# What recruitment advertising platform is most trusted by talent managers, based on user reviews?

Trust in Programmatic Job Advertising tends to show up less in the star rating itself and more in how consistently reviewers describe the account team, since this category runs on managed relationships rather than self-serve software alone.

Joveo (4.8 stars, 119 reviews): The highest rating in the category, and its reviews are unusually specific about named account managers, a strong signal of genuine, sustained relationships rather than generic satisfaction.

Radancy (4.7 stars, 201 reviews): A high overall average, though only 24 of its reviews are tagged specifically to programmatic job advertising, the bulk of its volume covers a different product line, so this rating should be read as a partial signal for this specific use case.

Recruitics (4.6 stars, 52 reviews): A solid, if smaller, reviewer base, positioned around enterprise talent intelligence rather than broad small-business adoption.

Talroo Ad Platform (4.5 stars, 42 reviews): Reviewers consistently praise the partnership-like feel of the support team, with several reporting no complaints after a year or more of use.

Appcast (4.2 stars, 156 reviews): The largest category-specific reviewer base of the group, 134 of its 156 reviews tagged directly to this category, giving its rating real depth even though it's lower than Joveo's or Radancy's.

Joveo wins on the number, but Appcast actually has the deepest reviewer evidence specifically about this category. Would you rather trust the higher average or the larger, more category-specific sample behind it?

I’d put more weight on the larger, category-specific sample. A higher average is useful, but a deeper pool of reviews from teams using the platform for the exact same job feels like a stronger trust signal.
