What I like most about Compt is how easy it makes expense management and reimbursement. Love the easy UI for both the end user and the admin side. The AI component has been extremely helpful in auto approving based on our criteria so that we don't have to manually approve every request (we get hundreds every week). Some of the technical aspects, we have had to work with their support to do workarounds. I wouldn't say this is something that is due to Compt but more of our process for stipend accruals, we are a global company and when an employee moves to a different country in the middle of a year it can sometimes cause issues with the new stipends being given out but again this isn't on the Compt side it is on our process and Compt has been very great about helping us solve this with workarounds. It was very easy to configure the settings and processes for our organization. The training representative was fantastic as well. We also like how intuitive the Compt system is. Our staff is finding it very easy to use. I'm glad that we now have Compt as our expense reimbursement platform.

Reimbursement is genuinely easy — I upload a photo of my receipt and the AI analyzer pulls out the details automatically, so I'm not manually typing in vendor names, amounts, and dates every time. That alone saves me a few minutes per submission, which adds up. Using AI, the spend category can be detected automatically. Right now, we still have to select the category and then upload the receipt. Instead, please allow users to simply upload the receipt first, and prefill the category with an option to change it manually if it’s incorrect.
