I can easily navigate and find where my money is going and coming from. It also helps in spending skills which is a great guide and tool for a person like me. **What do you dislike about CloudBudget?** I liked this tool to be honest, but yes, sometimes, I face small delays and glitches when m doing the customisation and setting everything to match my spending habits. Some of the features feels limited, so there shoud be more features included also, but support team is good along with AI **What problems is CloudBudget solving and how is that benefiting you?** before this, I had to heavily rely on the long spreadsheets and other details to manage and check the finance time to time which is really time consuming and exhausting at the same time but by using the CloudBudget,It made my work easier, and brings all things in one place which is great and you do not have to switch every time to check other details. ### 2. They are always there to help get you what you need in a budgeting tool. Connection of budget versus actuals in our ERP was quickly implemented, and excellent reporting was provided by CloudBudget for our budget owners in each department. **What do you dislike about CloudBudget?** The only thing we don't love about CloudBudget is the fact that they only bring over summarized data into their software. Because of that, our budget owners are not able to dive into what their actuals consist of. We have to provide a report of actuals to our budget owners for them to dive into actuals. **What problems is CloudBudget solving and how is that benefiting you?** With CloudBudget we have begun to better forecast our expenditures by creating forecast budgets with our budget owners. Because actuals typically never hit in the month budgeted, we are able to better project future expenditures if budget owners never used budgeted amounts in previous months. ### 3. Whenever we have questions or concerns, they are able to help us resolve them and help keep our data clean. **What do you dislike about CloudBudget?** The forecast function is a little clunky as all of the actuals pull into different categories. It works but still needs some fine tuning to fit our business needs. **What problems is CloudBudget solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are working on resolving the issues that have come up with forecasting. The budgeting tools are great and we just need to resolve any issues with the forecasting tools so we can compare our baseline budgets to rolling forecasts throughout the fiscal year. ### 4.
