**What do you like best about Clickback?**

I appreciate that Clickback allowed us to safely test purchased lists as a marketing channel without damaging our sender reputation. They seemed very cognizant of the rules around email outreach, ensuring we were compliant, and I found their clear instructions on operating within their rules very helpful. I also value the great, responsive support team. The server warm-up processes were well outlined, which was a big plus. Additionally, the initial setup of Clickback was easy, and I found the drag-and-drop editor fairly easy to use, even though it wasn't all intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

I wished I could warm 2 separate lists at once. We had 2 separate audiences but had to stagger when campaigns were sent to each. The software seemed clunky or old but it did get the job done. Not all settings in the drag and drop editor were intuitive.

I use Clickback to safely send cold outreach emails without risking our server's sender reputation.

Being new to the email marketing arena, Clickback patiently walked me through, step-by-step to ensure success. More than a few times.
Excellent customer service.

There is nothing about Clickback our organization is dissatisfied with.

**What problems is Clickback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are taking a pretty complex subject and thoroughly simplifying it.
I recently had a health issue, which forced me to stop my work activities for the last six months. Clickback waived all the fees and said they wouldn't start charging until I was well enough to get back to work!
Nobody does that anymore. 
So presently,  I am not using Clickback, but I plan to be back on my feet by the summer will continue to do business with this excellent company.

**What do you like best about Clickback?**

For my email marketing campaigns, I just gave Clickback a try, and I must admit, I was impressed. The software is simple to use, and their email list cleaning tool made it easier for me to improve the deliverability of my emails. Overall, if you're searching for a dependable email marketing solution, I highly suggest Clickback.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

There were a few aspects of Clickback that I didn't like, despite the fact that I thought it was a respectable email marketing platform. In comparison to other products on the market, the cost can seem a bit high, and I was disappointed by the reporting and analytics tools. The user interface also needs to be a little more contemporary and user-friendly.

**What problems is Clickback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My email marketing problems are being resolved by Clickback thanks to its user-friendly platform. My email deliverability has increased thanks to their email verification service, which has led to a higher ROI. Overall, Clickback has improved the effectiveness and efficiency of my email marketing campaigns while also saving me time and money.

**What do you like best about Clickback?**

I find the filter function in the software to be quite useful. It enables us to carefully choose the seniority level of our audience and effectively hone in on our target demographic.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

I must say that the support team is doing a great job. However, I have noticed that the current pricing is quite high. It seems that there are other software options out there that offer the same features at a much more affordable price. As a beginner, I would not recommend paying $280 per month when there are better alternatives available.

At that moment, I was using a method to gather leads from a particular area by targeting individuals with a specific job title. Additionally, I have access to email software that allows me to send cold emails with a lifetime subscription.

They have a straightforward process to allow everyone to load and use their marketing program. The step-by-step process with easy-to-use help suggestions is simple to follow. But, if you get stuck, they have a fantastic support team to help fix the situation.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

NOTHING! This is the best email marketing product I have used in my over 30 years of sales management.

**What problems is Clickback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Clickback for several years and highly recommend them to any company that wishes to use the top-of-the-line email advertising company. I will not go into detail about how they keep your primary URL from getting blacklisted for spam emails, but they have a process in place that I think is amazing. Their pricing is very competitive based on the number of contacts in your database. If you are new or have used email marketing in the past, you can contact Clickback sales for an explanation of the fantastic services available.

**What do you like best about Clickback?**

It is a platform for reaching out to non-Opt-in (bulk) email marketing, which we had previously used, with decent results.  Not so much this time.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

We were initially told to update our lists every 60 days to assure we were sending to an accurate list.  We then learned there is a painfully slow process to "warm up" each new list, resulting in delivery slowing to the point we could only send no more than 3 messages a month.  Even after we stopped updating our lists, we continued to see slow "warm up" times on the same email list (and no explanation as to why) and horrendous delivery of our emails.  When we were able to reach support staff, they offered little guidance or assistance.  We finally spoke to a live person on the phone who reviewed our content (which was good) and our lists (which were pre-scrubbed and pre-validated to be open to receiving bulk email) and they saw no problem there either - but no explanation as to WHY delivery was taking SO long and why we were getting such bad delivery results.  So, we discontinued the use of their service and have begun searching for a better solution.

**What problems is Clickback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were unable to get satisfactory explanations and resolution of our issues, so we canceled the service.  Their service was far from what we expected, and results we had experienced in the past, and we could not see paying over $300 a month for no real results.

**Official Response from Clickback Inc:**

> Hi John,

We are sorry to hear that you feel our software was not the same as it was in 2020 when you used us. Please keep in mind that the email industry is constantly changing. Therefore, the way you sent emails out a year ago or even 6 months ago cannot always be done the same as today. Especially when sending emails out to a cold list of contacts.

Cold B2B email sending requires a very strict content strategy and message engagement plan to build a strong reputation between your sending variables and the Mailbox Provider you are sending to. The more your contacts interact with your messages, the higher your delivery and inbox rate will be. I can see that the delivery rate at the start was very good where you were averaging over a 90% delivery rate on your campaigns. However, as you started to over-send to the same contacts, we started to see your opt-out and complaint rates increase which dropped the delivery rate down.

Regarding our IP warm-up, this can take several days or even weeks to build to the volume you are looking to send out. However, depending on the engagement a contact has with your message can determine whether an email gets delivered or not.  This engagement can also increase the warm-up time depending on the response we get back from the mail client you are sending to.

With that said, our customer success team strives to provide excellent service so apologies if you felt this was not what you received. However, when it comes to results: we can provide you with a blueprint or template to follow, but the results can depend. Over-sending the same type of messages to the same audience often leads to audience fatigue. This is where we see contacts complain and opt out, which we believe was likely the reason for your undesirable results.

We do hope you were able to find a platform better suited to your needs and we’re sorry that Clickback wasn’t the right solution for you.

**What do you like best about Clickback?**

We have been using Clickback for nearly 7 months, and it has been a game changer in helping us communicate our offerings to cold contact lists. The support team is helpful and responsive, and the platform is relatively intuitive if you have used eblast software in the past. I would recommend Clickback to anybody who is looking to send bulk email to cold contacts.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

UI and template management can be a bit finicky, however there are not many organizations offering what Clickback does, and none seem to be on the same level as Clickback.

**Recommendations to others considering Clickback:**

Clickback does what it's supposed to do. I would however suggest that potential users have at least several thousand cold contacts to send to in order to make the most of the platform.

Clickback allows us to help our marketing clients eblast cold contact lists without risk of hurting their domain's ability to send or receive email.

I like the ability to customize each of the email campaigns. One of the best features is the automatic email verification on the backend. This solution ensures your emails are going to an active email, and that's important to our marketing team.

Some features are limited, such as the ability to embed links in specific buttons within each email.

We needed a robust email campaign for our company. Clickback was all of that and more. After implementation, we quickly learned how their email marketing solution positively impacted our efforts.

Ease of use.  The software was very easy to setup and use.   We were able to generate lots of leads with little time investment.

Receivers not being able to reply directly to emails as they are sent from various domains.    Not insurmountable, and I think necessary to have email deliverability rates high.

**Recommendations to others considering Clickback:**

I think its a great tool for the money and the service has been great.  I recommend this software to businesses looking to grow their leads and revenue!

Lead generation and growing  our customer base.  We have converted several leads into customers as a result of the software.  Thank you!

**What do you like best about Clickback?**

It's one of, or maybe even the only, product currently out there that enables you to send cold marketing e-mails.  

The support team members are also very friendly/helpful and go out of their way to make sure you understand how to use the platform and have a high chance of achieving good results with it.

Tracking of opens and clicks (as well as tracking for problems such as different types of bounced e-mails)  is very detailed which is very helpful for planning future campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

The platform itself can be slow and it takes some getting used to.  

I think it could use a few improvements as well.  For example, maybe I just don't know where to find it, but after I've scheduled a campaign it's not easy to go back and check when the scheduled campaign is supposed to go out.  When I check the message history, it only shows the time that I told the system to schedule the message, not the actual scheduled time.  If there was an easily-accessible calendar or something like that it would be great.  Again, this may exist in the platform but if it doesn't it wasn't obvious to me.

It would also be nice to be able edit lead generation lists after import.  The system allows you to easily add or remove entries from proofing lists, but not from regular lists.  Instead, if you want to add more recipients you need to send to an additional list, or if you want to remove them, you import a suppress list.  Again, I may be misunderstanding something here but as far as I can tell this is how you do it.

**Recommendations to others considering Clickback:**

Talk to the support team and schedule a demo with them.  They'll answer all the questions you have and they're also very honest, both about the benefits and shortcomings of the platform.  They genuinely want to help you determine if Clickback MAIL is right for you or not.

**What problems is Clickback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to send cold e-mail marketing campaigns, which is difficult or impossible with other platforms.  Although it's perfectly legal within the USA to send cold e-mails as long as you abide by CAN-SPAM laws (messages not deceptive, include an unsubscribe option, etc.), many other platforms simply don't allow such marketing, maybe because it's difficult to implement.  

We've sent several campaigns successfully with Clickback MAIL now.  It's too early to know if we'll get any solid leads from our outreach, but it's good knowing the e-mails were actually sent and that we've gotten some engagement from them.

**What do you like best about Clickback?**

Overall, Our acquisitions have gone high. We've also seen user engagement increased, We've got insights of our customer preferences & we now use the data for multiple projects more efficiently. With this additional boost in ROI, we are extremely happy with Clickbank.

**What do you dislike about Clickback?**

It takes 48 hours to get email deployed. I wish we could find a way to deploy email and see results within few hours.
