One notable challenge is the complexity of advanced customization. Conga has provided Fixed process and workflows for particular process, We have not much advanced customization on the CLM Part like callbacks and metadata settings. There is a quite challange for the User training to create the templates for the contracts as it require a techincal person to have all the understanding on the salesforce and word end. User training needs more time instead of other products like conga contracts. Conga CLM is not able to handle complex templates which requries third party integration and it is not useful when their is more dynamic things while creating the template. The pricing is much higher as there are multiple users need to be purchased who needs to use the software.
