What do you like best?

The best feature on clinic source is that it keeps track of your data. By clicking a button to the right of each goal you are able to see how the client has performed on previous sessions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Scheduling patients takes too many “clicks” and could be easier. Also if you want to view several therapy notes at a time it’s difficult. The only way I’ve found to do it is by pretending that I’m going to print and then viewing the preview. If there is another way it could be streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It can be a problem to keep up with client data when working a large caseload doing home health. Clinic source can be accessed on the field using phone or tablet and it useful for keeping all your data in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It's a very user friendly system and pretty easy to understand. The documentation side of the system us excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The billing side needs improvement. Its difficult to post certain things without having to manipulate the system because it's mainly a documentation system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like how accessible this software is. I can Easily find patients documentation and scheduling fast and efficient. Clinic source is easy to learn and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that clinic source logs me out occasionally while I am writing a report on a patient. I dislike that there is no app included with clinic source and that it can only be used on a computer desktop/laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I like that the system is online. It is so convenient to be able to type my documentation from my personal computer rather than having to use a second work computer. The system is mostly intuitive to use. I also appreciate being able to search for information in various ways (calendar view, client view, by documentation, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I always have issues when I save a note and need to edit it later (even just minutes later if I forget to sign the note or accidentally submit before its done) - the system freezes, locks me out, the changes don't get saved, etc. Usually the easiest thing to do is delete the note and start over, and that just seems silly. Recommendations to others considering the product:

I don't know for sure because I'm just one of many users in our clinic, but pricing per user seems expensive. I would expect there to be some sort of "bulk" pricing available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Our practice was converting from all paper therapy notes and billing to paperless and chose to go with ClinicSource. In general, the organization of this system was such an upgrade and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was very difficult at first to get it all entered initially and input all of the data. However, after the initial information and data was entered, it was much easier to keep up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
