**What do you like best about CIPHR?**

HR element of the system is very user friendly, intuitive and easy to configure. HR consultancy provided throughout the project has been very good. The organisation as a whole have quickly adapted to and adopted the new system in place, and prefer it much more than the incumbent HR platform, which was clunky & outdated.

**What do you dislike about CIPHR?**

Payroll services provided are not yet to the standard expected, with numerous issues taking a pro-longed period of time to work through with Ciphr, albeit some are teething issues which are to be expected during the early stages of a new payroll implementation. The time taken to respond to issues that have been escalated has been very poor

**What problems is CIPHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The recently implemented Ciphr platform is helping the organisation fulfill it's core HR and Payroll responsibilities, as well as recruitment and onboarding. We inted to make wider use of the services offered by also implementing case management, and possibly L&D and talent options further down the line. It is enabling the organisation to deliver a far more modern, intuitive and aesthetic HR offering to employess, in a much more accessible manner. It will also provide the organisation with a greater breadth of MI, as well as much easier access to this.

**What do you like best about CIPHR?**

Really great way for storing HR contacts and client information, it was straight forward and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about CIPHR?**

It was hard to get people to respond from the help desk perspective when you had technial queries etc on the database.

**Recommendations to others considering CIPHR:**

Again more help tutorials or options to help the user navigating the site, because employers do not always give training how to navigate the system  

**What problems is CIPHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could put in contacts that I made from networking events and also the log the communications between me and the client or potential client and manage the relationship accordingly through CIPHR it really was the one stop shop for candidate relationships and also loved the tracking effects of communications and what stage of the relationship you were in with the client.

**What do you like best about CIPHR?**

Cipher is one of the popular software which helps in smoothly managing applications and track them with ease. 
The overall experience is very rich.

**What do you dislike about CIPHR?**

I liked everything about the software as it is very easy to use and handle. 
We can track multiple applications in single go. 
I didn't find anything as such which needs improvement.

**What problems is CIPHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software helps me in managing all the applications very easily due to which I don't need any other software for the same.

**What do you like best about CIPHR?**

Making payroll easier both for the HR as well as for the candidate. It is a connected platform focused entirely on HR and with a statistical dashboard.

**What do you dislike about CIPHR?**

Dashboard UI has a lot to consume for a user. It might be better if user can customised tabs.

**What problems is CIPHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

payroll integration made employees payroll easier to process and thus help in saving time to complete the repeatitive process.

**What do you like best about CIPHR?**

I like its automated processes that improve efficiency and easy navigation without compromising its professional-looking layout. We use it in storing employee records.

**What do you dislike about CIPHR?**

It has not taken away a lot of the time-consuming admin burden due to being expensive. This product is very much effective, but the company should lower its price.

**What problems is CIPHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of CIPHR, we feel comfortable managing our employee records. It helps us in tracking employee attendance and managing payroll data. We are thankful that it has enabled us to grow our business.
