I really like the innovation they enable when developing solutions aimed at solving a need. Cobre allowed us to create something for SMEs, with whom we work, since the payment gateways in the market are not focused on this segment of companies. Achieving Siigo Pay was possible thanks to Cobre, as we had not been able to achieve it with other providers. **What do you dislike about Cobre?** Clarity in meeting the deadlines for new deployments that are essential to strengthen the product that, in our case, we are finishing building. **What problems is Cobre solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cobre allows us to create a simple collection solution for micro and small entrepreneurs that enables them to improve their cash flow. It is valuable because it helped us build Siigo Pay, focusing on a segment underserved by other payment gateways. ### 2. I appreciate that with Cobre we can send payments in real time, which allows our clients to pay their suppliers much faster than with traditional banking. Additionally, the initial setup was super quick and simple. We mainly use the payment distribution tool along with the collection tool, which we value greatly. **What do you dislike about Cobre?** The new platform is much less intuitive than the previous one and it took us a bit to adapt. **What problems is Cobre solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cobre allows us to disperse payments in real time, reaching customers in seconds, and helping our clients pay their suppliers much faster than with traditional banking. ### 3.
