It has very simple graphical user interface which requires minimal coding, using which we can automate most of the process. Reading data from flat files, csvs to database tables. Can transform using the inbuilt transformation component. Can configure the data mapping add data validations using the inbuilt components to make sure all junk data is caught and handled. and can generate output again in a range from flat file to database.
We can also make webservice call which is another added advantage.

CloverDX Designer provides excellent functionality for designing complex ETL workflows. I've been able to use MySQL, MS-SQL and spreadsheets as data sources and successfully transform them into complex JSON objects.
The interface makes it easy to choose the right tools to transform data, and the performance on a Windows 11 machine is very good.
The documentation for the Designer is excellent, and customer support has been good about helping me through some complex transformations.
I've used CloverDX for large scale ETL projects for two CRM across more than 30 clients, and it works consistently well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is a little dated, and could use a refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using clover to automate a lot of my processes and the way CloverDX is set up helps me to automate my tasks in such a simple and effective way. The UI is simple, easy to understand. Other than that, it also helps when the functions are able to be connected from one part to the other. I am also able to train other teammates on the usage of cloverDX in case I am absent and the graph needs some update urgently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The coding part is abit tough for anyone who has not been exposed to any codings before, so the part where we have to manually add in the codings is a bit difficult to be explained to the team members Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clover dx is a higly reliable platform for managing and integrating across different system.
Simple & user friendly design : with the drag & drop interface it makes building data workflows straightforward, even for beginners. when I gave the training for Clover DX in my team, it was very easy to explain and it is very easy to grasp even for a new beginner.
Connects to almost anything: we can connect variety of data sources like database, flat files, APIs & cloud platforms.
Saves time with automation which reduces manual errors and ensures your processes run smoothly.
We can use Clover Dx for Data migration, ETL Process, Reporting and analytics etc.

Debugging and errors are never clear in the console, sometimes errors are differnt and console shows something very different to that and which is not understandable too.
Documentation needs to be improve and maybe some video recordings are needed for the beginners to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease with which I can access every aspect of the UI. We used CloveDX to develop an Oracle Fusion Conversion Transformation Accelerator. This saved a lot of our manual file transformation efforts from legacy values to future values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think UI look and feel can be little better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using CloverDX to validate and transform data for loading into Oracle Cloud ERP. Using this has simplified the data validation and transform part and using reusbale codes we can easily do all the pre requisite validations .
It has also helped in transforming the data from client's legacy system to the Oracle Cloud ERP.
We can connect to it using Database too which makes data mapping really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
System crashed sometimes when dealing with very large files, just have to be patience a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI and all the components allow transformations to be created in a matter of minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the complex pipelines you need to create a lot of metadata, it would be cool if metadata would be generated automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to incorporate all the different components and create graphs easily. Also, the additional transformation ways help me to make all the changes I need in the file.
The way we can define validation rules in CloverDX is a game changer in cases we are dealing with millions of records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to be able to connect to other applications like Oracle Fusion Cloud to fetch the required data (like lookups) could be a good addition to CloverDX.
Also if CloverDX is able to integrate with ERP systems to load data by submitting the necessary jobs that would reduce the manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The CloverDX Designer is robust an relatively easy to use, once you grasph the paradigm of job flows.
A large collection of building blocks is provided out of the box, and custom components can be created for readers, writers, or transforms that aren't available out of the box using their proprietary "CTL" language or pure java.
Debugging capabilies are pretty powerful, especially when running a local server instance.
Learning curve is low for many simple usage patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't accommodate a multi-developer, source code-controlled, multi-tier enterprise team very well. Every developer will need their own server license and diffing code is challenging since graphs are persisted as XML.
Advanced use cases quickly exceed the capabilities of users who are not developers or very advanced data analysts. We've found that someone who is already grounded in ETL concepts and development make the best advanced users.
Complex usage and very large volume workflows often require advanced troubleshooting capabilities and tax the system's capabilities.
Support tickets rarely get attention before the next day for U.S. users.
Missing out-of-the-box integrations with most AWS services that are not based on a common open-source project (like Aurora with Postgres or MySQL). We had to build several Gramlin readers and writers for our graph DB us cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
