Clickit is a cloud-based HRIS and payroll platform built for small and medium-sized businesses in Albania and Kosovo. It brings the full employee lifecycle into one place: employee records, onboarding, recruitment, schedules and shifts, HR budgeting, and payroll. Clickit's payroll engine calculates gross-to-net salaries using the official progressive tax brackets and social contributions for Albania and Kosovo, so HR teams can run accurate payroll without spreadsheets. For recruitment, companies can publish job postings to LinkedIn and schedule interviews with Google Calendar and Google Meet directly from the platform. Managers work from a web dashboard, while employees get a self-service mobile app to view their schedules, documents, and requests. Clickit is localized in Albanian and English and is designed for local labor regulations.

"Accurate Payslips and Easy Leave Requests in One Place"

What do you like best about Clickit?

I can clock in and out during my scheduled shifts without any issues. My payslips have been accurate every time, including the tax deductions. When I need to apply for leave, I don’t have to go to HR and request it in person; I can just tap “request leave” and add a comment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
