The best part about using Cocooom along with the software's obvious features is their excellent pricing structure. They charge you according to your number of users and it is extremely helpful in controlling your budget. The free version has limited features for up to 50 users, while the paid version is 2 Euros a user per month and that includes all the features without limitations. **What do you dislike about Cocoom?** As such I don't have many complaints from Cocooom however they could have given a full-fledged free version without limiting the features. For example, the essential feature of PWA mobile app and multi-platform hub is not included in their free version. However, the charges are quite low so that should not be a major issue for most small to medium businesses. **Recommendations to others considering Cocoom:** One of the best software for sturctured information and very simple to use. If you are considering something like this, I think you will like Cocooom. **What problems is Cocoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cocooom is tailored to the processes of building the corporate culture and it is brilliant. Through its usage, The management is more visible, the team dynamics are directly boosted, and a fair place is given to each worker in the business. ### 2. FREEMIUM for upto 50 users for life **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022 **What do you like best about Cocoom?** The most extraordinary part is the free-for-life tool that they call 'FREEMIUM' for under 50 users. I mean, for small to ultra-small businesses, this has to be a GODSENT feature at no cost at all. **What do you dislike about Cocoom?** They charge in Euros (obviously being based in France, a country in the European Union). The exchange rate cost can sometimes pinch the large businesses based outside the EU a bit as Euro is way higher compared to the US Dollar. **Recommendations to others considering Cocoom:** I cannot emphasize enough as to how incredibly useful this can be for the small businesses just starting out with a small group of people. **What problems is Cocoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mobile application is not available for the FREEMIUM users and you'll have to pay for it. Now that the world going increasingly mobile, this feature will not come to you without shelling out money of your pocket.
