What problems is Conga CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we see that there is an existing functionality that was working before but is not working now, we contact Conga Support and they get on a call with us to help resolve the issue with root cause and resolution. There are many features and customization options in terms of setting up the Agreement object with Conga to generate templates. They are also consistently enhancing and adding features. Easy to add templates and generate many different agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CLM?

Their support team is not always aware of the features /functionality/limitations which is frustrating when dealing with support on issues. Conga X-Author (for Word 365) is visually engaging but not easy to find functions/options within the app and often glitches in the middle of working. Their product documentation needs work - it does not provide extensive overview on correct setup/usage steps.
