Making a new agreement, modifying an existing one, or adding it to the pipeline does not need much time. It requires considerable mental effort but little physical labor. Your email messages are synchronized automatically, and you may add these as contacts.

Reporting - is too basic and doesn't offer much value

Consolidation - we are a fully remote (WFH) business, with staff across 4 continents. Copper saves time previously wasted on internal comms.

  ### 5. Copper is great!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love the way copper is so easy to use for the most part and helps me to effectively keep track of our pipelines. Breakout sessions and sales are pretty easy to track!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes Copper can be cumbersome, but I also feel like it is that way because I have only been using it for 3 months now as I recently started a new job. However, it would be great to have tips presented for new users that are readily accessible.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to solve any problems we have with pipeline organization. When running a business, it can be time-consuming to ensure you have everything taken care of. Copper helps to make sure to stay smoothly running and can easily track items.

  ### 6. Copper makes our client relations SEAMLESS!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy W. | Nurse Educator/Inside Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The organized way of categorizing leads/clients and easy search function and ability to move along the continuum from first touch to resolution/sale.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would like to search 100% of the time using just a phone number; that does NOT always work, but when it does, I am super happy!

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Use the chat support!! Super helpful. Label your items well to really aid in your coordination.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of the lifecycle of a lead; getting the multiple touches to make the sale is easier and simple. And way more productive and organized. Best CRM I have every used!

  ### 7. Great for Google Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessa G. | Communicaitons Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like that Copper integrates so well with our Google Suite. It's easy to use for everyone on staff, not just the tech savvy ones. I've used Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics before and they can feel overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dislike some of the reporting features. You cannot get as much detail in a report and they are a little harder to create than other platforms I've used before.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Definitely take a chance on this smaller company, especially if your organization is all about Google.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Copper for our sales funnels. It's easy to create multiple funnels so that several departments can use the same platform. Even my less tech-savvy employees can use it.

  ### 8. Love it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Customer support is great. The entire system is very customizable which is one of our favorite features. We switched from another crm that we loved because of the google workspace integration. It has helped us streamline and keep track of contacts way better which was vital for us. We also love the automations.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The only things I don't like is the lack of marketing capability. For example, we cant SMS or text from copper. This isn't something we use too often but it would be very nice.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper allows us to track our contacts way easier than our old crm did. The google integration is very useful and it also allows us to integrate with tons of other platforms because of zapier.

  ### 9. Great CPM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Easy to use, user friendly. I've used other CPM 'S and this is far the best so far.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing much, just maybe make the program a little quicker

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely keeps all of my customers information and what we have talked about
At my fingertips.

  ### 10. I love this CRM. I can access everything from emails to when I last phoned a client.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikyla S. | Vice President of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration to Gmail is the best. Also syncing my calenders is great!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

When I am emailing people in our organization and it keeps prompting me to make an account for them.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of where our clients are and who has closed what and what deals are in the pipeline.

  ### 11. Copper is a life saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph p. | manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The integration with my gmail account how automatically shows all the emails that were sent and gives reminders.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I haven't found anything I don't like about copper yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

You will not regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminders to follow up with clients. It gives me auto-reminders every morning so i can follow up with my clients.

  ### 12. Excellent Business Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra B. | Formateur ANEPF, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

If appropriately used, copper may provide you with some remarkable skills. As a business, you always want comprehensive and effective follow-up. Copper has assisted our organization in achieving new heights and objectives.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It is not much about copper that I dislike. If I couldn't utilize it in my everyday life, I would have to devote much more time to stay organized and less time to my family.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I have tested and utilized a variety of CRM solutions. I wish I had this one from the start since I would use it frequently.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It synchronizes your emails and adds your existing email contacts. It indicates the number of times you've contacted a connection or potential lead and the date of your most recent conversation.

  ### 13. Easy as cake

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian M. | Vice President Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Great and easy activation and onboarding. Just sign-up and you are flying

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes there is a delay on requests when updating in gmail.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you need something easy and a non-corporate tool, which can be activated instantly

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling my efforts and keeping me on track sp I wont miss opportunities and conversations

  ### 14. Way too buggy AND they keep billing your credit card even after you cancel/remove your card

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sue S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Their claims to integrate well with google and that you can cancel. Shame they do not live up to their promises! Shame on you Copper.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

WARNING! I had constant problems with this software which are fully documented and about to go live. I finally ended up giving up, removed my credit card, told their support staff I was not renewing, emailed cancellation and Copper CRM still billed my credit card, and when I and now force me to have my credit card fight to get my money back and they have the nerve to dispute this. What type of company behaves this way?

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Don't do it.
It doesn't do what is says it does -- reliably -- and when you cancel, they just keep dinging your credit card.
Then the deny that you cancelled when you dispute the charges event after sending proof.
Despite the fact that I'm sure they can tell it was not used.
Who does that? My only though is a company that is desperate.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have stopped using Copper.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi Sue, thank you for reaching out. Our team has cancelled your account effective February 2022. Our support and billing team is in touch to discuss next steps related to your refund.

  ### 15. We are very happy with Copper, it is allowing us to keep track on our Fundraising and contacts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy C. | Business Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

We use gmail so it is quick to add as contact or lead

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Maybe it could let you know if you have a duplicate contact/lead

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are using pipelines to keep track of our programs and what stage follows with liked activities to that stage

  ### 16. Copper is a Game Changer!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARY JO S. | Employee Development Recognition & Retention Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Having Copper has allowed our team to cut back on unnecessary communications, because folks can go look in on other communications that have gone out. It's been great for me, personally!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes I try to connect things to my email, and it takes two to four times to work. Also, when we set up records that say everyone has access, there are still records that are locked. AND, lastly, sometime Copper shows it's connected to the email, but you still cannot access it to attach a contact to an email.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to upload information from our system saves individual input time; we've been able to send bulk emails; plus it's reducing data isolation. More people can view the content on our teaching staff and central office staff members (which is what we use it for)

  ### 17. It's easy to use once you get in the habit of using it.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

That it links my phone calls to the application and other virtual interactions.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

How repetitive entering information can be if the contacts are from the same company. I understand for national companies since they are located everywhere. But if the company is not a national corporation then I wish it would just automatically add the
Site address when we indicate the who the company is.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't call them problems but it does put reminders in my face more often which helps me.

  ### 18. Good overview of customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

What I like the most is the feature where you can move a lead in the form of a Kanban board across the different stages of the sales pipeline that you can custom define and set up.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The way the leads are set up (the list) could be made more user friendly because there are many fields and it can get overwhelming to fill the entire mask out. Also editing the lead is sometimes confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Find your own workflow with the tool. It might be overwhelming at the beginning but it gets easier.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I am solving with Copper is the tracking of inbound leads and how they evolve through the sales pipeline until the contract is closed. The main benefit is to represent this graphically.

  ### 19. Seamless tool for growing companies with small BD teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Gmail integration is the best part of Copper. It looks & feels just like Google, platforms we've been using for a decade & longer. It doesn't feel like new users need as much onboarding as the other CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Desperately needs Telegram integration, which is not possible. Telegram doesn't have any integrations! I hope Copper works more on direct integrations to help centralize our platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

The tool has been growing/adding more features in the past 2 years. Please utilize their help as well, the reps want to help!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization of BD efforts, tracking opportunities & people's accountability on projects. It's one of the first CRMs people at our company have invested in because it's so easy to use.

  ### 20. Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent K. | Director of Op's, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Very user friendly and fairly easy to integrate. Rollout was pretty smooth.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would really like to be able to schedule one on one time with an someone when trying to create reports/workflows/best practices.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Copper since it was Google based and we are a Google shop

  ### 21. Great user experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellis M. | VP of Community and Medicine, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The user experience is great--the ease of uploading new contacts is beneficial. We have been able to update records effectively without overwriting important data points. I love that I am able to login and check to see what the last communicate was with a particular customer. The reminders and daily tasks lists are also very helpful! Finally, we love the customer success and development teams. There have been several times where we have requested a feature that doesn't exist and they pop it right in the queue for us.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The biggest challenge for us is the inability to bulk email more than 200 people at a time. Without this feature, it is time-consuming for us to email all of the contacts that we need to on a weekly basis. I do wish it had some better busineess intelligence tools and that it could interface with a few of our other platforms that we use. An API with our payment platform Stripe could be very helpful for us to track actual revenue vs. estimated revenue.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great way to communicate across the company about customers. We have set up pipelines, log calls and notes, and we can get at a glance reports to communicate how we are doing as a team and a company. It is also nice to see if our customers are opening our emails and how many times they are opening them.

  ### 22. Use copper for KPI reviews.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Easy to use for exporting data for opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

If something is wrong with data entry, it is hard to locate the error.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is helping us track win percentage both for sales and number of leads.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad Copper is helping you track your business opportunities. I'm sorry to hear data entry and management has been a challenge, I will share this with the team internally. I also recommend joining our live training and Q&A sessions available through the Copper Community, where one of our experts can share tips for managing your data in Copper. All the best,

Melanie at Copper

  ### 23. Great CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the ease of use and how all of the metrics are clearly displayed.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I feel that editing records could be easier, including emerging records. it's a bit clunky.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping me organize my pipeline. I love the reminders and follow-up tools.

  ### 24. Very simple construction of a sales pipe. Good mapping of the sales phases.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The CRM virtually maintains itself. E-Mails e.g are integrated in the communication stream automatically. Simplest integration into the Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The project management tool could have more features.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper maps our 360-degree view of the customer very well.

  ### 25. How using Copper has made our job as a mortgage broker seamless and efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper integrates directly with GSuite, so every single email, contact, and calendar event is automatically tracked. I also love the tasks feature. Copper has a Chrome extension, so it's literally by my side every step of the way. Copper also has built-in automated integrations, and it also works with Zapier, so there are all sorts of creative integrations that can be created. It is also great to be able to add custom fields, so I can add things like mortgage maturity date, property values, etc. You can also add custom categories for tasks, so the possibilities are endless.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't like not being able to see a months' view of how many tasks I have scheduled each day. That would be an amazing feature. Also, I don't like that you can't add more than 1 email address to Leads.

There's not much we dislike, it's just more of a wish list.

Perhaps the only thing that doesn't seem to work is the email open tracker. When we send an email, Copper is supposed to tell us when the recipient opens the email. However, we noticed that when we go to the sent folder and look at the email, Copper counts that as an open. In other words, we're not getting a true open rate for our emails.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Do the trial and see if you like it. It's a steep learning curve, and a little daunting to import your initial set of Leads, Companies and People, but it is worth it. It was a bit confusing to learn the difference between Leads and People, but Copper has a pretty robust set of tutorial videos to get you through.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all tasks. We never have to worry about something falling through the cracks. We have several 100 emails a day, dozens and dozens of clients, and many deals to keep track of. Copper helps us realize all of that. It also helps us run our drip campaigns. We integrate Copper with PersistIQ to send out email drip campaigns right through Gmail. We've achieved 70-80% open rates and 10-20% reply rates.

We also use Copper to track our deals and win percentages. We can customize the pipeline of our deals and are able to move the deals from stage to stage.

  ### 26. Copper is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candace W. | Director of Accounts, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love how user-friendly Copper is. It is easy to navigate and keep track of new leads and opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Creating reports is pretty confusing. Luckily i have been able to get support from Copper on this.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us with visibility on lost opportunities and why.

  ### 27. Awesome CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The full integration with GSuite - no setup is required. It just works. It will even attach past emails to a client that you enter.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The selection of pre-made reports could be better. It does have good reporting but you need to work out how to customise it.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Take the time to work out your processes and then implement them in Copper.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all our client communications and sales pipeline in one place. We have now got rid of spreadsheets!

  ### 28. Great tool for reminders and keeping up to date with tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sandra h. | Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the reminders of when the last email was to a particular person.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Haven't found any flaws yet. The program is amazing.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is constantly reminding me of tasks daily and meetings and who to follow up with.

  ### 29. Just getting started, but enjoying the UX for managing the pipeline and the powerful reports.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It helps our team stay disciplined for staying on top of our pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I'm not happy that I had to enable cross-site tracking in Safari to get reports to work. That affects my privacy for all my web browsing. Also, I wish data was synced in real time.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper keeps us disciplined and provides insight into the gaps in our pipeline and process.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear Copper is helping you stay on-top of your Pipeline. I've gone ahead and shared your product feedback with the team. We're continually working on improving our reporting refresh rates and hope to have more updates this year regarding reports. Wishing you all the best,
Melanie at Copper

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renato L. | Cloud Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with Google Workspace is the differential that connects CRM 100%

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper helps us keep track of client communication & organize projects!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There are so many features that I am not aware of - something it can be overwhelming to learn everything and their applications

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We book comedy shows, and multiple people are involved in the production of these shows - Copper helps us stay organized and ensure every step is covered!

  ### 32. Great interactive site for company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gina K. | Transaction Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The ease of updating all team members with a simple tag feature, keeping us all current with our clients which allows us to communicate regarding each of our interactions remotely.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Not being able to view an entire entry of notes when out of the office and using a mobile device vs a desktop or laptop. Not all emails sent in gmail hit copper

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

None at this moment

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the things I really like is seeing emails sent out via gmail email that auto-populate into copper. I also like that our team can stay up to date to the minute when each of us log what work we have done.

  ### 33. Reviewing Copper CRM

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward B. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Visibility of tasks and opportunities and integration with Gmail (Google Workspace)

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Something very very annoying is when you create a Task and mistakenly tag the wrong company to it, there is no way to edit it ... you have to delete the task and create a new one, that is simply inefficient and annoying.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me to keep track of my KPIs , our KPIs dashboard gets the data from Copper and keeps my metrics up to date.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

  ### 34. Brilliant CRM!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria H. | Head of Customer Engagement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The look and feel makes it an app I enjoy using. It's really intuitive and I love how much we've been able to customise to our needs. Having a dedicated customer success contact makes all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There is so much in the platform, it takes time to learn it all to make sure we optimise. But having Natalie on hand is really reassuring to help with that. The dashboard could be better. I'd like to be able to add my own reports on there.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Even just the basic out of the box software is brilliant, but there is so much more you can do with the google extension and reports.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a forecasting system but it's ended up being our go to tool for customer management and we've integrated other software with it to have everything in one place.

  ### 35. If you're in the G Suite ecosystem...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like Copper for the connectivity. The Copper add-on for Gmail means that I can save contacts and look them up then and there. At the other end, the Pandadoc / Copper add-on means that we can create and access legal documents from within a client's record within Copper. Nothing happens in a vacuum these days and so the choice of CRM was not just about the platform's functionality but about its connectivity.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't like some of the settings layouts. It meant that different fields were used and were mandatory or not between Leads to People to Opportunities. Creating double up at times.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

There are lots of CRMs out there but if you are in the G Suite ecosystem I have not found one that works better.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two big challenges were people management and opportunity management. G Suite's address is woeful, so one needs a CRM to really be able to capture everyone as they come across your path. At the same time, you need to be to manage the opportunities as they appear. Copper provided a way to do both easily.

  ### 36. Shallow learning curve, instantly productive. I'm very pleased.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard H. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love how very logical Copper is in its layout; made it quick to learn.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

When entering a "contact" to a company, Copper should automatically default to filling in the company address for each contact, but give you a chance to change the address info. This would eliminate having to type in the same address every time you add a contact to that company.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If you want a powerful CRM that works without fail, and one that is very quick to learn to operate, try Copper. I've tried the rest...Copper is the best.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several other web-based CRM products are complex, so they have steep learning curves. That is counter-productive. The logical layout and ease of use of Copper allowed me to become instantly productive, right from the first few minutes. I can operate Copper without thinking about HOW to operate the software. And that's important when you need to get a lot done.

  ### 37. Cooper Excellent CRM Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo G. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like how easy is to follow up with clients and leads with all the emails that get attached. So when it´s time to contact clients you know where you are at.
Also, love how easy I can to review my sales pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I actually, don´t dislike anything at the moment.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the things I´m solving with Copper is getting the attention from old leads that didn´t close deals these past years, and schedule sales calls to show new products.

  ### 38. Copper Survey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt J. | Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Our company uses the Google Suite to operate our business. Copper integrates with Google will and feels like it is part of the Google Suite which makes it easier for the team members to adopt.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would like to be able to generate proposals and estimating within Copper. It would be great to have a manager's level of ability to create custom reports that are relevant to their department.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

The support and willingness from the Copper team to find ways that Copper will work best for your business or company are fanominal.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better understanding of the vertical markets where we are successful and should focus our strengths while seeing the areas we could either improve on or maybe aren't a good use of our time to pursue. Also, it has allowed us to integrate our diverse customer offerings to specific customers, to sum this up we have become more integrated.

  ### 39. Excellent and This CRM is easy to use!!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven C. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The look and feel make it an application I appreciate utilizing. It's genuinely natural, and I love the delightful way much we've had the option to modify to our necessities. It is not difficult to follow the progress and stick to the cutoff times of the undertaking.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

A significant chunk of time must pass to become acclimated to the stage and sort out how the contacts/email framework works. It would likewise be extraordinary to append or connect to pictures, as we utilize the potential open doors for project following.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we involved shared accounting pages for project following and records for client profiles. The undertakings tab additionally assists me with getting what should be done every day and keeping focused.

  ### 40. Love its simplicity, flexibility, and integrations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Probably the native integrations with Gmail, LinkedIn, and Reply.io. It's efficient to add the right contacts and companies, and then perform efficient outreach. Copper is integral to my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish data for companies could more easily be copied or duplicated to its people. People and Companies are treated as separate data sets, when I wish they were more connected.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

It's a really flexible, simple CRM platform. Easily customizable, maybe not as robust as other platforms, but we didn't need it to be.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Pipelines, project workflows with our team are done efficiently. I'm more productive with business development and outreach through the integrations, allowing a lot more client "touches" on any given dday.

  ### 41. Juan Bejarano from Modyo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan David B. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It's integrations with other systems like Persist and how intuitive the platform is

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It should connect with Sales Navigator natively

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Find a way that applies to the reality of the sales process. For us, we have to redefine the funnel so it is according to Copper's method to states qualified and unqualified leads. At the end, this was a simple process and added a lot of value to the team.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration of activities from the sales team

  ### 42. Great CRM, Relatively Easy To Work With and a Solid Set of Features to Accomplish our Goals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The different views provide great flexibility for our team and help streamline the process for us. I'm able to see the size of our pipeline clearly and how it's growing over time.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I would like to see a deeper integration with Shopify, which would enable further automation of many of our processes.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving customer relationship management. Enabling us to better stay on top of opportunities. We've been much more efficient than by simply boomeranging emails.

  ### 43. Copper is the top CRM in my opinion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Farm Relations Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The ease of use, and the ability to export the information was a gamechanger.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing. I was not disappointed on any level.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

I have used and tried multiple other CRM systems. This is one I would use over and over and wish I had from the beginning.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to track all interactions related to the customer has helped our efficiency by allowing us to gather info without having to reach out to team mates.

  ### 44. Excellent CRM for Gmail integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy B. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Scheduling features, navigating a multitude of tools from Chrome Extension, seeing all tracked emails in one place.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Some emails from mail merge get blocked requiring the use of additional tools for outbound campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

The ability to link up with the phone partner was VERY useful for click to dial functions. It was seamless and surprised me with how quickly it linked contacts, numbers and allowed for outbound calls and messages.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps the team up to speed on accounts showing updates from followed accounts and opportunities. The scheduling feature is robust enough to not need a separate platform.

  ### 45. Copper review 2021

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aradhana G. | Country Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the extension and that it syncs with Gmail. It allows me to centralize information and keep an eye on new opportunities and their progress on the same screen.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

So far, I do not have any significant complaints. It would be helpful to add on new funding agencies and partner types. It would also be helpful to be able to add on new thematic areas.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

The tips and help section, especially the videos are really helpful. Check those out.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am keeping an individual and organization repository and sharing updates or new opportunities and how they move with the rest of my team in real-time. My business performance has increased.

  ### 46. Easy to Implement and Use CRM Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The best part of Copper is how easy it was to implement and train my team on using the features. The tight integration to G-Suite and ability to connect to other systems using Zapier make this solution the best of the 5-6 I have tried to implement in the past. I think Copper is well on its way with some task and workflow automations that will make the application even better. This solution is by far the easiest I've implemented.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Some shortcomings of Copper include the lack of a direct web-to-lead form integrated into the solution without the use of some other form software. I think the dependence on Zapier integrations for the types of connections an organization desires is both a positive (flexible and non-proprietary) and a negative (may be intimidating to less technical users).

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to solve multiple problems with the implementation of Copper. First, we wanted to capitalize on our commitment to the G-Suite solution with a tightly integrated CRM. Second, we wanted greater visibility and line of sight into leads and our pipeline. Third, we were seeking an operational solution where all sales people were working in the same system. Fourth, we wanted a solution that could grow with us and offered flexibility in its integrations with other software solutions. The last thing we are striving towards is better and more simplified forecasting of future sales.

  ### 47. Copper is very helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

My company uses it for two different departments and these two departments often overlap, so it is great to be able to easily move from one pipeline for one department to another. It is very intuitive and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I had trouble figuring out the filters such as listing the tiles from the latest added to longest in stage. The filters are not as intuitive. I think a drop down where the filter setting is would be more helpful.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are tracking opportunities and progress of shipments to individual clients. We also use it as an easy way to transfer steps shipping out goods from one person who takes care of the orders to me to make sure the said goods are delivered.

  ### 48. Great for multistage projects/businesses!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth D. | Marketing and Business Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is great for my business because we have multiple stages within one project. We start with our waitlist, then on to consultation, proposal, etc. You can create as many of these lists as necessary and just move the project down the line as you complete each step. You can also trigger the steps to send emails, invoices, slack messages, etc.
Plus the customer database it keeps it awesome as well. You can log different notes and label them to different types of interactions (install, support, text!). I really like how integrative it is with other apps. We have it connected to multiple other apps that we use within our business.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It definitely takes time to learn. Not something you'll figure out overnight, so be patient with the program. It does take a while to get it set up, but the more you integrate your other apps (importing contacts and such) , the easier it is.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Be patient, take your time setting it up.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper has streamlined our projects from start to finish (from waitlist all the way to the thank you letter). Plus everyone in our business knows where we are in the project and the notes are up to date. It has helped keep our team on the same page which saves time and money!

  ### 49. Checks all the boxes for Small to Medium and easy to set up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of use along with the google integrations. Pre-populated reports make it easy to measure sales metrics and allow a group to build a predictive model. If you need further detail, you can quickly create your own reports. There is no other CRM available that is robust, easy to use, integrate, and grow without feers of growing out.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The program as a whole needs more ability or extensions for growing email campaigns with marketing and sales prospecting the focus of it. In general, sales support needs more people to speak to as opposed to googling the answer—Thats my only real gripe.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

You can not get more bang for the buck. If you are considering Salesforce for Small business, Hub, zoho, or any regular CRM's that have been around. You definitely want to stop and take a hard look at this product. Get immersed and take a day or two to build out your setup. With any other CRM, it will take weeks, if not months to get set up, Copper is robust and easy.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database management, keeping a sanitary CRM, and monitoring sales tasks, prospecting, and closes. Once you understand the flow, you will streamline your own sales process to work with the system and set to work with yours.

  ### 50. An exceptional people management solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Excellent people management tool. Pulls in emails and info from interactions automatically. Lots of dynamic usability.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Nothing! We use Copper on a daily basis and don't dislike anything about it.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Copper exclusively for recruiting efforts. It keeps us extremely organized and efficient. It also allows for collaboration.
