Cocosign worked well for the first year and a half, but shortly after paying the annual renewal fee our customers were not receiving emails or documents to sign. Customers could not even sign documents sent via a signing link. Contacted Cocosign numerous times but they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I want a refund but again my request has been ignored. We are a charity who really rely on getting contracts signed so we can provide our service, and we have not been able to do this for nearly a month. Now having to find alternative solutions! Please do not sign up with cocosign if you value your business and customers, there is no support or help if problems arise! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
