"We are happy with TTN as our FinOps partner. I would happily recommend it to my colleagues."
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudKeeper?

Cloudkeeper and Kristal have been collaborating for the past four years, and it has been a smooth journey so far. Cloudkeeper leverages bulk reservation volumes to secure guaranteed discounts for us, in addition to EC2 and RDS Reserved Instances. Their platform, CK Lens, also gives us a holistic view of our AWS usage. The custom dashboard in CK Lens lets us track our daily and monthly spend; we can also add a daily budget and set up alerts around it.

The TTN services team is prompt in their responses whenever we need assistance. Recently, they helped us with exchanging EC2 RIs and setting up AWS SSO.

They are also happy to discuss any problem, even if it is outside their scope, and they still try to provide a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudKeeper?

I have not faced any concerns as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudKeeper Delivers Major AWS Savings with Excellent Account Team Support"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudKeeper?

CloudKeeper is a great tool, and it has saved our organization a significant amount of money on our monthly AWS bill. In addition, the support we’ve received from our account team has been excellent. They’ve made several recommendations for changes to our AWS infrastructure, both from a security standpoint and from a cost-saving standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudKeeper?

Using CloudKeeper can make account provisioning more difficult than it otherwise would be. We have several accounts (over 20) tied to CloudKeeper, and now that they are all listed as "Applications" instead of accounts, it makes it more complicated than using the normal identity center. "Proactive AWS Cost Visibility and Support That Delivers Real Savings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudKeeper?

What I like best about CloudKeeper is the combination of useful AWS cost visibility and proactive support.

The team regularly helps us identify unexpected changes in cloud spend and provides practical recommendations for optimisation, rather than simply reporting on costs. CK Lens is also useful for drilling into spend and managing cost allocation in a way that makes it easier to understand where our AWS budget is going.

The support team has been particularly valuable. On one occasion they took ownership of an unexpected AWS billing issue, worked directly with AWS on our behalf, followed it through over several weeks and ultimately secured a full adjustment of the charges.

We've also benefited from more in-depth optimisation reviews of some of our larger AWS workloads, with specific technical recommendations around architecture, scaling and different AWS services. That combination of tooling, proactive monitoring and access to knowledgeable people is probably where we've seen the most value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudKeeper?

There isn't anything major that I dislike, but some of the communication can be a little persistent, particularly around follow-ups and feedback requests.

Some optimisation recommendations also naturally require a fair amount of internal analysis before acting on them. CloudKeeper can identify potential savings opportunities, but the engineering effort, operational trade-offs and migration risk still need to be assessed carefully by your own team.

Overall, these are relatively minor points compared with the value we've had from the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Partner for Cloud Savings and Optimization"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudKeeper?

What I like best about CloudKeeper is their proactive support, strong ownership, and focus on cloud cost optimization. Rounaq has been very responsive and works closely with us to reduce infrastructure spend, identify savings opportunities, and coordinate with the Google Cloud product team whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudKeeper?

One area for improvement would be having more proactive recommendations and regular visibility into new cost-saving opportunities across our cloud environment. Overall, the support has been good, but more frequent optimization insights and follow-ups would add even more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudKeeper?

Snapmint's engagement with CloudKeeper has been nothing short of delightful. The service is really simple and at the same time most fertile. One of my responsibilities as a DevOps Lead is to continuously work on optimizing costs while ensuring smooth infra operations. Access to the CK Lens platform to analyze costs or to be able to immediately get in touch with their FinOps Services team regarding any queries make my role much easier. Perk to this is that their team is very responsive so we don't feel like we are dealing with a 3rd party. They are available via calls, emails, and chats (almost all possible channels) and work with us with full transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudKeeper?

Cloudkeeper should also have the TAG based billing view as well to understand the cost of infrastructure accordinly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Cloud Visibility and Cost Control Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudKeeper?

CloudKeeper provides excellent visibility into our cloud infrastructure and costs. It helps us identify optimization opportunities, track resource utilization, and manage cloud spending effectively. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond. It has made cloud operations and cost management much easier for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudKeeper?

The platform can have a learning curve for new users, and some reports require multiple clicks to access detailed information. Improving dashboard customization and simplifying navigation would make the overall user experience even better. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the value the platform provides.
