Easy to configure, with straightforward setup. It offers basic firewalling with solid, reliable controls, and there are resources available when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM)?**

Nextgen Firewalling features are not available

**What problems is Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firewall at network and transport layer levels, best product for OT deployments.

**What do you like best about Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM)?**

Its user interface is great, very easy and intuitive. Visual representation is nice and easy to navigate and easy to integrate with the other IT Softwares/applications. Security and reliability is next level. Customer support is very polite and supportive.

**What do you dislike about Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM)?**

All great, no issues being faced till now.

**What problems is Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ealier frequent breakdowns were there which has been eradicated after CISCO.
