**What do you like best about Converta?**

Convert is tool that improves the management and oversight of the sales process by putting a turbo-charge on it. 

It turns meetings into accurate transcripts instantly and provides in-depth feedback on the progress of the sales conversation by analyzing facial expressions, tone of voice, and transcripts alerting you to how much interest the prospect has. 

In addition, all this information is quickly transferred to CRMs such as Hubspot for example (I imagine to others as well). By then transferring it to a CRM it is a breeze for the sales manager to understand the progress of meetings.

**What do you dislike about Converta?**

It currently works great with Google Meet. I'm waiting for it to work for  MicrosoftTeams as well and then it will be a perfect solution to improve and make the sales process more effective.

**What problems is Converta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

a) No more notes and transcripts of video calls, Converta takes care of that.

b) Precise feedback on meeting progress that takes into account all sales techniques.

c) You have a way to analyze how past meetings went.

d) Transfer all information to CRM, also for sales cycle supervision and optimization.

**What do you like best about Converta?**

I have tried multiple solutions - Converta is the first one which works for me. 
It's easy to navigate, I am in full control if the companion should join the call or not and the summaries and action points are correct and immediatly available. This holds also true if I use German language. 

The installation was super quick, just log in with your Google. If I had a question how to use it or for customization, the service was fast and helpful. I use it for all my external calls with Googlemeeet integration. All data security standards are met.

**What do you dislike about Converta?**

I do not dislike anything about Converta in particular, just in general that I have to ask the other call participants for permission if I can record it, I don't like. But this holds true for all solutions in that space by German data regulatory law.

**What problems is Converta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converta helps me to record calls, which I then can re-view in a calmer set up, and helps me to figure out the right action points as follow ups. It shows me what the partner is interested and I can target my next message much more. I can also share a summary with my colleagues who were not in the call, without typing for ever.

**What do you like best about Converta?**

As we are a small startup we are still in the phase of finding and refining product market fit. Converta helped us greatly on this front. Having back to back meetings with customers create enormous amount of data and reading and understanding all this data manually was too time confusing and was causing us to use our precious time to do things that could be automated. Integrating Converta to our existing workflow was a breeze. I know the AI technology is so advanced now, but seeing it in play on our data is priceless. The analyses and insights of Converta is unbelievably accurate. It became an essential tool for us to understand our customers.

**What do you dislike about Converta?**

Hard to find something to dislike but rarely, we needed to make manual adjustments to ensure data accuracy in complex scenarios.

**What do you like best about Converta?**

Absolutely everything!
The tool is very accurate and allow people not in meeting to catch up on what happened. 
More over it makes very easy to analyse the sales call and improve.

**What do you dislike about Converta?**

We don't use much the follow up functionality, cause we prefer customise every follow up email, but I still think it's a great feature to have suggestions on next steps!

**What problems is Converta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with multiple sales, and we often find ourselves trying to catch up on small details we've been talking about during the calls. 
Moreover, having the calendar fully booked, the notes we usually manually take are inaccurate or very quick notes. 
With Converta you can have a full description of what happened, a resume with top highlights, but if you want to catch all the small details you can in a second moment, focusing all your attention of the sales call and not in catching every single little detail. 
That's splendid!

**What do you like best about Converta?**

The post-call analysis is definitely the feature I get the most value of. Not having to go through my hand written (incomplete) notes and manually derive pain points and desires from my sales calls is saving me hours each week!

**What do you dislike about Converta?**

Being less inclined to write down my own notes, makes me remember specifics from calls less than before. But the pros strongly outweigh the cons.

**What problems is Converta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converta is transcribing and analysing my sales calls. On top it directly pushes key content into HubSpot. Main benefits are saving time, having complete documentation and being able to quickly recall and access key information from my sales calls.

**What do you like best about Converta?**

It was super simple to sign up and get started. It's extremely valuable for me to have call transcripts and be able to search through key moments in calls. The language model works amazing in German which is also a huge plus.

The best part is being able to push data to the CRM, as that's often where I spend a lot of time manually filling fields after calls.

Nothing that comes to mind so far, overall a really handy tool. Happy so far

**What do you like best about Converta?**

Setup only took one call, but the results were super powerful. They spent the time to sit down with me and map out the unique data points I want to capture for our particular methodology (MEDDICC) and customized the AI.

So far the accuracy to pick out the right parts of the conversation and import the snippets into hubspot has been really impressive. It's a clean and powerful tool that saves a lot of time.

Nothing so far, they are still an early product but I like what I see on the roadmap!

**What do you like best about Converta?**

Beyond the great usefulness of this tool in taking note of all the key information that I can miss during a call, I think the truly impressive aspect is in the entire analysis part of the meeting, identifying not only the main topics but also the critical points of them and the related decision-making processes.  

The “Assistant” button is a must try.  

Currently the best around!

I get all the information that I need from a sales call and can directly add it to hubspot. No more searching and guessing but direct insights.
