What do you like best about CitizenOne?

I like the extent to which users can subscribe to a specific service to receive updates on any new news or announcements. It’s for these reasons that through CitizenOne, residents are able to easily locate and navigate through the government services most relevant to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CitizenOne?

CitizenOne has been incorporated with our former departmental databases and so, it is not easy to work with. Most of the big files from Yahoo has been migrated gradually, and at the same time, has remained fairly clumsy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CitizenOne?

It has very strong security features and utilizes MFA and SSO options. The UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has great admin options for creating and managing users and roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CitizenOne?

It can have some delays when it's authenticating users, which people don't like when they're trying to hurry through. It can also be pretty complex to setup and get into motion, and requires a good amount of technical knowledge. The portal also doesn't let you customize it all that much, which can be an issue for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
