The software is quite powerful and flexible. It contains variuos functionalities that help to conduct business purposes.

Time to delpoy a new functionality should be quicker.

**What problems is Comarch Loyalty Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CLM helps us to define a wide range of customer tiers, effectively segmenting customers, creating business rules, sending notifications. We are exploring those modules as Campaign Management, Gamification, Fraud prevention.

Is one of the best apps to retain and keep the customer with your company due it develop different rewards or notification systems that for the customers that are just perfect!

**What do you dislike about Comarch Loyalty Management?**

I think that different gamma of colors could be better for don't get a little tired in your eyes, but the system get you a very good areas to retain your customer in your business

**What problems is Comarch Loyalty Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep our customers more active with the rewards program, getting better oportunities for each valuable cusomer so they can be informed for our weekly offers or 2x1 offers

Comarch Loyalty suite is a perfectly designed and functional gamification system which we can easily integrate with our existing customer support system. It gives important insights and covers almost all the aspects of requirements.

**What do you dislike about Comarch Loyalty Management?**

The number of features specific to other modules other than gamification and reward is limited or it might get improved by the time of upcoming releases. However the user experience was satisfactory and there were some improvements needed on response time.

**What problems is Comarch Loyalty Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comarch provides a comprehensive loyalty and rewards management program which helps businesses to manage the reward and related aspects. This tool involves lot of innovation as compare to other marketing and management systems. Overall i have very good experience with comarch loyalty suite.

It's interactive surveys to find happy customers and unhappy customers and provide them the offers to continue using the brand. 
It help your business to provide a shopping experience to your customers that will make them come back to you share it with their families to spread/promote your brand . 
Especially its a very good marketing solution for your brand or products . 
It's good just like comarchs POS tools.

**What do you dislike about Comarch Loyalty Management?**

It's better if they provide some better options to utilize the points to may be create giftcards. So that you can promote your other brand/products when they buy one of your products.

**What problems is Comarch Loyalty Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging the customers to your business for a longer time. 
There are other solutions which is doing the loyalty programs but using this platform along with its other products like POS and EDI makes it a better option. 
Helps in marketing and strategies 
Informing potential customers about the products they might need with tagging some rewards with it.

Solid engagement and communication from the team during the sourcing and implementation process.

**What do you dislike about Comarch Loyalty Management?**

The delay in the SSO feature for the product; however, their commitment to accellerating development has been recognized.

**What problems is Comarch Loyalty Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a seamless integration of a flexible loyalty platform into our e-commerce suite. We are still in implementation, so many answers are still N/A below.

It helps in knowing customers' behaviours with detailed insights. Helps in integrating with other softwares and system at the same time.  It helps in having a long term connect of client with the product not just initially but also in its operational phase.

Nothing to dislike, only its consistency with onground team can be made easy by providing different templated to use. So that can help the user to understand and utilize comarch tool in right direction.

It helps in tracking customer interaction and purchases.
Also can be used to create targeted marketing as per the requirement and having details on knowing where the  current market stands in a particular area. DIfferent rewards and tools available helps in using it more conviniently.
