Cheddar is simple and flexible to get up and running quickly, manage customers painlessly, yet provide long term scalability. The dashboard may be overwhelming for some. **What problems is Cheddar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cheddar allows us to track our clients activity when implementing our monthly maintenance programs. You can't be halfway in. You have to integrate your product with their API in order to take full advantage of the platform. **What problems is Cheddar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cheddar has really automated our entire process of billing and customer activation. We're NZ-based so having support for NZ companies in the built-in gateway would be a nice to have, but we just use Braintree. **What problems is Cheddar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cheddar manages our SaaS billing, all the plans, the customer management, discounts, plan changes, prorating. ### 5.
