## CO3 Reviews
  ### 1. CO3 supplementation: practical and effective choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleh I. | operations managment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CO3?**

I would say that overall the experience has been really positive and has brought concrete benefits at both the operational and organizational levels.

One of the most useful things is definitely the accuracy of GPS tracking: the platform allows you to follow the vehicles in real time, with frequent and reliable updates. This greatly reduced uncertainty during deliveries. For example, more than once we have been able to notify end customers immediately in the event of delays, improving both communication and service perception.

Another strong point is the data history. The system records routes, stops, and timelines, so you can do detailed analysis afterward as well. It was really helpful in identifying some inefficiencies: in one specific case, we noticed that a route had recurring delays at certain times, and so we reorganized shipments, avoiding precisely those critical moments.

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

The main limitation concerns integrations: each GPS provider requires specific configurations, often manual, resulting in increased onboarding times and technical complexity, especially in contexts with heterogeneous logistics partners.

Furthermore, integration with other business systems is not always seamless and may require customized interventions or manual tasks for data synchronization, partially reducing the benefits of automation.

Finally, data quality depends heavily on the devices used by vendors, with possible differences in accuracy and refresh rate.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 goes to solve several problems typical of transport management with multiple suppliers.
Before, we had little real-time visibility: shipping information was fragmented and often delayed. Now everything is centralized and we can continuously monitor the vehicles, always knowing where they are and when they arrive. This has greatly reduced manual update requests and improved communication.
Supplier evaluation was also complicated without objective data. With history and reports, today we are able to monitor KPIs such as travel times, stops and delays, making everything more transparent.
On anomaly management, we used to notice problems too late. With automatic alerts and real-time monitoring, we intervene immediately, limiting impacts.
Furthermore, thanks to historical data, we have managed to optimize routes and schedules, reducing delivery times and in some cases even costs.
Finally, for disputes, having precise data such as GPS tracks and timestamps has significantly speeded up management, also making it more objective.

  ### 2. Operation without Excel sheets: everything under control with CO3

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raffaele A. | Carrier Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CO3?**

The CO3 satellite model is a modern and dynamic organizational structure.
Each "satellite" operates independently but remains connected to a core that provides a shared vision and support.
This configuration creates a flexible, resilient, and collaborative ecosystem.
The result is an organization that:
- innovates faster, because ideas can arise anywhere
- engages people more, thanks to clear responsibilities and autonomy
- reduces risks, avoiding dependencies on a single operations center
- fosters collaboration, transforming the network into an environment rich in exchange and co-creation
In short, the CO3 satellite model is an agile, inclusive, and future-oriented solution.

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

The only challenge is the depth of features: there’s some initial configuration to get geofences, SMR, and reports exactly right. Once that’s done, everything runs smoothly and the insights are spot on. I also appreciate the frequent improvements—even if I occasionally need a minute to reorient, the added functionality is worth it.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 replaces manual spreadsheets and scattered data with automated, standardized reporting. Usage, stops, and SMR reports are generated and emailed on schedule, so everyone aligns on the same numbers. Exportable data speeds up invoicing and job costing with better accuracy. It does ask for consistent data entry at the start, but that discipline is exactly what delivers reliable insights.

  ### 3. Efficiency and safety for the fleet: our experience with CO3.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlo F. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CO3?**

Reliable GPS tracking, SMR (engine-hours) management, a detailed activity history, and clear, actionable reports. I always know where each tractor is in real time and can quickly review past routes, stops, and utilization to see exactly how the machines are being used. The interface is intuitive and fast, and the reports are easy to customize and export, so sharing insights with the team takes seconds. Whether I’m at a desk or on my phone in the field, CO3 gives me the visibility I need to manage the tractor fleet simply, quickly, and with confidence.

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

If I had to name a “dislike,” it’s that CO3 is very comprehensive—so the initial setup (geofences, SMR rules, user roles) takes a bit of attention. That upfront work pays off, because the reports and controls are then perfectly tailored to our fleet. Regular updates sometimes tweak the UI, but they consistently add useful capabilities. The mobile app keeps the essentials fast and clean, while advanced configuration is better on desktop.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 solves day-to-day visibility: we used to rely on calls and guesswork to know where machines were and how much they worked. With real-time GPS and a clean activity history, we dispatch faster, reduce idle time, and plan jobs with confidence. SMR tracking turns maintenance into a scheduled process, cutting unplanned downtime and extending asset life. The small upfront effort to define geofences and service thresholds pays back quickly in fewer surprises and smoother operations.

  ### 4. CO3 Delivers Clear Subcontractor Visibility and Shareable ETA Predictions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about CO3?**

CO3 helps us to receive visibility on our >4k subcontractors despite frequent changes in our network and directly share arrival (ETA) predictions with our customers

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

I would like to automatically remind carriers on missing truck assignments - but I hear this is already in development.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 helps us manage our customers’ expectations more effectively by offering real-time GPS visibility and ETA predictions, without any need for hardware. That’s a real plus for us as an asset-light freight forwarder.

  ### 5. Great UI and Speed for monitoring

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CO3?**

UI
Speed
Ping
Tour monitoring
historical monitoring

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

Traffic condition need to be more accureted.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 addresses asset security and accountability. Geofences and precise trails create a clear audit of movements, which deters unauthorized use and simplifies insurance questions or customer disputes. After-hours activity becomes immediately visible, so we can act before small issues turn into big losses. Alerts are intentionally proactive—once tuned, they focus our attention where it matters most

  ### 6. Outstanding Partner for Real-Time Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valeriya T. | Team Lead Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CO3?**

Working with CO3 on a daily basis has been a key asset in ensuring full visibility of all our company’s transports. The signal quality they provide is significantly superior to any other tracking provider I’ve collaborated with so far, which makes a real difference in the reliability of our operations.

What truly sets CO3 apart is its exceptional responsiveness and customer orientation. The team is always available, quick to react, and eager to meet any specific business need we bring to the table. Even in critical situations, when they occur, CO3 remains a solid, proactive partner, offering effective support every time.

On top of that, they’re a young, dynamic team, clearly driven by the ambition to grow, improve, and continuously deliver more value. Their mindset and dedication make them not just a service provider but a true strategic partner.

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

If I had to mention one minor drawback, while the core features work very well, some advanced functionalities could benefit from further refinement.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 solves the challenge of real-time transport tracking by eliminating signal gaps and ensuring continuous visibility. This allows me to have full, uninterrupted oversight of our integrated fleet, improving operational control, proactivity, and customer communication across the entire supply chain.

  ### 8. Reliable and high quality visibility of global operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniket N. | Manager, Quality Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about CO3?**

What standouts to me for CO3 is the delightful Customer Service, including speed and quality of resolution. The seamless integration and high ping density in transit gives us detailed data backed insights on operational service quality and is the backbone for our incident management systems. We are also beginning to strongly leverage additional data points to add value to multiple stakeholders in the sennder ecosystem such as drivers and shippers.

**What do you dislike about CO3?**

The only improvement area for CO3 that I can think of is more advanced analytics based on the extensive fleet and rich network information that is processed daily on the CO3 platform.

**What problems is CO3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CO3 is continuously increasing their footprint to cover a majority of assets that ply on European roads, which automatically increases our share of tracked transports incrementally. There are two levels of fragmentation that CO3 is solving for - Carriers who own /manage assets and Telematics providers who provide GPS technology and devices to the Carriers. We have one source of aggregated data, which is a game changer for operational visibility. CO3 is also actively engaging with OEMs to increase the availability and quality of additional data points that allow us to provide more value to customers - for example, by offering data insights and value added services.

  ### 9. Deep integrations and Prompt Support
