## Copper Reviews
  ### 1. The right app for juggling many moving parts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison C. | Job Opportunity and Placement Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper helped me stay on top of all my contacts, relationships, and processes in a startup endeavor. It is beneficial that it syncs with my gmail account! I've just upgraded for even more usefulness. Another helpful feature that sets it apart from others is the ability to have multiple customizable pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The pricing for Copper can be a bit expensive but seems comparable to other similar CRM software. The app can feel a bit complex, even overwhelming, when you first start to use it but it is necessary to capture all the parts and relate them together. Once you get familiar with it, it becomes quite easy to navigate.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a CRM that also allowed more than a sales pipeline. As I am developing non-profit programs, I required mulitple pipelines (process tracking) that I could also customize since each process had distinct milestones.

  ### 2. Using Copper for Talent Booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Survey & Service Coordinator, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

relationship management is super easy. Easy to access all communications and deals from anywhere in google. The pipeline view is very nice as well compared to our previous CRM. It's easy to see everything we have going on at once.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It would be nice if there were more report generating features. Many of our reports don't give us an accurate week by week view of deals confirmed and won. It would be nice if the mobile app could integrate with the google phone apps. Since I have a google phone, it would be nice if google could implement copper into more of their mobile platforms as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

do research on all the other CRMs and see what fits your work stream and office environment. Some CRMS are. better for smaller companies. Finding a way to test them is very helpful.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can stay on top of our deals very well. having such a small company that works with a decent sized artist client roster, we could easily get lost in all the deals and inquiries we have coming in. But copper makes it so we don't have to worry about keeping everything in our heads. Also having an app on our phone makes it easy to access things as well.

**Official Response from Copper:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Bobby!

  ### 3. Great CRM Overall

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Tracks leads and opportunities efficiently. Allows you to set tasks accordingly, and set automated tasks based on the stage of each lead/opportunity. Access to invoices and files is quick, easy and convenient. Navigation moves quickly for the most part.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

If I open a new tab and start typing in the search bar it bumps me down to the nearest text box (log an activity/note most of the time). Copper can't keep up with me in this regard and I wish it could.

The "plus" sign next to "files" in leads/people/opportunities/companies has disappeared. You can still click where it should be and it will function the same, but it is confusing for new users.

Copper doesn't always recognize duplicate leads/people, which is often annoying.

Again, these are nitpicky items but thought I should bring them up.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking leads/opportinities - not a chance I could do this as efficiently without Copper. Pipeline view and filters show me my most pressing opportunities instantly, which helps with daily/weekly/monthly prioritization.

  ### 4. Copper has been a great CRM for us. Very user friendly, and the online chat help is very good.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ty N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I appreciate the online chat help. When I run into issues, it is nice to know someone is there to help me.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It's plethora of features are not necessarily easy to use. There is a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track our prospects in an orderly and efficient manner.

  ### 5. Business Development Executive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Traci N. | Director Of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The ease of finding a contacts information

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes it takes a minute to research information entered.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to separate all my contacts and schedule follow ups.

  ### 6. Copper creates custom fields quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anya C. | Marketing and Communications Manager , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

We are very pleased with the account management staff and strive to make sure that using the platform is as rewarding as possible. Copper reduces onboarding new customers manually, through a Gmail message or by using a template and collating a large repertoire. Copper is a CRM system that is easy to use and has the ability to generate custom fields, multiple workflows, sales stages, etc. It is really customizable and has a less complex nature compared to other CRMs I have used before. The Google embedding and Chrome extension automatically monitors and updates marketing and marketing jobs that are within the CRM. Data entry is simpler.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I like using copper and there is no way to think of another adversity since going live. We were not able to merge properly with RingCentral, however this is not a big issue. Copper automatically performs information gathering on people and their images when people do an internet search. Sometimes this information is not correct.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is managed by the Sales and Business Development staff of the institution I represent. We had a group of 7 people and we realized that we needed a new CRM program after leaving Salesforce. We did some detailed research and found that Copper was the best alternative to what we were aiming for with our CRM. Copper's CRM is simple to use and also pairs perfectly with G-Suite. The mix with G-Suite items was what really interested us. The number one CRM for companies using G-Suite products is Copper. We use copper for the purpose of generating and managing the accounts we intend to service, activity and opportunity management, and project development on a daily basis.

  ### 7. Unethical Business Practices...

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It's great that it connects straight into Google Workspace, that was why I originally signed up for it in the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

#1 - They very shadily and unethically lock you into an annual contract despite signing up for a monthly plan. They won't provide any type of reasonable customer service or support at all when you go to cancel because the functionality and value of the system is nowhere near the high cost. Finally, they will point out that buried in their Terms of Service (!) is where you will be notified that you're actually on a contract for a full year.

So at this point, I'm apparently stuck paying $500 USD for 4 months for a tool I'm no longer using that is bringing me no value because we switched to a much more powerful and affordable CRM.

The way that their sign up process is mimics almost every other tech products (ex. sign up free, no credit card required, etc.) but beware...

#2 - When I was getting *some* value when we were using it, it was incredibly complex and clunky to set up the connections and automations. I was constantly dealing with tech support and it ate up a lot more of my time than I expected. Again, this was nowhere near worth the high price you're paying per month for the system, especially when you compare it to so many other systems.

#3 - I have honestly never dealt with a company that sets their terms in this way and then also provides such horrible customer support for someone that has invested a significant amount of money with them. Instead of trying to find a solution and providing some type of reasonable options for a resolution, just saying no and then essentially ignoring you. I truly hope they make their terms, support and sign up practices more clear because as you can see from the reviews, I'm not the only one who's been duped and had issues with this. Unforunately, it seems like they say they do, but continue to operate the same.
Please go choose a different CRM, you'll be much happier and have more money in your bank.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefit.

**Official Response from Melanie Raffa:**

> Hi there,

I’m so sorry to hear this was your experience with Copper. We aim to make our pricing and plans as clear as possible. Your feedback has been shared with the support team. ### 8. Copper is almost gold

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kilian E. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper keeps track of all correspondence with your customers. It also sends you reminders via email and allows you to email your work colleagues. The layout is very user-friendly, and the information is accessible.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There are lag times when the correspondences are not recorded, and that is frustrating because you always expect it to be there. We've also had some syncing issues with Just Call but that seems to have been resolved.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper helps you keep track of customers all along the way, from the early stages of the estimating process through the completion of the sale and even the invoicing process. You can also indicate how a sale was lost read all correspondence with that customer without having to dig through old emails and text messages.

  ### 9. The ideal CRM for everyone, especially startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergey B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is great and multi-functional, within my organization, it is used for prospecting, customer relationship management support, channeling and tracking sales opportunities with prospects, among other things that promote customer satisfaction and efficient growth of our business. If we talk about the user interface, Copper has very intuitive and easy to use; our adoption process of the software has taken very little time, and we have started to take advantage of its features and capabilities quickly. I also love how organized the software is, and being able to find all the information from quotes, manifests, and invoices within each of our customer's accounts is a factor that makes our job much more manageable.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

What I dislike least about Copper is its limitation in integrating with several third-party tools and performing specific automation that would help us save time and effort. I also think that customer service should be improved.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a complete CRM solution and ideal for organizations looking to prioritize customer satisfaction; it also has useful features that have strengthened our prospecting, sales pipeline and follow-up, staff recruitment and more. Its usability is easy to learn and get up and running, its interface is intuitive, and its functions are not complex. It has helped us store customer and opportunity information and track tasks and sales success.

  ### 10. Easy to use CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of use; Google apps integration; GMail integration

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Some of the reporting/filtering is not as advanced as competitive products.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales opportunities tracking and management; contact management

  ### 11. Intuitive and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maree D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

That I can keep a check on my pipeline. I also love its ease of use, having used a number of big name CRMs in my career this is by far the best, it is easy to use and has many extra added benefits and uses that the bigger name ones don't

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The way it will assign an email address to a specific company, working with the NHS I have many customers who have a similar email address but from different trusts, I have to keep going back and changing the hospital trust because of this.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can keep an eye on my pipeline and see at a glance if I need to follow up with a customer as it will change to red, I can easily move them along the pipeline in the cabana view and also keep an eye of the amount of sales I have made that month and where I can get my next sale from

  ### 12. Copper keeps everything in one place- makes it EASIER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scotty B. | National Recruiter, Attorney Talent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper automatically compiles all my communications, contacts, and relevant info into one searchable source that simplifies EVERYTHING. Our previous system from a competitor was tedious and frustrating.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

My one and only issue with Copper is that it has an ever-growing number of features that I don't know yet, and I can't wait to get even better at it! I appreciate the user support resources!

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Take the time to learn the features, they are endless and endlessly useful!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of thousands of daily emails is impossible. I forget names, I forget to send a PDF, things like that. Copper ensures that I don't need to pressure myself to remember everything all at once.

  ### 13. Near-Perfect Streamlining That Creates Better Internal Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kodi M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It's the best system I've found for keeping leads organized, while also giving background info on them to colleagues so we know where to help each other with closing.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

This is a minor gripe that I have found easy to work around. We have so many long-lead sales opportunities going on at a given time that it's easy to lose track of everything, simply because only so much fits on the screen in a pipeline. If we were a company that had quicker client conversion it'd be different, but we often have projects that take over a year to close because we do high-level marketing with several moving parts.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have so many open leads and conversations at a given moment, involving enough pieces of the company at a time, that it's easy for us to lose track of who needs our help most and how much money is currently on the table. Copper is far ahead of any system we've previously used to address this. Our internal evaluation of it will come down to its ability to help us close projects this year that would have slipped through the cracks prior, and I expect it to pass that with flying colors.

  ### 14. The Goldilocks of CRMs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Presentation Designer, PowerPoint Expert, Executive Speech Coach / Trainer & Professional Speaker, Public Relations and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Ease of use, simplicity yet power, customization, integration with Android and cloud-based access...and that it's the right fit for my small business.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There's very little that I don't like about Copper. Perhaps the name and brand could be improved. :)

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a presentation specialist / consultant with a long history of finding the perfect CRM tool to track my projects, and clients. Some were too simple...some were too complex. Copper CRM is the Goldilocks CRM...not too simple....not too complex. For my needs - and many other companies - it's just right. It's flexible and easy to use, and most importantly, integrates with my Android phone/tablet with a wonderful cloud-based system. Copper CRM helps keep me focused and organized with my business. The pricing is fair and customer service has been great too. I've used it since 2016...and highly recommend it!

  ### 15. Very easy tool to work with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integrations with gmail, LinkedIn. How opportunities are laid out in pipeline view. Customization of fields

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Filtering and reports. Lack of a true integrated CPQ tool. Understand one exists with PandaDocs but it seems clunky

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One source of record for all sales activities and also tracking of talent candidates

  ### 16. Great CRM for Google Business Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper has been great with our financial and insurance business. The CRM allows us to effectively build and grow our business by maintaining and tracking clients and projects. It is simple to use and easy to communicate with our team. Copper is priced competitively - excellent value for the money. The customer service is fast to respond too.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper has a few glitches we've discovered in the last few years, but the Copper team is very good at solving the issues and providing solutions. We've had a few days where Copper ran very slowly, but most of the time, it works well.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team can communicate easily about clients and projects. All of our client's information is housed in the CRM, including email communication and project communication. We are also able to attach client files to each client's Copper file.

  ### 17. highly recommend for ease of use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

the seamless integration with google workspace

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

the pricing structure as a small business

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

if you use gmail and operate most of your business through emails, copper is the best

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping track of jobs and contacts and being able to do it straight from gmail

  ### 18. Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The functionality of it is strong and it doesn't have too many sub categories to become to cumbersome.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Search bar doesn't always populate the right results

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all of our data in one place and having the ability of having plug ins speak to it.

  ### 19. Copper... an all in one CRM for small businesses!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Otisa E. | HR & Systems Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love the fact that it integrates perfectly with Google Workspaces. This has been an amazing experience for me since I am always using Gmail, GDrive, and GCalendar.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The other integrations are based on how many seats you purchase with this platform. For instance, I am going to have to get rid of my seats and just keep 2. Therefore, it will limit my ability to use integrations with other platforms because my company/team is very small.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

Be sure to take the time to make sure this software is aligned with your internal operations and needs. Then, be sure to take a few hours to spend getting set up with Copper and customizing it the way you want. It will be much easier to have it customized first before transferring items from your previous CRM, then you will be set up for success! Enjoy!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Keeping track of current clients, leads, and collaborations/partnerships
-Easy way to take notes from client calls and create follow-up tasks that sync with my calendar (All my deadlines are directly in my calendar! Love this!)
-Breakdown bigger projects into action steps/tasks
-Easy and quick review of my sales pipeline

  ### 20. Easy to Use CRM Platform That Integrates Well with G-Suite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana R. | Operations & Programming Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is intuitive and facilitates accessible opportunities for teams to build strong CRM habits and practices. Whether you're incredibly tech-savvy and process-oriented or new to CRMs, Copper allows teams to easily track interactions, grow company and people records within their organization, and build templates for linear, repeatable work.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

A challenge of Copper (at times) is its Gmail integration. This can sometimes cause page-loading or connectivity issues and is not as user-friendly as the web-based app. The exporting/re-importing data can sometimes be messy if your team is not trained in some of the quirks of Copper (ex. how tags export vs. how tags are imported).

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper allows us to manage an extensive contacts database as a membership association that consistently has an inflow and outflow of new companies and individuals joining our network. As we refresh our use of the platform at the organizational level, it will also help us operationalize some linear processes that have often been done via spreadsheets. This is going to help us have information even more centralized which is helpful for keeping a history of our membership network!

  ### 21. Of all the CRMs I have used, Copper is my fave!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love how easy it is to use Copper from every angle - viewing pipelines, customizing pipelines, reporting, learning history from past clients - there really are so many great aspects of Copper, and I haven't even scratched the surface!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Since I am in a position that relies heavily on the data that Copper stores, I would love to be able to get real-time reports instead of waiting for the updates every 10 hours! (But I also understand that it is a work-in-progress so I'll look forward to continued work on this aspect!)

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is helping our organization to monitor our sales process and maintain thorough records of all clients and client interactions to ensure that our pipeline remains full and that we always know where opportunities are in the process.

  ### 22. Copper is Gold - Simple. I have a wishlist but they listen.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | President, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I love the Google plugin. My business uses Google Workspace and Clickup, and the Google workspace integration is fantastic. I tried Hubspot because I thought I wanted more marketing stack features, but in reality I wanted more Copper Integrations, which I now have. Copper is lightweight and fast with a simple UI. I would love to have a 2 Way Clickup Integration so that I could push Projects, People, and Companies back and forth.

If you are looking for a sales and operations CRM and use Google, I feel very confident that this is the tool you want.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

If what you want is a robust marketing stack and landing pages, this is not your tool. I am a believer in integrated and separate tools (i.e. Copper+Clickup+Mailchimp+Calendly), rather than a single tool attempting to "do it all" (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce)

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is managing my contacts, it is easily and neatly fitting into my Google-based tech stack, and it is a CRM that I can get more out of than I put in. Most CRMs I've ever used feel like some sort of task in and of themselves. As a small businesss owner, I am not trying to produce reports that my higher ups and their higher ups can track and I am a believer in minimalism.

  ### 23. very good, offers a practical user experience, easy to handle

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The interface. The most useful are the notifications and the searches by filter, they allow you to find what is actually required

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The biggest drawback is that sometimes the platform has crashed and when they leave me a comment on an invoice, the notification doesn't redirect me immediately, it throws me an error

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows me to broadly visualize the interaction of the seller with the customer. It is beneficial because I can see the needs of clients or potential buyers and thus analyze their comments for decision making.

  ### 24. Easy to use and customizable to your needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymond A. | Founding Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Great interface and team features that make collaborating easy.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I have nothing negative to report about Copper.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communication and sales tasks amoung my team.

  ### 25. HFTM’s Review of Copper

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fred M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Captures all emails and presentation notes. Also, like how I can download a photo of our contacts.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Seems like it only allows for Contacts to go one way in terms of relationships. LEAD to PROSPECT to DEAL or LOST BUSINESS. Many times - in real life business - someone goes from a LEAD to a PROSPECT (increased chance of business) but because of different scenarios - they go back to being just a LEAD. Same with COMPANIES. They may still be potential business but they backup in priority. Copper does not allow a PROSPECT to go back to being a LEAD. Therefore, all of my PROSPECTS are not necessarilly hot PROSPECTS but because I can't go back - Copper shows them as such.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to quickly call up - "Where we stand with certain Prospects" What's the background? What has happened? Who was involved? I makes me more productive.

  ### 26. It´s a very simple and easy way to keep an accurate record of your progress.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It´s a simple way to keep an accurate record of how you are doing with your customers or future customers, organizing the information in pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I don't know how to synchronize it with my email or that I don't know many of its functions.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to keep track of the stages I am in with my current and potential clients and to be able to define specific tasks to be accomplished within their respective deadlines.

  ### 27. fast integration in a google environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arash F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Great CRM Software, very user friendly, easy to customize, can add as many as custom fields and can cross-reference many different fields, as a Real Estate Broker managing a team of 5 people it becomes extremely easy to customize the pipeline, track communication

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The software still needs more API to connect to other platforms using Microsoft suite

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping tabs on all communication, managing the follow-up and tracking pipeline

  ### 29. Really Helpful and organized.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sinai R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

All the right tools, statistics, graphics and customer support when you have specific issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

When you go to create a page in the dashboard, it is somewhat tedious and difficult for users who are just using and getting familiar with copper.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Google Chrome extension, we synchronize the emails, tasks in our calendars and the contacts we register automatically to organize all our pipelines.

  ### 30. Fantastic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

How easy and open it is to use for myself and collegues

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Not really anyting bad to say, Can be a bit slow at times

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all the leads i have in one place and having infomation stored for each of them

  ### 31. Great interface for GSuite Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The gmail integration is key for our needs. Being able to easily add contacts and notes while interacting with clients and potential partners in my email browser window saves time and allows greater compliance with CRM data input.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper could continue to increase its integrations with other useful tools without needing Zapier connections. The interface does sometimes crowd my gmail interface with unnecessary tools.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper helps me keep track of my sales leads, current clients, vendor partners and databased in an easy to use fashion. I love the GSuite integration where you can easily add contacts directly in your gmail window.

  ### 32. Excellent. It has become an invaluable tool for our business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Head of Business Development & Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It integrates with the other tools we use internally (Google drive, Slack, Xero etc) perfectly, meaning we can automate what was previously a gamut of annoying manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I used to find extracting data for internal reporting incredibly frustrating, but it's so much better now. The only niggle would be that in order to use a different currency it would cost so much money. I think it was $10 per user per month additionally, which is crazy when (as a small business) we're already spending £8,000+ per year. We do all of our work and reporting in GBP, but Copper of course is in USD. It's very annoying, but we absolutely cannot justify the cost to be able to change currency / have multiple currencies.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline realisation and an list of all company contacts were the primary goals when Copper was implemented. It's being used in some business departments just as an address book, which is fine. Other departments are using the exportable data, pipeline management, and sales/lead progression far more deeply. We want to start using Copper as a mailshot tool also, this wasn't something I was aware that Copper could do and our marketing person is actively exploring this.

  ### 33. If you are a Google Workspace customer your CRM search is over

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Integration with Google is seamless and slick. The logical structure for logging email and communication with a contact is good, and it harvests contact details from emails really well. Training new users is a doddle as it is very intuative.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Its not cheap, but then it seems all CRM's are about the same. The pipeline stages are not that great and the customisation of fields could be better. Getting Data protection info is hard and we are still awaiting a DPA from them, which makes compliance hard for us.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cross team communication and tracking of contacts with potential customers. Keeping track of time frames and cost of sales.

  ### 34. Increases saless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan R. | Sales and Customer Service manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It has made my sales organization so much better! The customers are always so impressed when I call them back the day I tell them I will. Many say that we are the only company that continually follows up! I love Copper!

The opportunities portion works awesome for me to track my follow-up sales calls. I also use the notes portion a lot and it impresses customers when I remember things they tell me.

Additionally, I LOVE that it tracks the emails. I am always able to go back and see what communication has happened without having to dig through gmail.

Plus it keeps track of how our customers learn about our business and I use that to make decisions where our money goes for advertising.

This is a great tool for small businesses in sales!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish there was an easy way to track texts from customers. It would be nice if all texts from customers could be routed through here somehow!

One other thing I would like is a place to put a separate mailing address in for customers.

There are just some small things that would help if I could customize it a little bit more, but it generally works great for our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If it doesn't meet your needs perfectly, talk to someone to help you customize it! Also, use the app!

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped move our company from doing CSM on paper to totally online and allowed me to be 100% mobile. I use the mobile app all the time to reach a customer when I am away from the office. It is nice because I don't have to put contacts in my phone.

  ### 35. Easy CRM System That Customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kellyn B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Managing workflow. We work in real estate and we can create pipelines for each transactions and track everything with the transaction. All emails are tied back to the transaction. Best part is the TASK generation, I use it to manage my daily work flow and keep up with all the details in each transaction.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Reporting is a little difficult and you have to download in order to print.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the task help me manage all our transactions, our agents use it to grow their business. It ties into mailchimp so that is another added bonus.

  ### 36. Easy to use, a lot of things you can do

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula T. | research analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Merging contacts and companies. We have more than 40 thousand contacts and its still very easy to filter and find someone. I like the tagging system more than other competitors.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I dont like that copper doesn’t tell you when a contact is private. It just seems like the person isn’t in the system until you try to add them and the contact info is already in use. Also the emails... I dont like that we dont get metrics, or a chance to schedule a follow up according to the recipients action, and so on. Adding this would be a game changer for copper.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is solving the need to specify information about each one of our contacts and group them into different cohorts to be a good fit to our events. Our business performance definitely increases by using copper regularly.

  ### 37. CRM to keep track of my leads and tasks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the idea of having multiple pipelines, and how easy it is to move from one stage to the next. I also really like i can link it to my gmail. So the emials i send, are outomatically registered.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I think there is still a lot you can do. For example: the tasks you put to yourself are awesom, specially because its lik to my calendar, etc. However, when you accomplish those tasks, it should automatically register in activities, and that dosent happen. So i have to then go and register my activities.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all my leads, and the stages where they are at. I have multiple pipelines and i can see what whas the last thing i talked about, when, and what are my tasks, etc.

  ### 38. A great, simple CRM solution for Google Workspace users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The seamlessness with which Copper integrates with my work Gmail account is the biggest reason that I enjoy the product. While it may require some maneuvering, we found the product could be customized to our needs with enough effort. The ability to integrate well with Google Looker Studio has also been a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper can be glitchy at times - on occasion, I have sent an email to a contact but it was not automatically pulled into Copper. Also, there have been a few times when the connection between Copper and Google Data Studio ceased working for about a week, which caused some issues with our internal workflows.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A CRM system is only valuable if people use it, and they will only use it if the system is simple. Copper is simple enough for everyone to actually use it and powerful enough to be useful.

  ### 39. I've had an excellent experience using Copper.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Otzar J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The best thing about Copper is its reliability. I know I have everything in one place and can access that place without a problem. I also like the UI.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Sometimes Copper can load really slowly, or be stuck loading for a long time.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper solves the issue of not everything being in one place. It allows me to see other people's emails and allows me to sync with my coworkers. I can see how a project is doing without having to ask anyone.

  ### 40. Great Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda O. | bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It's a great platform with everything I need in one place. It's beneficial to have my calendar and email handy

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I had some trouble syncing my email, but all is well now

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have none right now, It's a place to keep all notes about clients very helpful.

  ### 41. Revamped our Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole M. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

The Copper GMail Addon, being able to have access to all of our client's info and task lists is invaluable while going through my Emails. And being able to set task reminders on your Google Calander is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

There aren't a ton of downsides to copper, I would love a dark mode option since the white background is a little blinding after staring at a screen all day. And Sometimes Scrolling through the Companies can be a bit laggy, but I'm pretty sure that's a computer Issue

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

If Things tend to get unorganized or hectic, Copper easily simplifies organization for the user and the company.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is Solving the miscommunication issue in the company, with Copper I can leave a note with what was accomplished so I don't have to report every minuscule task to my higher-ups.

  ### 42. Easy to use. Makes work easy by helping in data collection and Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nada F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the fact that it's easy to organise leads into groups

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

It's sometimes difficult to get information from a lead when you input contacts. Especially when Using a phone

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data loss issue. I can use it anytime and anywhere to search for information on my client

  ### 43. Affordable and friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jono G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Easy to use, affordable, flexable. Able to access information very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Time consuming but they all are. More training and proper set up are important.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer retention and proper followup.

  ### 44. CRM Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara J. | Director of Executive Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper is easy to use and intuitive for collecting data, managing relationships, and building processes to manage those relationships. I love that it is easily customizable by adding different fields so we can track any data we want to track. It is capable of tracking the data you need to track without needing someone skilled in IT to manage the data keeping.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The least intuitive part of Copper, in my experience so far, is the reports/dashboards. I wanted to create one customized report, but I had to build an insight and add that to a dashboard that gives lots of other information. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that some buttons are only viewable if the screen is at full screen. I expanded my screen, but it took connecting to the chat line to figure out that it needed to be in full-screen mode to see the edit button for dashboards.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Copper is helping our team track all of our organization's relationships with people and other organizations. Copper also allows us to manage leads and sales in an easy way so we can see how we are progressing in those relationships. The customizable fields also allows us to track certain information like birthdays or other milestones to celebrate and care for our customers.

  ### 45. Useful to track everything from calls to emails & communicate with transparency with colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajjaad D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

How it tracks emails & calls & logs emails that may not be cced to me for viewing. It gives a lot of transparency.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I believe the whole layout & navigation can be vastly improved to make it easier for novices like me to use.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with checking client status on equipment, for example, the warranty. Seeing progress in future interactions, such as sales, is also helpful.

  ### 46. Best CRM for Small Biz

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott K. | Director of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Love the Gmail integration. Makes data transfer super easy and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Honestly, nothing to dislike. It's built for small businesses like mine.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of customers, sending tailored emails, and running pipeline reports.

  ### 47. Copper Does The Job

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like that it's a comprehensive CRM with tasks, leads, multiple automation possibilities, and gmail integration

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Gmail integration works, all my emails sync, but the sidebar doesn't allow me to run more than one instance of gmail at the same time. I would love if I could have a functional sidebar for all 4 email accounts I have to operate for the mulitple I oversee simultaneously, instead of having to log out and into another google account every time.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The historical data for all communications with a client is all in one place and reviewable. Even if we lose staff their communications are all saved.

  ### 48. Excellent Sales Database Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

Keeping history on past clients

  ### 49. Does what I need

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It Works well with Google and my gmail account.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Projects and Pipelines seem clunky to use for me

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing prospects and clients.

  ### 50. A secret weapon for Small business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terrence K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Organizing and tracking all my different customers from B2B b2c and partnerships is way too complicated to manage in just an email interface copper allows me to see all the history as well as recent opens and views of email to judge a potential customer's interest.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Everything comes at a price but for me is a small business it's one of my most expensive monthly subscription services I wish that were adjusted for businesses less than two people.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love keeping track of a workflow and watching clients move down the sales funnel it makes me feel like I'm in control instead of constantly guessing if I responded to everyone's email.
