What do you like best?

The tool offers a clean intuitive interface for both end users (participants) and for speakers/presenters who will setup audience polling. We especially like that speakers have the easy ability to setup their own polls and audience Q&A needs. As event planners, we don't have to do it all.

What do you dislike?

One minor desire is to have a button for 'Next question' for participants in addition to the 'Go back' button that is already provided.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Speakers are able to assess who their audience is in better way with this tool; they can also have attendees answer survey questions ahead of their session or at the start of their session, which allows them to better tailor their presentation to the audience at hand, which means the session can be of greater value to those in attendance.
