The standout feature for me is the customizable cancellation flows. Once, we used it to set up a flow where clients got targeted offers based on their activity. It instantly boosted our retention rates. It’s super useful in personalizing our outreach to keep customers engaged. One time, we ran a flow that suggested specific offers based on past purchase history, which made a huge difference in retention.
