We are sorry to hear that you feel our software was not the same as it was in 2020 when you used us. Please keep in mind that the email industry is constantly changing. Therefore, the way you sent emails out a year ago or even 6 months ago cannot always be done the same as today. Especially when sending emails out to a cold list of contacts.
Cold B2B email sending requires a very strict content strategy and message engagement plan to build a strong reputation between your sending variables and the Mailbox Provider you are sending to. The more your contacts interact with your messages, the higher your delivery and inbox rate will be. I can see that the delivery rate at the start was very good where you were averaging over a 90% delivery rate on your campaigns. However, as you started to over-send to the same contacts, we started to see your opt-out and complaint rates increase which dropped the delivery rate down.
Regarding our IP warm-up, this can take several days or even weeks to build to the volume you are looking to send out. However, depending on the engagement a contact has with your message can determine whether an email gets delivered or not. This engagement can also increase the warm-up time depending on the response we get back from the mail client you are sending to.
With that said, our customer success team strives to provide excellent service so apologies if you felt this was not what you received. However, when it comes to results: we can provide you with a blueprint or template to follow, but the results can depend. Over-sending the same type of messages to the same audience often leads to audience fatigue. This is where we see contacts complain and opt out, which we believe was likely the reason for your undesirable results.
