**What do you like best about Comp Engine?**

Starting in my first sales role out of college I was unsure what compensation looks like for an SDR. I referred to this guide which was incredibly helpful when I was interviewing for various SDR roles.

**What do you dislike about Comp Engine?**

Nothing to complain about I really liked it and it was helpful.

**What problems is Comp Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding what sdr/BDR make as well as AE and executives. It allowed me to get a firm grasp on compensation in tech sales.

Accurate comp information.  Very often you get wide ranges that can be outdated. 
Here it really helps to set the correct range to attract the right talent, but also to help prepare hiring plans when building a BP!

Nothing so far. Has been working great for me.
