**What do you like best about CollBox?**

Ease of use as it integrates directly with my Quickbooks

**What do you dislike about CollBox?**

Can't manually adjust invoices in the program

**Recommendations to others considering CollBox:**

If you use Quickbooks Online this is a very easy to set up and administer system for doing collections.  I also highly recommend trying the Assist function, where clients are called before you send to collectinos.

**What problems is CollBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving my A/R collections issues and saving time -- no phone calls, just submit the invoice and let collections start

Easy to maneuver, makes sending out bills/letter simple!

Tends to run slower on newer systems, but still gets the job done.

It takes a little time to get used to, but it's worth it overall.

Solving issues with effective collections practices, getting notices out, communication with assigned staff.
