which keeps you motivated to get stuff done!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes, the defaults are a bit misaligned. While I know I can turn off the feature of Copper sending me emails about my work (after it syncs up with my calendar) it can be a bit annoying to receive an email at the end of a busy day saying that "you have attended 16 meetings and have done 0 work". It's funny but it's true.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use copper to keep track of my business development process, and I find it very helpful that I feel supported through this platform- I don't have to remember anything (there are in-built nudges), or ask unnecessary questions about leads (since all contacts get created and stored).

  ### 33. Copper is beautiful platform organise my bussiness!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael J. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love the amazing way simple it is to add clients to my Copper CRM. It in all actuality does truly limit how much composing that you need to do yourself. I love that I am ready to login and verify what the last impart was with a specific client.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I could do without not having the option to see a months' perspective on the number of undertakings I have planned every day. There is such a great amount in the stage, it takes more time to learn everything to ensure we streamline. The dashboard could be better. I might want to have the option to include my own reports there.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two major difficulties were individuals the executives and opportunity the board. Likewise, it has permitted us to coordinate our different client contributions to explicit clients, to summarize this we have become more incorporated.

  ### 34. 2022 Q1 Review of Copper

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin M. | Sales Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like how easy it is to connect contacts and corporations to each other with the merge functionality - our team sometimes has overlapping information and this is a great feature. The pipeline is a major contributor to our sales team functionality as well. Overall, I like the customization and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There are not a lot of things I dislike about Copper. It functions very well in my opinion. Above I mentioned the merge functionality, and while it is a major tool I use every day, I will say there are limitations to it. We have a large client database and sometimes that slows things down.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Copper is a key part of our team's daily work. It not only looks great but functions great as well. The integration with Google Workspace is seamless and one of our favourite parts. Personally, my favourite function of Copper is the customization and ease of use.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team is ever-evolving and Copper has helped us to organize our team. It's been a great resource to keep our new people up-to-date with what stage of the process our clients are at. Both with new clients and old clients.
Tracking is our number one reporting need and Copper's pipeline keeps us on track - no pun intended!

  ### 35. Disappointed

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ty S. | Operstions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I liked the customized reporting and graphics.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper seems to be still in its infancy. Once the salesperson realized I was a small business and she wouldn't be making a lot of money on us, she dropped us like a hot potato. We were left to navigate the system ourselves. Not user-friendly at all. Many features do not work. They do not sync simultaneously, you have to wait for 24 hrs. Not scalable to fit our business model. Really disappointed. The staff already has the Google mentality that we need them more than they need us. I will keep looking for a business that wants and appreciates our business. They need to earn it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automated my reporting

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Ty,

Thank you for your feedback. As a relationship-based CRM, building a connection with our customers is important to us, and I’m sorry to hear your experience did not meet the level of service we aim to provide. I’ve shared this feedback internally with the team. I wish you the best in your future endeavours and that you found the right tool for your business.

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Automated management with Google accounts is essential for us.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There are some parts that are not translated into Spanish. I miss an option to create a PDF with the offer.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Make them use it every day. Once you use it for a week, you get into the rhythm and make the most of it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintain communication between different areas of the company by knowing the customer.

  ### 37. Awesome program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The tasks help keep me in line and not miss any deadlines. Very easy to use. It keeps all case material in one location for easy access. You never have to go searching for information with this program.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The inability to not assign tasks to more than one person. Sometimes the entries are delayed to the recipient. I think that is a bug they have been trying to work out.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is continuously changing the platform for ease and to make it user friendly. Any time that I have had a problem, the team was quick to resolve and keep me informed on the progress.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

could use a bit more support. When issues came up I found the support was a bit lacking in response time and ability to resolve the issues.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

constant integration of useful follow-up and marketing tools.

  ### 40. Copper has been our CRM for multiple years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I really like the visual display of Copper's UI UX. Drag and Drop especially. I can create changes in detail or move an Opportunity and come back later.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

We have unique reporting needs that Copper doesn't work for, so I end up with a lot of separate spreadsheets. I wish that reports could be made in real-time instead of only pulling yesterday's data.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email integration has saved a lot of time as well as automatically attaching pdfs and other files. Our team can see information across users which is great for meeting current client needs more holistically.

  ### 41. Perspective on copper and its effectiveness.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mubeen M. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

If copper is used properly, it can provide you nice blowing skills. As a business, you should constantly aim for comprehensive and efficient follow-up. As a firm, copper has helped us to accomplish new milestones and goals.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I think navigating interactions with the company itself gets more challenging. Although the sight is functional, it can occasionally be challenging to get Copper to actually pick up the phone when you try to reach him.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has improved the efficiency of my client follow-up, which has helped me narrow the gap and earn more money while saving time. We are a business that is always expanding, thus we require more quality while spending less time overall. Copper had aided in our solution to that issue.

  ### 42. The CRM for Businesses using Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shay W. | Owner and President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration of Google Mail and Calendar ensures customer connections are captured. This feature is especially helpful if there is a change of account ownership. I

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't have any complaints about Copper itself. I just wish it would integrate with our WooCommerce store and Richpanel customer service platform.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us manage relationships with our growing b-b customers and partners. This ensures we don't miss opportunities.

  ### 43. Supercharges My Business Gmail With a Super CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt D. | President and Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love how easy it is to add clients to my Copper CRM. Especially since my new leads exclusively come through email. I love being able to share tasks with my team and track my pipeline. I drop a lot fewer balls with this system. I closed 5 new clients this week who were all at different levels of engagement with me. My team has already onboarded 4 out of the 5. The entire process is in Copper.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It would be great to invoice through Copper and see payment. I use Stripe. How about an integration? Currently, I have to add value and update the pipeline manually when people make payment.

I would love a Copper inbox also. When I have a lead in Gmail I add them to Copper. I would love to be able to check new messages in Copper from Copper leads only since those are the ones I care the most about.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you already use Google Workspace, save yourself a headache and sign up with Copper. I had my whole company up and running before the trial was over and I'm not looking back. It does everything a CRM needs to do and fits right in with the way we were already working.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure leads do not fall through the cracks. Circling back on leads. Communicating tasks with my team. Emailing Clients in bulk.

  ### 44. It is very useful for project management and keeping track of tasks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The task reminders and being able to easily keep track of open projects and their time spent in stages. Also, the ability to view email correspondence of other coworkers with clients is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish it was able to integrate with more applications. Importing and exporting users and assigning a user base to a project as clients would be a useful feature.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us keep track and organize many projects we have going on. Also, keeping track of staff changes in client sites is very easy and useful along with finding contact information quickly.

  ### 45. Copper feedback 24/2/22

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Calvin N. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

emails are logged automatically and it's easy to share information with other Copper users

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Inability to send automated emails to customers, still require integration with other CRM's to perform this function.
Reporting - we are currently using legacy reporting which doesn't show a lot of useful information such as number of phone calls done and other metrics that we look at to convert a lead. The new reporting tool may have fixed this but there isn't any marketing collateral that shows what the new reporting tool in Copper does.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Copper is great for businesses who want to develop personalised and long term relationships with their customers.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowed us to manage leads better and we now have a set of guidelines that define what a lead vs a company is for Copper.
And certainly having notes and logs for every lead and customer has made it very easy for us to systemise work.

  ### 46. Hits the sweet spot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon H. | Trinnov Audio Inc. Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

As with any CRM, there is a bit of initial setup so as to configure the software to the way your particular business operates. But, once that is done, Copper mostly maintains itself – it automatically links to my Gmail account and records all correspondence I have with people in the database. It also has web bots that scour the internet for additional information on people that you have in the database, like social media accounts, descriptions of their businesses from their own website, etc. It does really minimize the amount of typing that you have to do yourself. However, and I like this, it does NOT automatically import every spammer that sends you email. You still control who is included and who is ignored (which is easy with the Gmail extension).

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There are a few features I would like to see: 1) a simple .vcf import feature and 2) the ability for People to inherit basic information from their Companies (e.g., Work Phone, Work Address, etc.) without having to Copy & Paste.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you need a flexible, highly configurable CRM but do not look forward t the heavy lft of configuring something like Salesforce (which I have done myself in the past), you should look into Copper - especially if you use the Google Suite of applications in your company.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated it into our Dealer Locator on our own website, making its maintenance almost entirely automatic and handled without getting the web folks involved. It tracks a lot of information for us without a lot of admin overhead.

  ### 47. Very Good CRM.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff M. | Managing Intermediary/Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Unlike some, Copper is intuitive and easy to use. It features integration with other platforms such as Google Calendar and MailChimp. We can do what we want without any extra costs or unneeded features. The ability to track emails is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing. It just works and works well in our business.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can keep up with all of our leads, projects and customers.

  ### 48. Not 100% reliable but is very helpful when it is working properly.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like that Copper offers the ability to track emails between clients/prospects & internal team members. Being able to add companies / people / opportunities is the other main function we use. Reporting is great to have as well.. when it's accurate.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

1. Emails do not always sync for no apparent reason. It's an issue.

2. The "search bar" function doesn't work as well as I'd hope when searching for companies or people. I could type in 1-2 whole words connected to a company name and they may not show up. It's caused many duplicated companies to be built by our team members.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing how many leads/opportunities are open with my sales team & seeing how many have been closed and won/lost. I also like being about to reference activity for my sales team (number of emails sent, tasks, calls, etc). For my reps, it's incredibly important to see email activity that should be synced so they don't accidentally reach out to a prospect that has already been emailed - because this doesn't work 100% of the time, my team doesn't trust using just copper to document emails.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We’re continuously working to improve our platform for customers and your review has been shared with the team. Have you connected with our support team regarding your challenges with email syncing and reporting accuracy? ### 49. Poor Performance

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The pipeline feature has merit and can be useful if set up correctly.
I was hoping that the system would work better but it is really not designed for recruiting firms

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The email does not sync with Gmail in real-time therefore I am not able to work only in Copper. I use Grammarly religiously - Grammarly does not function properly with the Coppers email tool

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If email functionality is important, do not use Copper

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None - I stopped using the platform because of the problems I encountered with the email.
It became more of a burden to use the platform than to simply use Gmail.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Kevin,

I’m sorry to hear your experience with Copper was less than positive. We’ve had recruiting firms, like our customer Diag Partners, find success with Copper, but we understand it’s not always the right fit. A majority of our customers find it valuable to work right from their Gmail inbox with the help of our Copper Chrome extension. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, it has been shared internally. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Like the fact that it reminds me when to follow up with leeds, their service is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Price off can be better, as it was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend for a CRM.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leed follow-up was the main issue I was having. I like the simplicity of Cooper
