"Strong Zero Trust security with flexible, cloud-delivered access control"
What do you like best about Check Point SASE?

I found Check Point Harmony SASE extremely effective at delivering secure access to both cloud and on-premise applications. The cloud-native approach meant that users connected through a unified platform without the overheads of traditional VPN infrastructure. I particularly liked the granular control available for identity-based policies and the ease of integrating with existing security ecosystems like Microsoft and Okta. What do you dislike about Check Point SASE?

The policy setup process took longer than expected initially, mainly because there were so many options for defining access conditions. Although powerful, it needed careful planning and testing to avoid blocking legitimate business activities. Reporting and dashboarding were solid, but I would have liked even more real-time custom reporting without exporting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Poor customer support that doesn’t take issues seriously"
What do you like best about Check Point SASE?

The product concept and interface are straightforward, and deployment through MDM tools is standard. The platform has potential if the execution and support improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Check Point SASE?

The support experience is consistently disappointing. Instead of engaging with the evidence and details provided, the support team asks irrelevant or redundant questions, ignores screenshots and metrics, and delays escalation to engineering. They follow scripted triage rather than addressing the real problem, which wastes valuable time and leaves issues unresolved. It feels like customer support is not aligned with IT teams’ needs for timely and effective resolution.

In addition, using their SWG functionality requires forcing all users to remain signed in, but the product doesn’t provide a way to enforce this automatically. Users have to do it manually. This creates extra friction for IT and adds to the administrative burden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
