Access to the CK Lens platform to analyze costs or to be able to immediately get in touch with their FinOps Services team regarding any queries make my role much easier. Perk to this is that their team is very responsive so we don't feel like we are dealing with a 3rd party. The only thing I feel is missing is a feature to tag resource IDs with tags.
