**What do you like best about Church360?**

Being able to assign tags to members really helps streamline member management and makes it easier to keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Church360?**

It feels sluggish and doesn’t offer many integration features that would help us save time and effort.

**What problems is Church360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been using it for over a decade as our member database and to track offerings. However, the technology now feels outdated and slow, and it isn’t dynamic enough to meet today’s church management needs.

**What do you like best about Church360?**

I don't like it at all, they advertise it to run like an app and it is nothing more than an app for a webpage

**What do you dislike about Church360?**

Difficult to navigate, members cannot donate through the "app", it will not allow you to just delete people if they showed up to one church service 10 years ago, the handbook's numbers are all off by a page and the book is not helpful, users keep getting kicked out of the app and we have to reinvite them, it is not user friendly at all. There is zero point for church members to use this, Facebook groups would be more helpful than this "app"

**Recommendations to others considering Church360:**

Look elsewhere for a better platform, this is not ready for roll-out. Not intuitive at all!!!

**What problems is Church360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I''m only getting more problems, we're not solving any. I wanted an actual app that users could use that ran like an app, not a web-based app.

This service is cloud based and allows for multiple users with varying admin permissions.

**What do you dislike about Church360?**

We would like to see better integration with other services like Mailchimp, Vanco, social media, etc.

**What problems is Church360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track member engagement, giving, and contact information. Not much else.
