**What do you like best about ClearCRM?**

As a professional with a background in various IT systems, I always look for tools with a logical concept, and ClearCRM has a well-thought-out foundation. It's a promising platform that is clearly heading in the right direction.

Who is this for?
Based on my initial testing, this tool is well-suited for freelancers, small businesses, and consultants. It has the potential to become a very effective solution for other service-based professionals like coaches and therapists as well, once some future enhancements are implemented.

What I Like:
The core structure of the platform is solid. You can see how it's designed to handle both structured corporate projects and the needs of individual client management. It feels like it could become a more intuitive alternative to older, more complex systems on the market.

ClearCRM is a functional and promising tool that is already suitable for daily use. It's a worthwhile investment for those who are looking for a solid starting point and are willing to grow with a platform that has a clear vision. I look forward to seeing how it evolves.

Areas for Future Development:
While the platform is already functional for managing daily business operations, a few key developments would significantly enhance its capabilities. For international users, more granular regional settings are crucial. For instance, full Hungarian language support and an invoicing module compliant with local regulations are essential, as their absence currently requires us to use separate software. The client portal is another powerful feature; its value could be greatly increased by allowing different content to be uploaded for individual contacts within the same client company—a feature that would be particularly useful in coaching scenarios. Finally, implementing advanced features like fully customizable table views (with custom sorting, filtering, and summaries) would improve usability across the board.

**What problems is ClearCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem ClearCRM solves for us is the lack of transparency in our operations. By centralizing all client-related data and activities, it provides a clear, unified view of our business, which is a huge benefit for team alignment and decision-making.

Everything lives in one software! It’s more affordable! There is minimal learning curve, and the support team is amazing!

I dislike that they haven’t been around longer as I’ve been looking for something like this for over 3 years

**What problems is ClearCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have too many softwares connecting new leads to my business. Trying to filter all my lead opportunities into one place is a puzzle! Many use sofwares like MINDBODY online In my industry. But for a solopreneur, they are either too expensive or aren’t cohesive with the many services we offer. This software is bothacfordable and adaptable for whatever business you are!

ClearCRM is a game-changer! Easy to use, powerful features, and excellent customer support. It’s made our team more productive and organized.

ClearCRM is still relatively new compared to some larger platforms, so a few features are still being built out. That said, their roadmap is clear, and the pace of updates is impressive—it feels like they’re heading in the right direction.

**What problems is ClearCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearCRM is helping us keep track of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups all in one place. Instead of juggling spreadsheets and emails, everything is organized and easy to access, which saves us time and helps us close more deals.

ClearCRM is refreshingly straightforward — no unnecessary features, just the tools you actually need. It helps our team stay focused on outreach and pipeline management without feeling overwhelmed. The intuitive interface makes onboarding fast, and the support team is very responsive and open to feedback. It's perfect for startups or small teams that need agility and clarity in their sales process and not only.

**What do you dislike about ClearCRM?**

There’s nothing major so far — but since it’s a newer product, a few advanced features are still being added. Would be great to have more integrations in the future. That said, the core functionality works great for small teams like ours.

**What problems is ClearCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClearCRM helps us manage all our leads, tasks, and client communications in one place — no more juggling between spreadsheets, Trello boards, and multiple tools. It saves us time, reduces missed follow-ups, and makes onboarding new team members much easier. The simplicity and all-in-one setup really streamline our daily work.
