**What do you like best about Command Centre Client?**

With Command Centre Client, I was able to gain control of all the instances of ServiceNow that we are utilising.  Being able to see trends for incidents, progress of patches, and overall service status of multiple instances from a single pane of view is useful.

**What do you dislike about Command Centre Client?**

Command Centre Client lacks flexibility in terms of reporting details. I don’t think I have documented this specifics and I would not be able to easily identify it from this particular ServiceNow instance.

**What problems is Command Centre Client solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Command Centre Client has certainly changed this process for the better by centralising all of that control in one place.  This helps me a great deal as I can be more aggressive in monitoring the health of all our ServiceNow instances.

**What do you like best about Command Centre Client?**

Command Centre Client gave me the control to manage everything from one place. The unified view helps me easily pinpoint patterns and issues throughout the Servicenow environment, meaning I can act before issues become problems

**What do you dislike about Command Centre Client?**

I tent to switch between Command Centre and different ServiceNow instances to perform work. This is annoying to me and slows down my troubleshooting process as I have to stop and look for the source of teh alert.

**What problems is Command Centre Client solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Command Centre Client has assisted in managing the expansion of our ServiceNow environment. The capability to see the performance and possible problems of all instances at the same time is helpful in our preventive maintenance.
