It’s clearly built for more complex events **What do you dislike about Converve?** the learning curve. It aint't something you just open and instantly know how to use.I also do not like that emails can end up in spam **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** the mess of managing everything in different tools.Converve puts all of that into one platform, saving me time. ### 2. She understands the system as she uses it herself and is never too busy to help us. **What do you dislike about Converve?** There are a few things I would like to see more automated, but they are open to those suggestions and do try to continuosly develop new applications. **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the organizational aspect of the event which allows me to find all my info in one place. The back end is very easy to learn, especially with Sofia teaching you as you go, which means I can help my attendees with the process when needed. We also have several events and this allows our attendees to create their profile one time and just access and update at future events. We needed some extra customization for our registration, matchmaking and 1:1 meetings setups. We had dedicated engineers that helped us develop new features for specific reqs that we had for our event. The "email back and forth" that I was used to quickly became an enjoyable collaboration. **What do you dislike about Converve?** There is a lot to do in the backend. And I mean A lot. As a new user I needed more help from my project manager than I was used to. **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a lot of extra specifications that needed to be implemented in our event platform. We did not want to compromise on those. The platform is so user-friendly that it makes scheduling the 1:1 meetings an easy task for buyers and suppliers. I am also able to watch how this progresses. Mark and his team are always available to help - and provide answers quickly and efficiently **What do you dislike about Converve?** There are many facets to the software. After 9 years of using it, I still have not learned them all. It can be difficult because there is no tutorial or brochure (that I am aware of) to turn to for help to learn more - or if you have a problem. In addition, when I send out emails through the registration system - they more often than not go into people's spam - not sure how to resolve this or why it happens **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Converve platform keeps the event attendees organized and allows communication to them in groups which is a big timesaver. The match-making component allows the buyers and suppliers to schedule 1:1 meetings. This would be close to impossible without the software. ### 5. Userfriendly platform allowing users to interact and ask for meetings directly between themselves. Agenda which allows users to decide on their availability for meetings and possibility to export to Outlook. Platform that allows for organiser to inform participants about all practical details around the event. Allows signing up to other activities than the workshop itself. Badge and custom manuals-automatically generated. Good customized reports in excel. **What do you dislike about Converve?** That organisers do not have access to the setting up of the basic registration questions -or make small changes ourselves in the registration questions. It would save a bit of time if organisers were allowed to make these small amendments directly in the platform once the main registration form has been created. **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connect people in a professional way and allows them to really pick their meetings according to their preferences. So the return of investement for participants have increased since we started using the system. A lot of time saved as the interface is very userfriendly and easy to understand for both organisers and participants. Very easy to update with last minute information etc. We noticed a considerable drop in the number of questions by email/phone from participants to organisers after we started using Converve. ### 6. The platforms them provide are efficient and user friendly and will always ensure successful events, whether face- to-face or virtual. **What do you dislike about Converve?** Any issues we have had have always been dealt with quickly and resolved. **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Converve offers an ideal solution for our face-to-face workshops and ensures appointment setting for delegates is easily accessed and that the organiser is in control. During the pandemic it meant that we were in a position to quickly and easily switch our events to virtual platforms. ### 7. I.e. if I miss something, and ask for it, I'm told that it is already there. Many times more guide/info texts would help users a lot. **What problems is Converve solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is used as a matchmaking tool between workshop participants. Being able to arrange a meeting beforehand is very beneficial. Also, I like the feature that participants can print event badges from the system. ### 8.
