What do you like best about Compass CRM?

I like best the result we get thanks to CRM. The optimized control of processes reduces rudimentary work steps so that I manage much more in the field and achieve success, especially in the area of sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the desktop, I don't like the somewhat cluttered views in places. In some areas, even just the settings, there is a much clearer picture. The implementation cost of CRM is very high.

Also, the hardware, software, and other technologies needed for CRM are very costly.

Proper planning is required to implement CRM.

Permission is the biggest problem as everyone in the company will not agree to the use of CRM.

Poor communication, lack of leadership, and knowledge can be the biggest drawback of using CRM.

The use of CRM can go wrong if its implementation is handed with poor knowledge.

This tool is intelligent based CRM for real estate agent and brokerages, this automatically prompts action to take by user with important people to prevent things from falling apart. Compass CRM has not yet won any award, so they need to improve and achieve it. Price also has gone up over time. Pairing field is quite cumbersome when importing spreadsheet with large amount of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
