**What do you like best about Connexup?**

Easy and powerful managing our menus and sale channels, also the tutorial is great for me.
I can simply integrate my squareup store. I still not deeply dived into all features, but for now it's good enough for our company.
By the way, I can't wait to experience the upcoming AI features(if their customer service isn't kidding me)

**What do you dislike about Connexup?**

Some features are too deep to find out, maybe there could be a quick jumping to some popular features?

**What problems is Connexup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of my menu. That was a big problem for me, I had to spend large time on that, but now it's easy to manage.

**What do you like best about Connexup?**

Connexup’s menu management is incredibly intuitive. Updating items, prices, or availability across multiple locations takes just a few clicks—no more repetitive changes on separate platforms.

**What do you dislike about Connexup?**

At the moment, there’s nothing I particularly dislike about Connexup. Everything works smoothly for our current needs.

**What problems is Connexup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connexup centralizes all our sales channels—web ordering, kiosk, and delivery apps—so we no longer have to manage multiple platforms. This saves us time and reduces errors in orders.
It simplifies menu management. Updating items, prices, or availability across all locations now happens in one place, making operations much smoother.

**What do you like best about Connexup?**

Connexup isn’t just software. It’s a practical operating tool that actually improves how my restaurant runs.

**What do you dislike about Connexup?**

The only “downside” is that once you get used to how much easier things are, you don’t want to go back to old systems anymore.

**What problems is Connexup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connexup is solving the core problems of fragmented systems, manual work, and lack of visibility in restaurant operations.

Before Connexup, orders, channels, and data were scattered across different tools. Now everything is centralized in one platform, which reduces errors, saves time, and keeps the team aligned.

The benefit for me is clear: smoother workflows, better control during peak hours, and decisions based on real data instead of guesswork. It directly improves both efficiency and profitability in my restaurant.
