**Zero Stars: Broken Promises and Frustrating Experience with Clinicsource**

I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with my experience using Clinicsource. Their claims of a user-friendly platform and a seamless communication portal for clients and therapists were nothing but false promises.

First, let's talk about their so-called "user-friendly" platform. It required hours of training just to understand the basics. The user interface was convoluted and confusing, making it nearly impossible to navigate without extensive guidance. And speaking of guidance, the customer service was an absolute disaster. The representatives seemed to be as lost as I was, struggling to answer even the most basic questions about how the platform works. Whenever I had a question, they would simply defer to someone else who never bothered to call back or offer any assistance whatsoever.

Despite completing the seemingly never-ending training, access to crucial parts of the platform remained locked away from me. For around six months, I pleaded and begged for access, sending countless requests and messages. Yet, no one at Clinicsource seemed to have a clue about how to resolve this issue or provide any meaningful support.

What's even more infuriating is their relentless pursuit of payment. They continuously sent me emails, requesting money without any follow-through on their end to address my access problems. It's clear that their priorities are not in line with their customers' needs, but solely focused on their financial gain.

Perhaps the most maddening part of this ordeal is their rigid commitment requirement. Despite realizing within just two weeks that Clinicsource was an absolute disaster for my business, they smugly threw a contract in my face and refused any release. This felt like a slap in the face, as they had no qualms about ignoring my desperate pleas for assistance.

Nearly a year has passed, and I find myself with an empty promise of a platform that I've paid for but cannot use effectively. Clinicsource has proven to be a colossal waste of both time and money. Their broken promises, lack of assistance, and customer disregard are beyond infuriating. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise steering clear of this company. **Zero Stars: A Disastrous Experience with Clinicsource**

I had the misfortune of signing up for Clinicsource with high hopes of a user-friendly platform that would seamlessly connect clients and therapists. It quickly became apparent that their promises were nothing but empty words.

The platform's complexity was baffling. Hours of training were required just to navigate its convoluted interface. Customer service, supposed to aid in profile setup, was a complete letdown. Their representatives were shockingly untrained, often admitting they couldn't answer basic questions and promising callbacks that never materialized.

Even after the excruciating training, crucial parts of the platform remained inaccessible for nearly 6 months. Numerous requests for help went unanswered, leaving me in the dark. It seems Clinicsource is only efficient at sending payment reminders, yet abysmal at fixing their own technical problems.

And the icing on the cake? A contractual commitment that binds me to their woeful service for a year. When I realized the platform was a mismatch within two weeks, they cruelly reminded me of the contract, denying me an exit. I am trapped in a year-long nightmare, throwing money down the drain for a system that delivers on none of its promises.

Clinicsource, your platform is a hollow shell of what you claimed it to be. I urge anyone considering their services to steer clear. My business suffered, my trust was shattered, and my money was squandered on false assurances. A year later, and I am still shackled to a platform that has rendered itself utterly useless to me. Very customizable; you can create templates with multiple drop down boxes, text boxes, grids, etc. Also allows to have spaces for narrative input on SOAP notes, and is easy to track care plans/communicate with physicians. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Takes forever to load anything, which makes me fall even further behind on documentation. I will often have to refresh notes multiple times due to getting a constant loading ring or a freeze in the middle of the note. Sometimes, I have to wait 10-15 seconds between clicking each box of treatments or goals, the lag is so bad. With our prior documentation program, I spent on average ~5-6 minutes per note, but now its sometimes 10-15 minutes per treatment note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature on clinic source is that it keeps track of your data. By clicking a button to the right of each goal you are able to see how the client has performed on previous sessions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduling patients takes too many “clicks” and could be easier. Also if you want to view several therapy notes at a time it’s difficult. The only way I’ve found to do it is by pretending that I’m going to print and then viewing the preview. If there is another way it could be streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
