It’s for these reasons that through CitizenOne, residents are able to easily locate and navigate through the government services most relevant to us. **What do you dislike about CitizenOne?** CitizenOne has been incorporated with our former departmental databases and so, it is not easy to work with. Most of the big files from Yahoo has been migrated gradually, and at the same time, has remained fairly clumsy. **What problems is CitizenOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is visible that CitizenOne can have benefits in engaging citizens. This aspect is ideal for the development of the community since it minimizes the search time for services by the residents. ### 2. The UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has great admin options for creating and managing users and roles. **What do you dislike about CitizenOne?** It can have some delays when it's authenticating users, which people don't like when they're trying to hurry through. It can also be pretty complex to setup and get into motion, and requires a good amount of technical knowledge. The portal also doesn't let you customize it all that much, which can be an issue for some. **What problems is CitizenOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving a lot of common security/authentication issues that a lot of companies face. So, fraud, ID theft, password fatigue (thanks to SSO), and a lot of admin overhead, which can otherwise be rather time consuming.
