"Proactive Digital Risk Intelligence Made Simple"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Comprehensive digital risk visibility across external asset, brand abuse and threat intelligence in a single platform.

high accuracy and reduced false positives, which saves significant analyst time and improves response efficiency.

Easy deployment and intuitive dashboard, making onboarding and daily usage straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

While CloudSEK is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The initial setup and onboarding process can feel overwhelming for new users, particularly for those without a strong security background. Some alerts can also be noisy and may require additional fine-tuning to cut down on false positives. In addition, deeper customization options and more intuitive reporting dashboards would make it easier to pull out clear insights, especially for non-technical stakeholders. "Actionable Digital Risk Monitoring"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Strong Digital Risk Monitoring Services

The continuous monitoring of the attack surface, brand misuse, phishing domains, leaked credentials, and dark web chatter offers early visibility into emerging external threats.

Actionable, Context‑Rich Intelligence

Alerts are typically enriched with useful context—such as likely threat vectors, impacted assets, and recommended actions—which makes it easier for operational teams to triage and respond quickly.

Responsive Analyst & Support Services

The support and analyst engagement model works well: questions are handled promptly, and the added clarification on threat relevance or remediation steps is especially helpful during incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

Signal-to-Noise Ratio Can Be Improved

Some alerts don’t feel sufficiently prioritized, which means internal teams end up spending extra time triaging findings that are lower impact.

Limited Customization in Intelligence Outputs

It can be difficult to tailor reports, alert thresholds, and dashboards to very specific organizational workflows, especially when the desired setup is highly customized.

Strategic Intelligence Could Be Deeper

The tactical intelligence is strong, but more forward-looking analysis—such as threat actor trends, sector-based forecasting, or broader strategic risk insights—would make the output more valuable for leadership-level decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted Partner for External Threat Monitoring and Brand Risk Management"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Its ability to provide timely and actionable threat intelligence through deep and dark web monitoring, brand risk monitoring, and data leak detection. The alerts are accurate and help us identify potential risks before they become major issues. I also appreciate the clean and user-friendly dashboard, which makes monitoring simple and efficient for the entire team. Additionally, the strong customer support and quick response from the team make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

Overall, our experience has been smooth, and there is very little to dislike. At times, we feel that some reports or alerts could include even more detailed context for faster analysis, but this has not significantly impacted our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time, Accurate Alerts with Strong Dark Web Coverage—and Great Analyst Support"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

CloudSEK delivers real-time, accurate alerts, strong dark web coverage, an intuitive dashboard, excellent analyst support, and efficient takedown assistance—so it really covers everything I need. On top of that, the platform keeps improving continuously, which makes it even more valuable over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

In the initial phase, we saw a higher volume of false-positive alerts, which meant some tuning and a bit of back-and-forth with the support team. Also, while the dashboard does the job, the UI could be more modern and offer deeper customization for power users. That said, these are fairly minor issues considering the overall value CloudSEK delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Threat Intelligence That Delivers Actionable Insights"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

What I like best about CloudSEK is its AI-driven, predictive threat intelligence that provides early visibility into emerging digital risks. The platform effectively correlates signals from surface, deep, and dark web sources and presents them as contextual, actionable insights, which helps reduce alert fatigue and enables faster, more informed response by security teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

One area where CloudSEK could improve is bulk alert management—when there are a large number of alerts, distinguishing between false positives and true positives can be time-consuming. A feature that allows analysts to add comments or dispositions to multiple events or incidents in bulk would greatly improve efficiency. Additionally, the platform has a learning curve for new users due to its wide range of features, and reporting customization could be more flexible to better suit different stakeholder needs. What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

There are no significant problems, although, as with any platform offering a wide range of features, teams might require a brief adjustment period to become fully comfortable and make the most of all available capabilities. Certain aspects, like reporting and integrations, could benefit from ongoing development as the needs of the organization expand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Actionable Intelligence Meets Seamless Operations"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

Deep and Dark web and Attack surface management these 2 modules I have been using, the best part is that it delivers what is required.

there are sub modules which delivers the result which are beneficial to my organization in closing those and taking the right action at the right time.

Its ease of implementation and integration with different platforms which helped me out in not logging in the console and incident being raised directly.

Cloudsek customer support actively helps in resolving out the issues at the earlieast

I feel the product is super user friendly and delivers what is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

The primary challenge we currently face is the signal-to-noise ratio in the alerting system. The platform generates a high volume of events, and since not all events qualify as actionable incidents, the ratio of false positives to true positives is high. Enhancing the native tuning capabilities to reduce this initial "noise" would significantly boost operational efficiency and further reduce manual triage time. The dashboards are easy to navigate, alerts are actionable, and incidents are well-correlated, which significantly reduces analysis time. The platform is quick to implement, integrates smoothly with existing workflows, and the customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

While CloudSEK is feature-rich, the volume of alerts can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during high-activity periods. Additionally, some advanced features have a learning curve and could benefit from more in-product guidance or documentation for first-time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers SOC Teams with Proactive, Actionable Threat Intelligence"
What do you like best about CloudSEK?

As a SOC Analyst, what I appreciate most about CloudSEK is its proactive and comprehensive approach to digital risk monitoring. The platform excels at delivering real-time threat intelligence from a wide range of sources, including the surface web, deep web, and dark web. This capability greatly reduces the amount of time spent on manual threat hunting, allowing analysts to dedicate more attention to essential tasks such as incident response and mitigation.

Another key advantage of CloudSEK is the high quality of its alerts and intelligence. The information is enriched with valuable context, making it both actionable and easy to prioritize. This not only helps cut down on unnecessary noise but also ensures that the SOC team can respond swiftly to legitimate threats. The intuitive dashboard further enhances the experience, making navigation and reporting straightforward—even for newcomers—which is especially beneficial in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.

CloudSEK’s seamless integration with SIEM tools provides centralized visibility and streamlines workflow efficiency. Its automation features, like risk scoring and alerting, help save time and reduce the risk of human error, which is vital for maintaining a robust security posture. In summary, CloudSEK equips SOC teams with timely, actionable insights that reinforce an organization’s defenses against the ever-changing landscape of cyber threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudSEK?

CloudSEK provides strong threat intelligence and digital risk monitoring, but there are a few aspects that could use improvement. A frequent issue is alert fatigue, which can arise from receiving a large number of notifications—especially if the rules and filters are not carefully adjusted. This sometimes makes it harder to prioritize incidents efficiently.

Another limitation is that integrating CloudSEK with certain legacy systems can demand extra effort. While the platform does offer a wide range of integrations, older or heavily customized environments may require manual intervention, potentially delaying deployment.

Some users also mention that the pricing tends to be on the higher side, which can be a challenge for smaller organizations or those with tighter budgets. Although the robust features may justify the expense for larger enterprises, the solution might not be as accessible for everyone.

Finally, while the interface is intuitive, the options for customizing dashboards and reports could be more adaptable. Advanced customization for specific SOC workflows may involve additional steps or require assistance from the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
