Access to the CK Lens platform to analyze costs or to be able to immediately get in touch with their FinOps Services team regarding any queries make my role much easier. Perk to this is that their team is very responsive so we don't feel like we are dealing with a 3rd party. The Cost Analysis page is the one I use most. The Cost Analysis UI makes it easy to view costs from different angles and combinations, and the ability to drill down all the way to the resource level is especially helpful. It would be very helpful if the delay before costs are reflected in the CUR/portal could be reduced, so the information is available sooner. Also, the AI feature isn’t very helpful at the moment. As I’m used to (and a bit addicted to) AWS Cost Explorer, the CK dashboard’s pricing calculation feels different compared to it. CloudKeeper has delivered clear value on several fronts: the AWS discount, Prism for SSO login (with permission sets that are far easier to configure than in AWS-native SSO) and Lens for better cloud-cost visibility.
