**What do you like best about Compass CRM?**

simplicity and ease of use. The interface is intuitive. What I like most about Compass CRM is how easy it is to manage clients on a daily basis. Everything is quite well organized, which makes it easy to track interactions, tasks, and opportunities without wasting time searching for information.

**What do you dislike about Compass CRM?**

Sometimes the learning curve is steeper than expected, and until you get used to it, navigating between functions or finding certain options can feel less agile than ideal.

**What problems is Compass CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compass CRM helps centralize all customer information, interactions, and sales activity in one place, reducing the need for manual tracking and preventing important opportunities or leads from being lost.

It allows us to track all of our clients and prospective clients in one place, meet our sales goals, and maintain an organized pipeline.

At first, there can be a bit of a learning curve for reps, but once you’re using it on a daily basis, it becomes very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

It has helped us close more deals, stay on top of follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships.

I like that compass CRM provides a clean & intuitive interface that makes managing customer interactions simple, its automatic feature helps streamline repetitive tasks and the analytic dashboard gives a clear picture of sales performance.

**What do you dislike about Compass CRM?**

There's a little to dislike,but at time the system can feel slightly complex for new users.once you get familiar with interface though it becomes much easier to navigate.

Compass CRM helps in streamline customer management by bringing all client data,interactions,and sales activity into one place.this reduces manual tracking, improves followups, and ensure no leads are missed.

UI friend and fast response. Good tracking system that allows you to check candidates you saved even long time ago

It's only for database management and as technology goes by, there are some CRM ot most that are updated and can do all in one

**What problems is Compass CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding records of candidates who'm I talk to way back and pipes that I can call if a new role is open

**What do you like best about Compass CRM?**

I like best the result we get thanks to CRM. The optimized control of processes reduces rudimentary work steps so that I manage much more in the field and achieve success, especially in the area of sales.

**What do you dislike about Compass CRM?**

On the desktop, I don't like the somewhat cluttered views in places. In some areas, even just the settings, there is a much clearer picture. This should be improved so that not only I can quickly see and click on desired data and functions better and faster.

**Recommendations to others considering Compass CRM:**

I would recommend others to go to this CRM solution if fast response times are also needed in the field of sales. A lot can be accomplished in a day because of this time advantage alone. The changeover was very easy for me personally, so I assume that retraining will not take very long.

**What problems is Compass CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM helps, above all, to have up-to-date data at hand when going into the field. You can immediately see any stock levels, quickly clarify important matters with the departments from the office and finally provide the customer with current positions and prices. This speed was somewhat lacking in the past.

I love to think of using Compass CRM as more personal than business. I use it for real estate to see which houses are more affordable and still fantastic. I like it.

**What do you dislike about Compass CRM?**

To be honest, I don't see any problems or anything i dislike about this service. This service has really helped me get my work done and has made it a lot more easier to me

**What problems is Compass CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping me find houses that are great to live in and also affordable to my customers. I am very thankful that it has gotten me very far in my career. Thank you!

allows the company to stay in touch with the demands and actions of the customers.

Improves the sales and services of a business.

strengths the bond between company and customer.

Shows opportunities to keep the customer happy and satisfied.

Keeps and collects all the information in one place.

Does some work that reduces the work for the company.

The businessman can take some other work and help them to refresh their minds.

The implementation cost of CRM is very high.

Also, the hardware, software, and other technologies needed for CRM are very costly.

Proper planning is required to implement CRM.

Permission is the biggest problem as everyone in the company will not agree to the use of CRM.

Poor communication, lack of leadership, and knowledge can be the biggest drawback of using CRM.

The use of CRM can go wrong if its implementation is handed with poor knowledge.

Can result in failure and waste of time if not used properly.

Contactually is a CRM-producing platform that keeps track of customers. It works on the principle of cloud computing and works on cloud-based customer management systems.

Other than the use of contractually powered CRM  in compass, 32 Contactually employees also joined compass.

**What do you like best about Compass CRM?**

Compass CRM is a tool allows me to stay in touch with different contacts and with specific reminder. This tool is intelligent based CRM for real estate agent and brokerages, this automatically prompts action to take by  user with important people to prevent things from falling apart.

**What do you dislike about Compass CRM?**

Compass CRM has not yet won any award, so they need to improve and achieve it. Price also has gone up over time. Pairing field is quite cumbersome when importing spreadsheet with large amount of data.

**What problems is Compass CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compass CRM tool helps in managing bunch of different contacts, sorting and classifying them is easy. I use connection with my email and phone for contact tracking.
