What do you like best about ClearCRM?

As a professional with a background in various IT systems, I always look for tools with a logical concept, and ClearCRM has a well-thought-out foundation. It's a promising platform that is clearly heading in the right direction.

Who is this for?

Based on my initial testing, this tool is well-suited for freelancers, small businesses, and consultants. It has the potential to become a very effective solution for other service-based professionals like coaches and therapists as well, once some future enhancements are implemented.

What I Like:

The core structure of the platform is solid. You can see how it's designed to handle both structured corporate projects and the needs of individual client management. It feels like it could become a more intuitive alternative to older, more complex systems on the market.

Areas for Future Development:

While the platform is already functional for managing daily business operations, a few key developments would significantly enhance its capabilities. For international users, more granular regional settings are crucial. For instance, full Hungarian language support and an invoicing module compliant with local regulations are essential, as their absence currently requires us to use separate software. The client portal is another powerful feature; its value could be greatly increased by allowing different content to be uploaded for individual contacts within the same client company—a feature that would be particularly useful in coaching scenarios. Finally, implementing advanced features like fully customizable table views (with custom sorting, filtering, and summaries) would improve usability across the board.
