The most helpful part of Controlio is the sheer clarity it gives me regarding how time is actually spent during our peak tax seasons. In an accounting firm, especially one like mine where we handle complex R&D credits, accuracy is everything. I like that the dashboard isn't overly cluttered. I can jump in and see which team members are bogged down by specific filings and who has the capacity to take on more. It’s also surprisingly lightweight on the systems.
