With Command Centre Client, I was able to gain control of all the instances of ServiceNow that we are utilising. Being able to see trends for incidents, progress of patches, and overall service status of multiple instances from a single pane of view is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Command Centre Client lacks flexibility in terms of reporting details. I don’t think I have documented this specifics and I would not be able to easily identify it from this particular ServiceNow instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
