Some ideas were not understood right away but this is something the team was very understanding about and immediately fixed

**What do you like best about Cloudsquare?**

Cloudsquare's business acumen is spot on making the planning process easier and the turnaround time faster than expected.  What we were trying to accomplish was complex and needed outside expertise to achieve our goals.  We were lucky enough to come across Cloudsquare in our consultant search.

We have been open to suggestions and changed our path accordingly to great recommendations.

Cloudsquare was contracted for consult on a Salesforce implementation for SalesCloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ with an integration to our legacy ERP system. They handled both the requirements gathering and configuration.

**What do you like best about Cloudsquare?**

Cloudsquare is excellent at wading through ambiguous requirements. Despite the complexity of our needs they were able to come up with a comprehensive and user friendly design.

**What do you dislike about Cloudsquare?**

There was some turn over or staff during the project but they handled it well and there was no disruption to the project.

Cloudsquare is an excellent asset to anyone looking to implement Salesforce

My company experienced a decrease in sales for the last quarter. We wanted to engage with our target customers and improve satisfaction; while improving sales. The objective is to provide services to customers that would allow them to save money meanwhile integrating other services into one. We considered Cloudsquare to help with this project because of their flexible price point and their credible reputation. We trusted that the salesforce solutions would greatly increase our sales and customer retention for the next quarter.

**What do you like best about Cloudsquare?**

Cloudsquare is a great tool that gives life to my company's CRM platform. I like how Cloudsquare specializes in CRM support and implementation providing amazing solutions. Cloudsquare has definitely help us gain the most value from our CRM platform. We were able to track customers details and analyze data to create attainable goals for both the sales and marketing department. The sales and marketing department worked together to accomplish goals due to Cloudsquare ability to identify the problems we faced and such merge objectives to achieve the goals.

**What do you dislike about Cloudsquare?**

While Cloudsquare provides the best salesforce solutions to ones CRM platform but minimal user platform is disadvantage for small business on tight budgets. Cloudsquare got the job done on streamline our product and services but lacks major marketing automation.

Identify the problem your company is facing and create goals to address the problem. Next, you must review and analyze data to identify solutions to resolve the problems.

My company has benefited greatly from using Cloudsquare. Cloudsquare provided specific customer information that help us to fully engage with the customers, offer internal support and redefine customers shopping patterns and history. Now we are able to fully analyze market trends in detail and offer products and services that need those sales goal challenges.

Cloudsquare has done a phenomenal job helping us with Brokersuite, configuring, training and support!

**What do you like best about Cloudsquare?**

The People, Process and Product are amazingly professional, efficient, supportive and nice.

**What do you dislike about Cloudsquare?**

Nothing to dislike, have not any issues since we started using Cloudsquare's Brokersuite.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudsquare:**

If you want a solid financial template for salesforce. Brokersuite is your best choice. You can modify to fit your needs but out of the box it works great.

**What problems is Cloudsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could have created their whole program, which I did my previous company. But it is very convenient to install Brokersuite in a short period time versus creating in 6 months.

Efficiency and streamlining.  Improved performance in several measurable categories.

Don't really have any complaints.  Pretty consistently hitting expectations.

Benefiting from timely completion of goal attainment.

They were very pleasant to work with, and very responsive the whole way through. The work was done quickly and efficiently. 

**What do you dislike about Cloudsquare?**

I was really new to the software, so perhaps what could have made the experience better is if they had more creative ideas on how to configure things? 

**Recommendations to others considering Cloudsquare:**

A very nice team to work with, and very helpful. I didn't do much price shopping before so I'm not exactly sure how expensive/inexpensive they are but might be worth looking into more than I did. 

**What problems is Cloudsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just SalesForce config, but their changes definitely helped get it set up in a way that made it much more effective for our business.

they understood my problem and guided me towards solutions.

the problem still isn't resolved but it's a Salesforce issue.

know your goal before you start.

The Cloudsquare team helped migrate the entire marketing and sales departments from paper to a build out of Sales & Service Cloud Lightning with Chatter. Also, they integrated several 3rd party apps including Five9 dialer, DocuSign, and Conga.

**What do you like best about Cloudsquare?**

Cloudsquare really spend the time understanding our biggest challenges and needs. They started the process with onsite discovery and presented a plan that outlined our requirements over several phases. Over the past 6 months, they were professional and we never experienced any delay of work. 

**What do you dislike about Cloudsquare?**

We did not experience any flaws in their work and are overall very happy with the way the system was implemented. Nothing negative to say.

Make sure you get a partner that is an expert in Salesforce. Cloudsquare was amazing.

I was able to manage project and status plans. Task tracker was valuable in keeping up to date with everyday activities and projects. They demonstrated a willingness to engage with their client and understand the business.

**What do you like best about Cloudsquare?**

Their ability to learn your business and truly understand what you need for your company and to help you succeed is invaluable. They were consistent communicators, and were highly reliable when I needed them.

**What do you dislike about Cloudsquare?**

I just used Salesforce Consulting a few times and I never had any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional client management firm.
