"Untethered Real-Time Teaching and Annotation Made Easy"
What do you like best about Classkick?

The best thing about Classkick is that I can keep everything for an entire unit in one place. I simply note which slide I’m starting on each day, and then I don’t have to worry about anything.

I also really like how easy it is to write in the app in real time. With some apps and tech, there’s a delay when you’re writing, but Classkick doesn’t have that issue. I can connect it to my LG CreateBoard through my iPad, and once it’s set up, I can be anywhere in the room writing on my screen while teaching and annotating at the same time. I love that it has untethered me from the board at the front of the room. As a math teacher, I often need to model ideas or work through problems for students, and Classkick makes that so easy. What do you dislike about Classkick?

I wish I could add more interactive displays. For example, I’d love to insert a .gif showing the rotation of an image on a coordinate plane. I know I can add videos, but .gifs are smaller and feel less obtrusive to use.

One other issue is that I reuse the same assignment and roster names year after year. Even after I archive a roster, those students still show up when I’m viewing assignments, and I have to manually switch which roster I’m looking at. I wish the archived roster would simply disappear from that view.

I also wish I could have more than one assignment open at once in the app on my iPad. That would make it much easier to switch between classes.

Finally, I wish I could import larger .pdf files. Sometimes I create a presentation in another app and download it as a .pdf, but it’s usually too large to import all at once. I end up saving it as individual .png files and uploading one slide at a time, which isn’t a great use of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Student Learning with Easy Content Creation and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Classkick?

I enjoy being able to easily create content for my students. Classkick allows me to make assignments that are self checking. I can add videos for students to review. Classkick also makes things easily accessible to students who have difficulties with reading by allowing recording and even screen reading. The added feature of the manipulative maker gives students another level of differentiation for students. It is also nice that you can assign points to help student see their progress. I am also very excited that we can now use the computation layer so that more mathematical symbols can be used.

I am also able to share my assignments easily with colleagues which helps us with collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classkick?

I wish that classkick had an easy way for students to work in small groups. I know that assignments can be open for all students to comment on everyone's page, but I would like them to be able to only work with a select group of students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CK gives teachers the opportunity to see how students are progressing through assignment material."
What do you like best about Classkick?

Classkick serves as a great digital notebook for students where they can see all teacher work, add their own notes & memos, and interact with lessons & practice problems in various ways. I love all the existing features & think the company does a great job rolling out new features. Everything is easy to use, especially using their YouTube channel to figure out initial navigation. It pairs seamlessly with other tools that teachers may use for existing lessong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classkick?

The equation editor addition is great, but it's still not the most functional tool for mathematics instruction. That could be improved a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Classkick = Engaged Learning!"
What do you like best about Classkick?

I love that I can interact 1:1 with my students either in the classroom or at home on assignments and documents either imported to or created within Classkick. I have been using Classkick since 2019 and rely on it almost daily to help drive and refine my instruction. I also love how I can make changes to the document on the fly, and it auto updates for the students; this way I can fix a mistake, or challenge them instantly! What do you dislike about Classkick?

The only issue I have with Classkick is their AI model is in the newest phase, so it's a bit clunky; though I've used it all this time without it, so I'll survive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Classkick Makes Real-Time Feedback Easy for 3rd Graders"
What do you like best about Classkick?

I’ve been using Classkick everyday since 2015, and I can’t recommend it enough. What I appreciate most about the platform is how easy it is for my 3rd grade students to use independently. The real-time feedback and live viewing features let me closely monitor student progress and see their thinking as it happens. Because of that, I can step in quickly with immediate support, provide targeted feedback, and address misconceptions right away. Students really enjoy completing work because the features it has like the audio and video recordings. Customer support is amazing the always get back to you with 1-2 hours. What do you dislike about Classkick?

I really wish the lower grades at my school could use it too, but I think the login process keeps them away. It would be much easier for them if there were a QR code sign-in option, or something similarly clever and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal for Class Management and Student Engagement"
What do you like best about Classkick?

I like that Classkick has the graph and line paper background feature, as it makes it easier for students to graph and solve math problems. I appreciate that students don't have to turn in physical papers since they can upload assignments directly from Classkick to Canvas. The initial setup was pretty easy, and that's something I value. Overall, I find these features quite convenient and beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classkick?

I would like to have Desmos graphing calculator embedded in Classkick. A copy and paste feature would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Real-Time Student Engagement"
What do you like best about Classkick?

Classkick has been a game changer for my online teaching. I love that it allows me to see everything a student is doing in real time, which helps me monitor class participation and give individual feedback faster and more clearly than in-person. It also ensures that students understand content, whether they are synchronous or asynchronous learners. My students enjoy using stickers; even in high school, they love receiving feedback and encouragement through personalized stickers, which makes them feel noticed while saving me time to assist others. I really appreciate being able to edit Classkick slides on the fly. If the class is doing well, I can easily skip or modify slides to increase difficulty, and if they're struggling, I can quickly add simpler questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classkick?

The auto grading leaves a little to be desired. As the teacher, you need to account for all possible ways that students could type in the correct answer. If the answer is x = 4, then you need to input 4, =4, = 4, x=4, x =4, x = 4, x= 4, 4 = x.... etc, otherwise the student may have the correct answer and be marked as incorrect. This is an easy fix for synchronous students, but students working outside of class can become confused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Progress Tracking with Simple Setup"
What do you like best about Classkick?

I find Classkick really useful for quizzes, assessment, and monitoring classwork instantly. It allows me to see students' progress instantly and I like that I can monitor everyone's progress at the same time. Students can collect their work and review it anytime, and I can make comments on their page instantly. The students can see my corrections right away, which is really helpful. The initial setup of Classkick was also very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classkick?

I wish that for recording, I can fast forward, change the playback speed. It would be great to play at a specific time, fast forward, rewind, and change playback speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rostering process is seamless, and the tool serves as a robust base for integrating various educational programs. Overall, its user-friendly nature and support for diverse learning needs make it a vital component of my teaching toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that I am hoping gets changed is the multiple-choice students are able to click through and find the right answer because it is colored in green. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
