Conversations captured by Convin can be easily rewatched.
- The Coaching sessions are simple to implement and improve call quality.
- A powerful search feature that allows you to find a call by its content, participants, or call contents (based on the transcript), as well as an advanced keyword search filter is something that I used everyday.
- Has the ability to share a specific excerpt, which is useful for sharing with colleagues.

SOme of the reporting structures are not all comprehensive and not user friendly. There is also no clink to paste option available. If one wants to audit the auditor, the original audit gets overwritten.

Sharing feedback was tedious as every feedback had to be sent manually. Also, keeping a tab of the agents audited was tiring. This problem has been resolved with the advent of Conwin.

My team's performance as agents, I am able to track who all are satisfied with my auditing and who all are having disputes. The user-friendly interface, simple API connectivity, and readily available documentation make it easy to combine data in a convenient manner. With the option to grant access with the required privileges and screens, creating an agent for data integration is also really simple and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Convin.ai?**

Although there are occasionally a few small errors and inaccuracies in the report area, I believe that most of the features are outstanding. Since the data is saved, this has no impact on the scoreboard, however it could be worthwhile to investigate.

**What problems is Convin.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of building the Quality Assurance scores separately for each of the agent who belongs to my in Excel and combining the data from several QAs, with Convin, it is easier to make the entire process in one platform where the parameters are predetermined and already configured.

Since convin has alot of data to features it is very likely to buffer sometime.

Convin.ai is by far the best AI tool I worked with, it gives fantastic analysis of audits done and quality scores given, by simplifying the auditor and agent with team leader for all kinds of data review and error understanding which gives better plan f action of improvement.

Good to find the application with the most unquie features, easy to find audit details and use of the application is very easy to find the audits and remarks, easy to correct our mistakes, with the help of the Filter option we can find the data according to our requirement and for the certain duration. For anyproblem Support of the staff is helpful, and it's frequency of the useage is day to day implementation of good things.

I Yet can customize Convin to suit my needs, and the customer support is excellent. I appreciate that data analytics can be generated based on the measurements and that reports can be retrieved. I particularly adore the additional analytics capabilities, which have made data compilation easier.

Yet I have not faced any issues as such to dislike. It was quite easy to implement the features.

in my whole experience with all the companies i have been worked in , there were multiple tools used for the quality check of calls where there was no easy way to track up the stats. in ACKO the convin tool has be very helpful to track the stats and improve my performance. due to the AI feature my quality team is having a benefits to audit multiple calls very easily and sharing the details will in easier way. it gives the details of the points which can be improved with the marking feature. also as a agent the dispute feature is also very helpful to point any wrong markdown that can happen.

The only thing I would modify is that I can only delete comments made at a particular time stamps; I am not able to edit them later.
